Excellent!!!!!!!! Professional service, figured out what was wrong with my car, even when the dealership was not able to diagnose correctly. Fransisco knew right away and had me fixed and back on the road the next morning.Thanks again FransiscoI highly recommend F&M to anyone who wants to get the job done Right the first time GREAT WORK Guy's

My daughters car needed her power steering repairedI called a very close friend and asked if he New a good mechanic?He directed me to Francisco of F & M AutoUpon arrival - he seemed short with meHe told me to leave the carI explained I had no ride and would wait to see what was neededAbout an hour later while I was waiting in his waiting room he called the dealer - he hung up and said that I would have to leave the car overnight because the dealers don t deliver on the spot (he never asked if they could deliver the hose!!)He told me the price and I paid it on the spot!I paid him with three one hundred dollar bills when he gave me my change from $223.00 I stuck in the rear of my wallet. When I arrived at my next appointment I took out my wallet expecting to find 70.00 but It wasn t 70 I was a few dollars short !!!! - yes I know my stupidity for not counting my changeAfter looking at the receipt I found he made a mathematical error but that was only five dollarsI had to call twice to find out if the car was readyAfter the 2nd call he told me he had just returned from a test drive and the car was ready I told him I would be about 45 minutes because I would be walking down from KearnyI did not feel right there due to his attitude and demeanor toward me.It s a shame - I need a good mechanic my guy moved to another shop in LivingstonOh wellI have to find someone elseI guess I ll go to the guys on Ackerman Avenue and Lexington Avenue - at least they are nice to paying customersThank you and god bless

Took my car here for shaking. Its still doing it they said once I get a tune up it would stop they didn't really look into the problem. They did what they wanted my car was not repaired and they took my money. I lost out on money and still have the same problem. Worst service ever they saw a female and took advantage. Complete rip off!

Francisco is THE MAN!! He fixed the brakes on my wifes GLK 350 and gave me an excellant price on the repairs for my ML 63AMG!!

Francisco has been taking care of my Benz for a while now....and i have always been satisfied....he charges a fair price and I have NEVER had to bring the car back because of an incorrect job........Strangely enough,i needed some minor work done and the phone to the shop has been disconnected and the shop itself remains closed during the last four weeks....don't know if he is on vacation...but shop owners don't usually shut the phone off for vacation.....Hmmmmm..Service: General repairs & maintenance
