I highly recommend this body shop to everyone! They were amazing fixing my Elantra, they were so nice and professional from the moment I walked in. Raquel was super nice and friendly I loved talking to her and she even called my insurance company for me. Steve is awesome too and took my car right away. They also kept me in the loop about updates on my car! My car looked brand new and they are extremely reasonable! 10/10 I highly recommend! Thanks again for all your help! After a hit and run while my Mercedes GLE was parked in Newark I selected International Auto Body to do the repairs after reading some of other Newark reviews of similar shops. Wow...so pleased I selected them! The quality of work is phenomenal and their staff Gabriela kept me updated on status of delivery of needed parts and work being done. She even assisted driving me to the local Hertz rental facility to get my rental car. When the work was completed, I was able to leave the rental car at their shop. The car was fully detailed and all of the staff are so dedicated to make sure that you are satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

I cannot recommend this business to anyone. The employee with the goatee and the tats was very combative. I pretty quickly gave up and asked for my car back and they charged me a $200 storage fee--for a long weekend! But to me, it was worth every penny to not have to deal with them any longer. A smile and a friendly attitude go a long way in business. You won't find that here.

Horrible people!! They did work on my car in July, illegally parked my car, while they were working on it, on A SIDEWALK, got a ticket AND NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT OR PAID IT! They gave me back my car and never mentioned anything about THEM getting my car ticketed. I received a Failure to Appear notice from Newark after missing a court date for the ticket which was how I found out about the ticket. Called the company up, they said they would pay the ticket, AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T. THEY ARE CROOKS AND HORRIBLE BUSINESS PEOPLE! GO FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
