My previous experiences with Lusamer were good. However, I called last Friday for an appointment, and the person who answered said they would get back to me in half an hour or so and left me hanging. So I took my business elsewhere. Too bad we couldn't do business, maybe next time...

Everyone was very nice and professional. They kept me informed about what was happening to my car. Although it took longer than I expected, they still did an excellent job. They even washed and detailed the car.I was very pleased with the quality of work and I would recommend this place to anyone needing body work done for their vehicle. They also do other stuff for your car as well. Pricing is very reasonable and they stand by their work.

This is the best shop I ve ever been to. Brought my car here because a friend recommend it to me and I was not disappointed at all. When I saw my car I was in complete shock at the work that was done. Jorge did such an amazing job and my car looked like I just bought it brand new from the dealership. Amazing work, affordable price, car was ready on time, staff was also extremely professional and helpful as well. This will be my new place to go to for anything. Please come here, you will not be disappointed. Jorge is the best!Services: Tires, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Oil change

Though I walked into the mechanic's area, someone still took the time to show me where the office was. I believe the establishment took up most of the street on both sides. Being in a big city like Newark can be overwhelming when you're not from the area but the staff was welcoming, courteous and professional. I'm still in the process of working through things there, so stay tuned.

Friendly professional staff helped me throughout the entire process. I was amazed when I got my car back, it was perfect, as if I never crashed it!! I took advantage of the mechanic services and had my brakes changed while I was there. My new go to spot for anything my car needs.

would of gave them 5 stars but I was not there by choice. Guys was chill I did have to wait like a few hours but I didn't mind everywhere you have to wait now. Definitely will be back regardless for about 6 more months. would definitely recommend them to friends. For electronic installments and car systems. WRONG SHOP I THOUGGT I WAS POSTING FOR BELLEVILLE ZIPPO

They are not professional at what they do, my vehicle is still there over one month and no one ever called me for updates on my vehicle I've been the one calling... that is ridiculous I regret choosing lusamer

I called to make sure they worked on a particular thing for my car but got a bunch of attitude instead. If your rude before I even meet you, definitely wouldn t want to work with you.

Let it be known, I was given an approval at terms I needed/wanted with specific vehicle and then Lusamer auto(John) didn t follow thru with structure and causing issues with my car now for 3+ months and no finance contract and keep asking me for more stuff after James BIG BENTLEY already had me situated correctly with my approval and actual car preferenceServices: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS I WOULD. This company blackmailed us for $511 when all we had asked for was an estimate. There was no paperwork signed giving them approval to start work. I will be going to any and all agencies to report their illegal business practices.
