John is a true gentleman and knows bikes inside and out no need to manuals. He takes his time and get things done quick and efficient. I couldn t believe how fair his prices are as well as he. He charges almost 1/2 of what a Harley Dealer does. Before you ask yes he retired from one job and worked on bikes there then worked for a Harley Shop and knows his stuff. I promise you won t be disappointed. A family member of mine recommended him to me. Only other suggestion if you want add on and not sure if they ll fit check with him so you don t waste you time returning stuff. I will definitely be returning as long as he s in business.

This place is THE BEST to say the least, John is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, he would even give you advice if you are doing some work on your own bike, which he doesn t really HAVE to do that cause he is the mechanic, I appreciate that a lot! John is the best. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and an all around great person. His shop is right across from the light rail station, which makes it so easy to get to if you're in Hudson county. John tows too, which is a huge plus. Great shop and great guy all around!

Definitely a shop worth going to. Johnny was extremely nice and helpful. He was able to take in and fix my street bob within a few days! Will be returning for future repairs and would definitely recommend stopping by.

Truly, loved it. Cost/Price was way decent than anyone else. John is a very professional guy with whole bunch of experience, and treats everyone very well. In the 1st meeting only, I felt like I met a family member. I recommend him over anyone else in the North Jersey. Try once and you will be the permanent customer... ;)

Nothing say Trust better then Family and friends, I heard about John from a very good friend who's family lived next door to John years ago in Harrison.I had the privilege to meet John at his shop and found him to be friendly courteous and honest. I recently had an issue with my throttle cable and plan to see him soon and look forward to getting my Harley fixed there, nothing but good things to say

Johnny is a master Craftsman and is an expert at his job. I had the pleasure of taking my Sportster to him for a servicing. He really pampered my ride and it runs better than ever before. I would definitely recommend Johnny to anyone who needs to visit a motorcycle workshop in and around Newark/Jersey City NJ.

John is a wizard. He fixed an issue with my Triumph Bonneville a year ago, related to a failure in the Ignition Control Unit. My bike would just cut out on the highway or run fine then stop and wouldn't restart. John ran through all of the usual suspects and narrowed it down to this single problem part. My Bonnie is still riding like a dream. Thank you!!!

Got tires mounted and balanced for my '06 Night Train. Quick, personal, professional service and he delivered more than I expected. He also spent a good deal of time answering questions I had related to my bike. Definitely will return for service.

Amazing service.... brought my Yamaha r3 in to have tires changed....bike was done sooner then expected... They even tightened my loose chain and lubed it without me asking (free of charge).. Amazing shop and Johnny knows his bikes!!A++ Rating

I purchased my Vespa from Motorcycle Mall and their service department is absolutely terrible. You'd need to schedule two weeks in advance to tighten a bolt. I'm so thankful to have come across Johnny Cycle as they've always been attentive to my bike and pampered my Vespa the way it deserves to be. I store my bike here during the winter and have had towing services and everything has always been top notch. Thank you for all that you do, this place is truly a gem that I can trust. Highly recommended.

Person hung up on me on the phone after I told him I'll be bringing the in the parts for a wheel installation on a vintage Honda motorcycle. Didn't even have the curtesy to tell me he couldn't do it. If you plan on bringing in your own parts stay away. Seriously rude to someone who was just inquiring. If they treat customers like this then I can't imagine how they treat customers after then hand over the bike or part. Seem very money hungry.

OMG. Johnny and Rosa are the nicest people with beautiful energy. I needed a handle bar adustment and I got a lesson in ergonomics while adjusting. Johnny is professional and knowlegable. The pricing was beyond fair. I will keep coming back. If you need your bike repaired Johnny Cycle should be your choice.BlessingsDujuana

Johnny has a great attitude and a commitment to good service. His shop is perhaps a little biased towards Harleys, but his service on my Honda has always been top notch.

I brought in my 2004 FLSTF with a serious electrical shorting problem caused by an inexperienced technician installing 16'' ape hangers. John diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in record time. Anyone who has come into a situation like another worker's shoddy work knows that this is no easy task. John is a consummate professional who only does work the correct way. He's an invaluable asset to the North Jersey bike community and the only guy I'll ever let work on my bike again.

So rude. Asked if they doOil change with my bike and he said yes but he doesn t have filter so I said I bought the filter an and oil. The he said we don t take take customer s oil ( like I manufactured it myself??) .. then just said bye and hang up .who the heck do you think you are? Ur mother didn t teach a thing or two

when you first walking a door the personality is gonna get you right there. when this guy says he will pamper your cycle trust me that's exactly what they do an then they kill you with kindness . what not wanna go anywhere else .
