Called Saturday morning looking for a cylinder head for my 17 Civic Si and Rick was very professional also he updated me in a timely fashion on my order. Today is Tuesday and I am very happy with my cylinder head and how quick that turnaround time was. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for hard to find parts at unbeatable prices. AC in my Camry stopped working and wouldn't refill with refrigerant because the compressor was shot. Call this salvage yard and found out they had one in stock. Drove down to put a deposit/pay for it within a couple of hours and had my local mechanic install it the following day. AC is blowing cold air now. I'm a happy customer. Similar product online was hundreds more; I'm happy to save some money. I won't hesitate to recommend or use this salvage yard again.

Giant Auto Salvage is Awesome. They had the seats I've been dreaming about for over a year. The attractive sales man, Bruno, was wicked nice to me over the phone and assured me that my 6 hour drive would not be wasted. He was right. When I got there, my seats were there AND exactly as advertised. I would drive 6 hours again just to see Bruno and purchase more Honda parts. Thank you Giant Auto Salvage for everything!!!!

Sold me a rad . Showed them a dented portion before I left . I needed a rad asap . Brand new costs 80 bucks . Should of just waited.. 2 weeks later the rad broke . Now they want me to remove it from the car and bring it back ( I live in Albany NY ) . Meanwhile I was in the middle of the highway paying for a tow and to remove the rad .Take your business elsewhere

Where do I begin I usually do not like giving bad reviews people have hard days and we all have to understand that however this place was horrible I had a few of these reviews and a lot of people had a nice lotta nice things to say however maybe they were the right kind of skin tone for this company. When I called over the phone everything seemed fine when I showed up in person none of the employees made eye contact with me they felt bothered because I was asking questions it just felt like super transactional which I understand is a business but they made me feel really bad. I literally sat in my car and cried and I just feel like everybody beware of this company and the employees and even the owner he was just sitting there staring like he couldn t be bothered because he s so important. Word to the wise there are thousands and thousands of auto salvage shops in Newark New Jersey find yourself one with people who actually care!!!

Great place went there literally 2 days ago they work fast and gave me the piece I needed for my car the next day. Great customer service ! Will definitely be going back if I need anything for my car

I don't like to go to places like this ,but they make me feel very comfortable and very respectful. I'm from Brooklyn is very far for me but I truly recommend them .

The staff at this business are the best. I called first and asked if they have rims for a SUV I told them the size. He recommended me to come with my car or a spare rim to make sure I get the correct one. When I get there he tells me that the rims my SUV has is not for my car. They were able to track down the correct part for me and instead of me just getting one I got all 4 rims for a very good price. Thank you so much for all your help. They provided the best customer services.

I was in the market for a set of Del Sol Seats to install into my 94 civic being I'm a taller guy and the stock seats weren't cutting it as far as comfortability. Called these guys and they happen to have a set on hand and at a great price. Went down to check them out and they were in great shape and also perfectly matched my current interior. Service was great and the guys were cool and professional. Definitely going back there to get more parts for my car, I suggest you do the same!!

Great place with knowledgeable staff. Went there looking for a very specific part and they were able to get it to me at a fraction of the cost of new and get me on the road again! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of high quality pre owned parts!

I have purchased several parts from OEM to aftermarket parts even purchased a 2005 Honda Accord from Giant Auto Salvage. I have never had a problem and the customer service is great. You cant beat the deals that come out of that place. I recommend this Junk Yard to everyone and anyone looking to save some money on parts. A++++++++

Purchased honda civic a/c setup from them for my honda & everything was a easy process, had one issue with the ac compressor being locked up & the owner lou didn't hesitate to send me another 1 with no problem what so ever best guys around

Louis and Antonio took great care of my! They not only had the part I needed, but let me see it before I committed and once I did they took care of it right away. This is the customer service seen of old, where today your treated like a number and in and out. Giant however, cares for your satisfaction!

They did not sell to me just because I was trying to change my radio model .they want the part number . If I wanna change for a different one .why should I give the part number . ..?if I give the part number I will get an other radio the same that I have.

ONE OF THE WORKERS SHORT MAN WITH THE BEARD WAS VERY RUDE. I WILL NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR COME BACK THERE. HE WAS MAD BECAUSE HE MADE A MISTAKE AND STARTED ACTING LIKE IT WAS OUR FAULT. WE ALREADY RECEIVED A PART THAT DIDNT WORK FOR HIM TO BE RUDE WAS BEYOND ME. ITS OKAY WONT GET MY BUSINESS EVERY AGAIN

I order parts all the way from Brooklyn NY atleast 3-4 times a week, never later, never a mistake and hands down the BEST salvage yard In the tristate area. I don t waste time calling around I call giant on the first try.

I needed the small vent window for a 2016 Honda Oddessy and they actually had it in stock and gave it to me with the whole chrome trim that went around it and the clips . Always super helpful and very friendly only place I will go too and I surely recommend this place to anyone looking for parts .
