Bit long review but this was my experience: Dropped my car off a few minutes past 8am (they open at 8am) 2-3 cars already in shop, both lifts were occupied. They told me 1.5 hours to be serviced. I said no problem i ll just drop off. I ended up having to leave town for a few hours, so I stopped back by the shop around 11am to make sure it was alright to leave car until about 3pm. I get there and my car had been moved down the street (only street parking, no lot), not serviced yet. Another 2-3 different cars now in shop. Ok, I figured fine their busy. They said it was ok to leave car, so I left.Fast forward, 3pm i m back in town so i drive past shop (i have second vehicle) and my car is still in same position on the street; not serviced. Different cars inside shop.4pm I go run an errand and drive past shop again, car still has not moved. Different cars in shop. I finally call them ask for an update, they tell me yea the car is being worked on right now, meanwhile im staring at it parked on the street.5:30pm finally get the call car is ready. I go pick up car and yes in fact the job is done, but one the hub centric rings for my wheels is now missing and they claim it didnt have it. They say we were wondering why this wheel didnt have it, while the others do. They had to reason to pull any of the other wheels for this job and the hub rings are not visible with the wheels and center caps on, so now I know they are lying. On top of that they curbed another rim while street parking. I have a driveway so I don t park my vehicles on the street to potentially curb my rims.Final thoughts: you get what you pay for, labor was relatively cheap and the job seems to have been done correctly, but not worth the hassle if you value your time and your property in my opinion. I will not be returning.
