While driving I was hearing a scary and funny noise - I thought it was my brakes and frantically headed to Meineke. The staff there from the Receptionist, Manager, and Mechanics took good care of me and my vehicle. They provided me with fast service at a reasonable price. The problem was my ball joints - not my brakes. Meineke has gained a customer for life!!!

The service never lie, most trusted in the business, professional repair. I visited once and I can t take my car anywhere other than to a nearby Meineke location. I really enjoyed the convince of not wanting to stay onsite and receiving notifications about diagnosis. This is my experience and I love the services -The Price is always Right.

Went to visit NY, stayed the night in Newark and ended up in the biggest pothole of my life breaking the shield under the car. We stopped here to see if they would help us because the shield was dragging and we had to drive back to Virginia. He literally took us right in and helped us! Didn't charge me anything other than suggesting I tip the mechanic. Huge relief, and my family and I are so grateful for this team! Thank you so much for your help and kindness!!!

This place is super clean and does great work. They provided the cost before they worked on my car last July when I went to fix my muffler. However this time around, I'm a bit disappointed... This is my first time doing an oil change here, I scheduled a 9:30am oil change appointment and they didnt start till approximately 11:20am. They didn't send the text they normally send out in order for me to approve the cost before they started. Advertised on the wall of the shop is $169.95 for the full synthetic Mobile 1 oil change package. Completely blind sided with an additional $37.65 labor charge. I also had to change an axle and asked the girl at the counter 2 times to send me the text cost breakdown for me to approve. She said she clicked and approve on her end. She was super nice, however I felt like she didn't want to send it for some reason. Honestly, I slept on this before deciding to post this review. I don't mind paying the axle part & repair labor cost BUT being over charged extra $150 on axle part and additional labor charge on an oil change is really upsetting! If you get work done here, make sure you ask and get the full breakdown before they start any work.

Had a major malfunction on the road and managed to limp into this shop. So glad I did. Not only did the team here do a great job on the repairs, but they were very friendly and accommodating. Took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. They made the whole process really smooth and definitely cared about my satisfaction. Big, big thanks to Renato and everyone else at this Meineke!

They're super busy because they have the Meineke name. They have a decently quick turnaround, but because they've got super high demand they seem to overcharge and undercommunicate. They'll get the job done well, don't get me wrong. It's just that there are better options nearby so this shop pales in comparison.

My daughter's car was shaking very badly. My husband, Jack took the car to Meineke in Newark. The mechanics quickly identified the problem and were able to fix the vehicle at a great price. We recommend this place to service your car.

This Meineke location s service has been getting worse and worse. I m so disappointed in how they try to add more issues than the customer comes in for and the price inflation. They messed up my wheel studs when they changed my breaks and on top of that I have to pay for new lug nuts. Then they try to tell me my rims are messed up and adding more and more to the balance. Service has definitely worsened

Great Service by these meineke car care center.I experience the following points by doing service in this location .1.They treat customers as family member ,All the staff have happy faces while providing service, politeness while talking to customers,They find the exact problem and do the service right the way.2.the price for service is reasonable as comparing to other Auto care ..All employees know the important of time to themselves and for customers.I do see all mechanics were experience and excellent in their job.I suggest get service once in this location then you you will never search other auto care for the service to your auto next time .Though I m not the resident of New Jersey state I m here for the first time .Wonderfull service by the wonderful people .

I ve been taking all of my old vehicles here at the Meineke Shop! The past 35 years owned by previous owners. This shop is Class A service. Never any issues. Always satisfied.

I went to get an oil change for 160 mobil 1 all gm cars take it they said they didnt have my oil so I have to wait I did for an extra hour..... a day later my car was shaking and misfiring I took it back told them they must have done something wrong they wanted to charge me for a 95 diagnosistic why when clearly it wasn't doing any of that before they worked on it I went an got a free diagnosis from auto zone an it say engine misfire so my sensor was disconnected this place a scam do not go go at your own risk it's under new spanish management again before I had no issues an I dont have nothing against Mexicans but why is it you charging cars that take Mobil 1 American gmc type car oil way more then synthetic oil this place is trash the mineke near me I called did not even agree and it shows when it had other management it was great now I would never go back they disconnected in my car that I had my personal mechanic reconnect back to my distruptor causing a misfire in the engine they like oh you may need atu e up right after you work on it an touched my oil shady place

I recommend this place, it s very clean inside the waiting area and the restroom as well. The mechanics are good as well, I went for oil change and exhaust Victor was the one who helped me and advise me on things that need to be one and what the main thing was first others can be worked on little by little. The price was really reasonable and the work is good. Thanks Service: Exhaust

Very Professional,I had to wait a little longer for my appointment, but was worth it..I have had checked my car in another mechanic and they gave a ridiculous price ,the mechanic told me that I have to change the exhaust system witch will cust me over a$ 1.000......And then a friend of mine told me to come ate Meineke Mc carter hwy ,i was very happy i Only spend $145.00.Tks mr Victor for you time..Tks.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Brakes

Love this place! First time coming here for my car (which is my baby) and the guys were really cool! They were so quick in the service too! Me and my stepdad did not have to wait no more than an hour! So I greatly appreciate you guys! And I will definitely be coming back when my baby needs her tune-up! Much appreciated!!

Car stalled at the red light right at the intersection so i walked into Meineke and Renato and a few of his guys came out and helped me push it across the street to their shop. I explained to him that this problem was suppose to have been fixed the day before and that I didn't even have the car back for 24 hours yet. Without hesitation Renato immediately knew where to look for the issue, told me to leave it with him and even gave me a ride to work. Had my car done in a few hours and the price was reasonable. Very happy with the customer service with Marita and technician Cristhian Z, they fix my A/C system, very profesional.
