I wanted to wait a while before I wrote my review..It s been about 3 months since this shop did major work on my 2011 BMW 328i and I m happy to say how satisfied I am with the work done! My car is running smooth. The shop owner know his stuff! And they work with you! Save me time and $. I m glad I went with my instincts instead of the previous reviews. My car was in bad shape, the Reverend Jones gave me the number and told me about this place and I been coming ever since. They even took me after hours. This is the best place to fix your car!

I've been going to this shop for almost 5 years, and I have not been disappointed once. The mechanics are diligent and the owner, Rudy, is easy-going and reasonable. My family and I have brought multiple cars to this shop, and they are always spot on with identifying the issues. Highly recommend. Good people here.

Terrible mechanics this shop jumped my battery from the back when it was already fully charged and blew out all my computer modules to my car rudy didn t wanna acknowledge what you he did and was kicked out by the lady in front desk after taking my money my car is driving 5x worse than when it came in. They also did not change the oil filter in my last two oil change with them causing a leaking in my oil filter housing please go somewhere else SAVE YOUR BMW

DO NOT IGNORE THESE STARS.I READ OTHERS REVIEWS AND IGNORED THEM. DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKEI brought my 528xi for maintenance twice. For the 2nd service (front end repair) I was told by Rudy to bring the car back because they had to order the bushings. I returned the car for the predetermined repair but was told by the female in the office that it doesn't need bushings and was charged an additional $200 for a diagnostic fee. Even though I was previously there and was only returning to finish the job that was already fill paid. over $1500Service: General repairs & maintenance

Initially came in with my 4 series for suspension issues.. BMW wanted to charge me over $6,000 to fix. Belmont quoted me at $2500. Much better! My car was only there for a couple of days. They also took my damaged rims to be corrected and repainted. Sending my rims off took a little extra time but they had my car for less than a week which is extraordinary considering the work that needed to be done. From now on any issues I have with my baby, I take it straight to Belmont Motor Works! Thanks, guys!

Excellent service. All communication was very clear. Expectations were set and met in a timely matter by the workers. The mechanics stayed after hours to work on vehicles and I watched them make sure their customers had a way home after dropping their car off. I will recommend Belmont Motors to anyone who owns/drives a BMW.

Haven't had as great experience as some of the commentary left here! Own a 2008 A8L, took it to this establishment for check engine light & rough idling. Car runs smoother but its not right, also....check engine light keeps coming back on (I say "keep" because they have had the car 4 times for weeks at a time each time)! I gave up taking it there......this is my experience, you may have better luck with the repair idk, its a gamble so I recommend taking whatever you drive back to the dealer.....Ive spent thousands and have to go to the dealer anyway....save yourself the time and money!Raheem Singleton

The worse business ever I got my car fixed here for 1400 dollars and then weeks later my car stopped working I called and got my car towed back there and the girl Ayesha was so rude she told me just for my car to be looked at again for the problem the caused was 200 dollars which was a huge use she than threatened me and my father and boyfriend this is the worse auto shop I ever been to in my life I don t recommend they will fix your car just for it to have more issue DONT GO TO THIS SHOP also Rudy is an horrible person as wellServices: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I went here because my hood latch would not open my hood. JJ brought my car in and his tech determined that my hood latch was missing a cover, in which the cable would be encased. They replaced the cover and sent me on my way. They were polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. I was totally satisfied with the service that I received here at Belmont Moror Works. I will be back. Thanks JJ.R.Martin

What a joke this place is stay away you will be ripped off went back and forth for 2weeks $1700 later still same problems definitely a circus and Rudy is the ring leader wouldn't recommend my worse enemy to this place, if I could give zero stars I would.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Just got an oil change and brake fluid flush, very kind people, you can tell they are very knowledgeable of their work, Jorge guide through all the stuff my car might need to get fix going forward, its hard to find a good bmw mechanic!!!

DONT WASTE UR MONEY spent 680 for a oil change and serpentine belt which Is normally 350 situation my car broke down AND I needed it back fast they took a vantage of the situation charging more I wouldn t be so upset if they would ve even fixed the issue I had an oil leak on my filter when picking up my car I showed them nothing was repaired but The obvious serpentine belt that needed to be changed they went and got one of their used oil filters cap smacked it on..so save yourself the money and go to a regular shopthey charging over $100 an hour and they are not real BMW technicians Just a speedy serviceService: General repairs & maintenance

Took 2 months to fix my bmw e30And , took many parts that they were not allowed to touch . Never again .Its not a real bmw repair shop.

Worst experience in my life with a shop had my car over 6 months had my car crashed while in the shops hand still haven t fixed my car now I have to take it to another shop after wasting over 1000 dollars and my car still not fixed Rudy you need to stop treating your customers the way you do you lost me as a client but also a friend don t recommend to bring your car there he blames his employees for his responsibility
