First time coming here and all I can say is Love this dealership location! Everyone is so polite, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Jimmy was an amazing sales representative. Start to finish the process was easy and straightforward. I ve bought numerous cars, and the process is usually headache but I can honestly say hands down this experience was definitely best one I have yet. He was clear and concise with everything he needed from me. I d highly recommend anyone needing a car to come here first and get taken care of right way

Excellent service and energy, from the guys to the owner. They look for a way for the customer to leave the dealer happy. To begin with, the owner is involved in the processes as part of the team, a personalized treatment. The physical space, not to mention, clean, organized, aesthetic. Carlos attended to us!!!!! This boy is a sweetheart, he helps you in ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, very diligent, kind, focused, very patient, he finds a way around everything. Carlos, the whole group loves you. The whole place has a good synchronized energy, it was a good experience, it was worth moving.

You know when you read reviews of an establishment and think to yourself that it's too good to be true? Well, believe EVERY word that I'm about to say, and it all started with Alex Nunez Car shopping can be stressful at times, but Alex made sure the process went so smoothly. We talked while I waited and even shared a recipe with him. All of his colleagues explained everything to the "T" and made sure I understood everything. They even give you a flash drive with all the documents you signed. I was impressed.The environment was so relaxed and not chaotic like most dealerships, and I felt like I had known everyone for a long time. So go ahead and pay them a visit for your next purchase. You will not be disappointed

EDIT-I purchased a 2020 vehicle and on the way home noticed the entire touchscreen/entertainment system is glitching and not responding to touch and it is acting crazy. I put a radio station on and it will just shift to gps or another station. Also the AC is shot. It has been warm for the past couple days and my 2003 Infinity blows COLD while this car blows cool at best. I did speak to Cesar and he said to bring it in but couldn t promise a fix and the drive to and from is HELL. I will edit my review upon fixes to my vehicle at their cost and reimbursement for travel. I am really disappointed! Also, the key fob was registered as low battery on the dash and they had trouble finding a battery and told me they changed it but the next day I got the same message. I hope you guys can take care of this .Highly recommend this dealership! I had a wonderful experience today and Jofred was so polite and so helpful! I love my new car!! I drove over an hour because they had the exact car that I wanted and it was worth the drive! Thank you!

Just came away with a car I wanted. Salesperson was Carlos, who was quite pleasant to work with. He took me for a test drive unfortunately it was raining. I should have checked the car more because I did see some nicks and bruises after I got the car but no biggie. They were minor issues. Carlos' small talk helped the process feel smoother than it was.Price looked good online but was different at the dealership. I spoke to Taz about the finances, and he worked with me. We didn't get to the price I wanted, but he was open to negotiating. Typical conversation at this point. We came to a number that I was ok with. Deal done.Buying a car is not a quick process, and I'm impatient. Overall experience was better than I had at other places. Pleasant, good atmosphere, and the deal was done.Much appreciated.

Im sooo happy with my purchase!! My dealer was Felipe, he was very nice, he wasn t pushy about the deal he explained everything correctly for me, he even got me to trade my first car!! The first car was my purchase he did a great job helping me choose the perfect car. The sales manager ceaser did an amazing job with capital one to get me out of here with my budget. Great Service Initially, But Registration Process and Communication NEEDS ImprovementInitially, I was thrilled with the service and gave a 5-star review. Alex, the salesman who assisted us during the process, was helpful, patient, and kind, earning them 5 stars. He thoroughly explained everything and ensured we got the car we wanted. However, the experience took a turn after 4 weeks when it came to the registration process. The lack of communication from the dealership was extremely disappointing. They failed to inform us about the need to send the emissions test.Before the temporary plates expired, I called to check on the registration. If I hadn't called, they wouldn't have even realized they were missing something to get the registration done. So, we got the plates after the temporary plates expired, 6 weeks after purchasing the car.To add insult to injury, they managed to send the plates to the wrong address, despite it being clearly stated in all the paperwork. This oversight reflects a significant gap in their administrative process, overshadowing the positive initial experience

Their patience is incomparable. My circumstance was unorthodox and complicated, it took 2 days for me to complete my process, it had nothing to do with the dealership, they helped me understand what I was missing and how to accommodate my specific needs.Before we got to the door, Alex welcomed us and made sure we were comfortable during the process, he was very attentive to my senior father and listened to all my concerns, he never pressured or lost patience even after I had been there for 7 hours.!! To finalize we spoke with Alex's manager Cesar who was also patient. Ask for Alex, you will not be disappointed. I only took off 1 star because they did not reveal the vehicle prices upfront.
