Great People to deal with. Very honest and fast to find problem. My mower was brand new and motor was seized, Owner deemed it not worth fixing. Did not charge me for his time. Great team, great service, great turnaround time, 0 complaints. Pancoast has been keeping my Toro push mower brand new while also servicing my ride on Husqvarna to keep them both in tip top shape every season.

dont go . took my groundsmaster for spring service & stalling prob. $1200 later....no solved problem & dude lost my key in transit...never replaced the key..these guys are no good..bad 1st impression

Had two mowers that needed to be fixed, both were done sooner than expected. They did the pick up/drop off which was perfect. The older machine a couple days later had a battery issue and George came right back out and fixed it. Even showed my husband how to use it since it was his first time riding it haha!

They're great place to work with in and charge very reasonable labor rates and have excellent turnaround times on every small engine project I've given them. Highly recommended!

George was extremely helpful in making a quick repair and giving me advice on maintaining my chainsaw. My son enjoyed the stop as well after getting some candy while we waited in the office. Will definitely be returning for future fixes.

Spent $700 for multiple trips and they still couldn t fix it. Our friend that s an auto mechanic fixed it and it only cost me dinner. They never gave me a dime back and didn t fix the mower
