So happy with the work they did on my Jeep that got hit while parked. My baby looks brand new definitely recommend Micelli Motors got my baby back in less than a week.

This lady almost destroyed my Acura when its was parked about 3 1/2 weeks ago. John and his son and the whole team are awesome. They did excellent job fixing my car. Its definitely doesn't look like any damage was done. I highly recommend this shop if your look for great bodywork done. When its comes to working with these car insurance John is on top of them to make sure you will receive the best parts for your car, because insurance company will try to give you after market used parts for vehicle.

I was in my first car accident a couple of weeks ago and a close friend of mine told me to take my car to Mercelies and so I did. I was so nervous. First being that it was my first accident ever and the car has never been anywhere else other than JEEP. They assured me that the car would be in great hands and that they would take care of me. I would like to give a big thank you for Joey, John and the front desk girl Daniella and lastly the tow truck guy for taking care of brand me. For explaining everything to me. For doing all the paper work calling insurance submitting a claim since I was so lost and didn t even know where to begin. The final outcome of the car was beyond amazing. Joey showed me all the parts that were removed due to the damage. I was so happy I was told to come here. My car looks new again shinny clean in the inside like I left it. You cant even tell anything ever happened. I can t wait to spread the word how amazing you guys are. How great your customer service is. Thank you so so much for making my baby look brand new again.

I got into an accident a few weeks ago and I was introduced to Micelli Motors by a good friend of mine. She told me to speak to John. He was extremely professional, walked me through all the steps, is very attentive during the entire time my car was in his care, etc. Absolutely amazing and the end result was even better. I ve never been happier with the work that s been done to my car until I came here. I m never bringing my cars anywhere else ever again. I 1000% highly recommend you bring your vehicle here. Miceli Motors is the world's best body shop in Newark hands up. Mr. John Rodriguez is a expert in handling all your vehicles needs and getting you back into your vehicle in a timely manner. Affordable prices but like anything it's on you and your insurance company. So be smart stop letting your insurance company jerk you around with the high deductible rate. Get the lowest deductible rate possible because in the end who has $500 and up to be paying for a deductible? yes your payments might cost you a extra couple of dollars every month but it's worth it in the long run. Like I said, "Micelli Motors" Worlds Best Auto Body Shop In Newark NJ. Look them up guaranteed you will be satisfied with your experience with them.

Trustworthy, honest staff. Exceptional repair facility. You can not go wrong having your vehicle repaired here. I've been coming to Micelli motors for 20 years. I won't go to any other repair facility and I live over 1 hour away!
