If I could give them 10, 15, or 20 stars I would! I caused a dent to my own car and I went to the owner Ignacio after reading all of the wonderful reviews. He was very attentive, respectful and friendly. He was also very understanding and helpful when it came to pricing. He s NOT expensive at all! The staff was also very helpful and friendly. They were able to fix the dent, scratches and paint in a timely manner and when I saw my car again, my mouth dropped because of the amazing work they did! My car looks like nothing ever happened. I HIGHLY recommend Golden Touch Auto Body!It s 2024 now and I had some damage again to one of my doors after being side swiped. I can t even begin to express how grateful I am for Ignacio, Cesar and the staff! They are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST OF THE BEST!! I don t trust anyone else with my vehicle! I HIGHLY recommend them! They work with you and pay close attention to every detail, concerns/questions. They always keep me up to date when I leave my car and my car is always left brand new and on time. They re extremely professional at what they do and treat your car as if it was their own!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Yes Good afternoon my name is Junior I took my Acura Rdx yesterday to the shop to fix some scratches on my front fender Cesar and the rest of the crew where super helpful and getting the job done there able to fix my problem I would highly recommend them to my family and friends excellent customer service!

I wanted to thank Cabezas mechanic shop for sending me here to get my car checked. My trunk has been leaking water since I bought it and the person who helped me was Ignacio and he was the best person I could ask for to help me. He went above and beyond to help me and get my trunk fixed as he was very informative, honest and kind to me. He was able to find the crack that my car had because I couldn t find it or the other body shop I went to before this.

Cesar and Ignacio fixed every single dent, speck, and imperfection on my car! Not only did they do an excellent job on the exterior, but they got the interior running as good as new! They were very patient and efficient with the job and I am very pleased with the outcome. Thank you to them and I highly recommend their services!

Had to fix up some minor scratches on my car before returning it for a lease. The staff was very respectfull and efficient and the pricing was extremely reasonable. Would recommend to anyone who need some repairs done especially minor scratches and dents.They also didn't try to upsell me on anything which is greatly appreciated.

If I could I would give them an even higher rating !! My 2018 Elantra got rear ended which cost damage to my bumper and my trunk. They were super friendly and professional and very helpful in making sure my car was taken care of with the up most priority. Staff and Owner were amazing and got the work done in a timely matter. I would highly recommend them to anyone !!

Had my 2019 car buffed and painted on front and rear bumpers I was so shocked car looked brand new when I picked it up like if it was just out the dealer. I loved it thanks so much. Definitely a 5 star place and trustworthy. They also put the same exact paint cannot tell at all that work was done on those bumpers.

My daughter had a problem with the seal that goes around her car windows and not being familiar with who could help us, we were directed to Golden Touch where we met Caesar.Caesar did not hesitate to fix my daughter's problem. She had an additional problem whereupon Caesar fixed it promptly. He was so courteous, kind and knowledgeable! We felt so comfortable with him and so happy we found him.Many thanks Caesar!

We went to 3 different body shops, and Ignazio at Golden Touch was the nicest of all of them. He worked with us on pricing as well as scheduling. They were super helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Price was the fairest of all three as well. One of the best body shops in the city. I ve gone to them for years. Ceaser is straight forward and gives you one of the best customer service I ve ever experienced. I highly recommend their work. Your car is guaranteed to come out looking BRAND NEW!!!! If left in their hands. They don t use cheap parts and paint unlike these other shops. So you ll have no worries. I would like to thank Cesar for his courtesy upon arrival at the Golden Touch located in NWK, NJ. When I showed and explain to him my concern regarding my Infiniti M37x, he listened. This is a GREAT Auto Body Shop that embraces Technology, with incredible organization skills, they are motivated, knowledgeable, and courteous. They have done a superb job in fixing my Infiniti in a timely fashion.

These guys are reliable great work pay attention to details would recommend! They slapped this front grille with spoiler side skirts rear diffuser lights ! Very reasonable too!

Golden touch is my go to spot to get my car fixed. The guys here know what they're doing, the business is definitely well structured, the price is very reasonable, they get things done fast and in a good shape as if nothing ever happened to the car, overall amazing service. One of the few times I've gotten work done here was when my bumper came out because of the flood. My most recent visit was for my car door and they quickly fixed it right up as usual. 10/10 recommend and definitely worth your money.

Top notch auto body shop! Ignazio is welcoming and makes sure you will leave his shop with a smile. His workers are totally amazing and makes sure the job gets done perfectly in such a short time. What a great job this place did on my tesla! Had 2 door dents from a shopping cart that could not be fixed by paintless repair. These guys did a perfect job, matched the paint exactly, and it s impossible to see any difference whatsoever! With my type-A issues, I was definitely worried but it all worked out great. Highly recommend this place. And the manager, I forget his name, was so helpful and polite. You got a customer for life here!Service: Painting

Golden touch is my body shop to go to, my dad going here for years!! Ceser the man !!He deserves(10 ) My 2022 Honda accord sonic gray Ceser did a amazing job I m very happy with his work and my car looks amazing like it was never in a accident the blend in paint was perfect and everything was intact like just came out the dealer also my car all around to rims are brand new also ..if you ever need any body work done right way come check out Ceser he will take care of you !!

I have had the pleasure of going to Golden Touch twice, and I know they always do the job right and leave my car looking brand new! They are such a great go to place if you ever need service fast. Got my car repaired on rear bumper and trunk hood. They did an excellent job and the process was really smooth. It was great to talk with ppl there. The boss and staff are really nice and friendly. Highly recommended!
