Brookwood has been repairing our vehicles for the past 8 years. We have found the services to be fairly priced, excellent quality and customer support to be beyond question. Not all our repairs were insurance paid and they were very gracious in exploring more that a single approach in an effort to give us a good repair at a fair price. In 2011 year they repaired our Nissan Versa that was badly damaged, which we retained from the insurance company. We took it to the Nissan Dealer after as my partner demanded. The inspection did not reveal any flaws in the repair work, which was a high compliment to the team at Brookwood Auto Body.I would recommend their services to my closest friends and family as well.

This mechanic/body shop was recommended to me by my insurance company . Upon dropping off the car I met Chris the owner, he's the nicest guy ever. He was pleasant, very thorough when explaining the process of fixing my car as it was my first accident. He even took me by Hertz to get rental. The car was there for 10 days and when I picked it up, OMG, he fixed issues that wasn't a part of the estimate and to top it off my car washed. I would definitely recommend this body shop to any and everyone. You won't be disappointed! Thank you Chris!!!

If I can give this auto shop zero stars I would, they fixed my car a couple of months ago leaving parts loose which caused them to go missing over the duration. Also they used poor quality products and equipment to fix my car which caused not only my breaks to wear and tear but also my door to create this creaking noise. Please save your money and go to a professional shop because these people are not it. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed in their work.

I took my Chevy Tahoe to get the passer side mirror fix and the owner kept ordering the wrong part. Then when he told me to bring the car in to get fixed at 8am, no one came to open the shop til 3pm. Then the following day I was told to bring the car backhoe would personally work on my car himself and he never did had my car sitting while he was eating. So I asked for my money back and took my car else where.Never again will I go or refer anyone to this company.

They NEVER answer the phone. Multiple calls to set up an appointment for an inspection to no avail.
