This place is a rip off they try to sell their used parts too expensive!! I tried to get 1 head light and they wanted to charge $125 when I can literally order both lights for almost the same price. You re a junk yard not Amazon. Be more realistic with pricing

I contacted the seller to see when my purchase will be shipped. The seller then notified me that the items I purchased were designated for local pickup only. I then preceded to notify the seller that when I purchased the items I was also given the option of free delivery and was asked to include my shipping information. I requested for the seller to cancel my purchase and to please refund my money seeing that I live in Alabama which is more than 800+ miles from the sellers location in New Jersey and I will not be able to locally pick up the products that I purchased. I have not heard back from the seller at all. No response from the seller at all. The seller has ignored every email and request that I've sent them and asked them concerning the return and refund of the items I purchased. It seems like the seller is determined to keep my money ($94+) that I spent and the products I purchased. Talk about Terrible customer service. I will be reporting this seller to the proper authorities and begin to take the necessary steps needed to get my money back. Beware of this seller if you're purchasing anything from them online. Not to mention I purchased the items through eBay and when I called them about the situation then did absolutely nothing about it even though their advertising that all refunds are granted. That's the first thing you see when you pull up their website. That's false advertising. Don't fall for it. Because when u call them they have the perfect excuse to why they can't help u get your money back. Once again their FALSE ADVERTISING....

They took my deposit and promised the part would be available the next day. Two days later I'm still without the part and getting a sob story about delivery drivers not delivering due to the street being blocked though I had no issues driving there to give you my money or when I returned to retrieve my money because you promised service you could not deliver. Wasted 3 days ended up going elsewhere.

BUYERS be aware called in for a tail light that was listed online for $65 for them to tell me that he doesn t have any of the five that s listed for that price and he would need at least $125 and bang of the phone in my face false advertisement zero customer service would not recommend

I had a positive experience purchasing used rims from these guys. Nice communication, flowless transaction. Got a great deal. Picked up myself, wasn't much hassle to find and was not far to drive from Jersey City.

!!Rip-off a 24$ passenger door glass for 80$. Paid w/o knowing (I am no mechanic) Checked online and went back earlier the next day before the order was ready and asked for a refund(Told them it was over priced) guess what 35% deducted. Definitely recommend avoiding this place!!

horrible customer service and horrible management. They treat their customers as if they don't need their business. If I could give them 0/5 stars I would. These people would only take your money and refuse to give you proper parts. Not only do they not stand behind their parts, they don't honour their warranty policy. If you're going to buy a motor like I have or transmission, don't bother to give these guys a chance because you'll most likely lose your money. With the way they treat their customers I'm surprised they're still in business.

Couldn t give no stars so I had to put one but the guy on the phone Brian is so rude after the professional guy Eddie and me spoke about a part I drive all the way from Long Island to get it I m half way there and call to just to be told to go f myself on the part that I ordered 4 days ago cause he didn t get it out on time it s the easiest part to take off a car no screws just pops on and off i can literally not believe how rude the gentleman Brian was !!!! Eddie really needs to fire that guy it s making you guys look bad !!!************ Miguel and Eddie fixed the situation on the spot I got all the parts I needed and some thank you so much !!!

Downtown Auto Parts is one of those stores that you could classify as an "old reliable." They've been around for a very long time and have a good reputation. They're also known for being able to get virtually any part for your car, no matter how big or small. While they're not necessarily the least expensive among auto supply stores, they certainly are no where near as costly as going to the dealer for your parts

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKING THE PHONE!!! This guy was extremely rude, totally unprofessional & gave a BS HIGH price for a part I've replaced twice, for far less!!! I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST OR PERSONALLY USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!! There are way better options, within the area!!!

make sure they get the auto part ready before you go there! They will say they have an auto part, but when you get there they say "oh sorry we don't have it". I went to get a motor mount and i called they said they have it. and i saw a picture on the website too. Then I drive 1 hour to get there. then they tell me "sorry it was scrapped" horrible customer service. they dont update their inventory

I purchased a transmission for my 2011 Ford Escape from Ahmed. It was installed and wouldn't road test- he said I can not get another one - I will refund your money. When it was brought back To them -he said the trans doesn't have there writing on it anymore from a marker because the trans was painted before being put into the car- they had no other markings into the case or tags to verify other then saying it wasn't there's .No refused the refund! Most unprofessional experience ! BBB will be notified

This place was ridiculous. Please go to Leesville, American, LACEY, BOBS, astor,Ace,giant,Newark motors etc I've been a mechanic for a short amount of time. But been around the the automotive industries for years. They are manipulative and disgusting at how they do business. They feel as if there way is the only way. I understand there are others who take advantage of business but this time I feel like I was taken advantage I had to make peace because it was such infuriating to deal with them. I never thought any business would be this negligent of their customers. This is an inappropriate way to do business. I wash my hands of this establishment never again will I go here. They feel like no one makes errors. Because they are so perfect. I wish more pple would read this but obviously I would be naive if I thought that. I hope the money I lost will be the last dollars they have in their pocket when they have to file for bankruptcy.

Call before, confirmed that they have what I need, but when I came there, it turned out that they did not tell me critical information about my item. I just wasted my time coming there. If I knew it before hand I would not even bother to come. My feeling is that because it is difficult to sell that item in the condition they have, they wanted me to spend my time hoping I would buy it anyway, because I am already there.

Worst place ever, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. They will make you put down a deposit on the part, tell you its gonna be there the next day then have you waiting over a week with nothing and here's the best part, if you try to cancel your order, they take 35% of your deposit... EDIT.. you're replying to my review saying all this and I still can't receive my parts that I ordered over a week ago, and ofcourse I'll ask for my money back if u claim my order is gonna be here the next day and it's been over a week

Item arrived in a much worse condition than was represented by the seller. Being a heavy part I would lose money by shipping it back, they know that because they would only refund the part cost. I would have paid $250 for round trip shipping to get a $80 refund. So just going to cut my losses at $205 and warn you about what happened to me.

Not as professional looking as Lacey's but way better personnel. Customer service was friendly and very helpful. Extremely nice people to deal with. I highly recommend them.

horrible customer service, JUNK partsThey sold me a bad transmission, took them an extra week to deliver the part, only to find out the transmission.Dont buy parts from this place, you will WASTE your time and Money.

This guys dont know what they're doing I call order a seat for my honda odyssey they said it was ready for pick up....I drove 1 hour 30 mins when I got there they said didn't have it just like that.....be careful....stay away
