I had the pleasure of dealing with Sean at Elite Motors when trying to find, and buy a vehicle for my wife. My wife wanted a relatively new, and in great shape Range Rover. After looking for weeks I found the perfect vehicle, with the perfect amount of miles, at the perfect price. I called Elite Motors and told them I was interested in the truck. They pulled the truck outside of their building and made a video for me so that I could really see the condition of the truck. I live in Cordova, Tn, and the truck is in Newark New Jersey. I spoke with Sean who took care of everything, including the purchase and arraigning the shipping of the vehicle to my home. The vehicle arrived when it was supposed to and it was in immaculate condition. My wife loves her truck and I could not be happier with my experience with Sean at Elite Motors.

I live in Pennsylvania And I couldn t find a good deal for my jaguar until I found this place! I got a great deal, and the people are very friendly and professional, they clean your vehicle very well, although they look great just sitting on the lot. If you are looking to buy an exotic car, or any car for that matter, I suggest coming here, Don t look anywhere else, you will get a good deal and a great price!

I recently purchased a 2017 E-class from this dealership and was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. From start to finish, the staff provided excellent guidance and support throughout the buying process. Everyone I encountered was polite, professional, and respectful.In particular, I had the pleasure of working with Brad for my shop needs. He is a standout employee who is exceptionally helpful, honest, and friendly. I can't say enough good things about him.I had a smooth drive from the dealership to Virginia without any issues. I intend to revisit and provide a more comprehensive review of their customer service at a later time.

Best place to get a great serviceI have a 2014 535 bmw and i have done many oil changes and other mechanical work, and it has always been on point.The dealership they own next to the mechanic shop has a great selection of cars, definitely getting my next car from here.Ask for sean, he is always very helpful.

Went to Elite Motors in Newark NJ to get a car and it was such an easy transaction. I had Carlos G help me pick out a car. I didn t feel any pressure with wanting to make a purchase. He let me see inside the vehicle to get a feel for it and to see if it was something I was interested in. We turned the car on and I got a chance to hear the engine and test out the radio. Everything went smoothly. He then took a careful look around the car with me to show me if there were any imperfections before purchasing. After taking a look at the car we went inside to start the financial process. They were very nice and took their time with me to help make sure this was something that I wanted. I got handed over the keys and now I m a new car owner.

I would recommend them to everyone I know. I drove from PA for a specific car hard to find but they had it. From the moment that I called they were respectful and ready to help. When I got here to see the vehicle they had it ready and it was clean. Shawn worked with me through the whole process, they all had amazing customer service skills. Thank you guys for helping me and saving my dream car!!! Car is in good condition and clean ready to go!

This is the worst mechanic shop I have ever dealt with in my life. The owner is rude and not willing to make good on mistakes that they make. My Audi A5 went in with low oil pressure. I was told it was the oil pump which it was not. Then I was told it was six different sensors which it was not. I got my car back three times with the same issue. They work off of forums and do not properly diagnose cars. Once they get their money, they don t care to make good or to fix the car properly. I had to take my car to an Audi specialist which he figured out. The problem was the balancers. chain and the car was fixed within three days. Now there s no issues with the car. Elite motors will not make good and refund me my money. They had me spend over $3500 in parts and labor for zero reason. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.!!!!!!!3 weeks ? You re so full of it ! Was same day and have all my evidence and texts with your mechanic ! SEE YOU IN COURT !Also, when I finally got you on the phone today after weeksssss you didn t want to make good on anything And said see you in court have your lawyer contact me you re a terrible business owner and that s why your business will fail

I came the building like Rick Ross (BAW$E) and everyone was very helpful and nice and did they best to make sure all my needs were met.. seriously I would recommend this establishment to anyone in the Tristate area. I ve been to plenty of dealerships everyone is TRASH. these group of men at ELITE are amazing.

I have to share my experience that I had with this auto group. This is my 6th car in my lifetime & this is was the easiest buying experience I have had. Shawn is very knowledgeable & helpful! the entire sales process from showing me what s available & in my price range while educating me on them. Also guiding me through the entire financial process. he took care of everything! It also happens to be my birthday in two days. When I picked up my car he had a happy birthday balloon waiting for me when we were about to sign for paperwork. It is these little touches with an honest sweet salesman that makes the buying process a positive experience. Don t look anywhere else !

They stayed open late to help accommodate us from out of state and had everything ready when we arrived. Great customer service from everyone who worked there. They got us taken care of quickly and it was a great car buying experience!

At the time of making the purchase they make you feel unconcerned about the purchase process and the quality of the vehicle, they tell you that you have a warranty but you have to sign a warranty waiver, despite that they tell you, "that doesn't mean anything, the law protects you for 30 days engine and transmission." The next day the car has an engine light on. You call them and they send you to the mechanic, the mechanic lasts a week with the car and to pick it up you have to pay. You call the dealer and no one knows anything, they tell you that honestly they have never heard something like that (incredible)... In addition to that they give you the car without oil and without gas, for a person who knows cars you can realize for a person who does not know it is easier to deceive... They finally help you buy the insurance and days later you get a cancellation notification because the broker who carried out the operation was not authorized and surprise honestly it is the first time they hear about it... at the end of the day they wash their hands and leave you inside the problem... I do not recommend this dealer at all, totally lousy...
