This is THE PLACE to go to for your collision repair needs! I've been involved in the auto industry for 28 years now and have seen all kinds of body repair work to many types of vehicles. I can see imperfections that most people will miss, and because of this, I'm a stickler when it comes to any work that has to be done to my cars!Through the recommendation of a good friend, I enlisted New Egypt Auto Body's services to repair damage sustained by my daughter's car by a hit and run driver in North Jersey. The repair work performed on the car was beyond amazing, as you can see by the before and after pictures! The work was flawless! Not a detail missed. The gaps between the doors and fenders were spot on, paint was matched perfectly and buffed out to a glossy finish. The car was cleaned and detailed to look showroom new. Start to finish, this entire process did take almost a month to complete, but the staff was with me every step of the way! They updated me every week with a status report and a possible completion date. They actually completed the job a week ahead of schedule! The professionalism, expertise and customer service of Dawn and Nancy in the office and John, the shop foreman, was absolutely incredible during the entire process! You can tell they are very passionate about the work they perform and the customer service they provide! They have a customer for life and I highly recommend them!

Went to New Egypt Auto Body on the recommendation from a friend as I am new to the area. I needed my rear bumper repainted. Their complete staff made me feel very comfortable from the start.The staff was very efficient in walking me through the process of what needed to be done. My rental was waiting for me from Enterprise so I didn t even need a ride home. Everyday I would get updates as they were working on my car. They did a phenomenal job on the repair. They even washed and detailed my car. It hasn t looked this good in years.Do yourself a favor, if you need bodywork or paint work done don t waste your time looking anywhere else. This is the place to go! Thank you to the all the staff at New Egypt Auto Body. I appreciate you all.

Everything about working with New Eygpt auto body was such a positive experience. They took what was a bad situation, a car accident, and really took all the aggravation out of it. I can t say enough about how wonderful Dawn was to work with. I was constantly kept abreast of every step of the repair process. Help with everything, the car rental, insurance claim and repair process. We picked up the car and it looks unbelievable! What a great job, looks like new inside and out. It drives and looks fantastic. I have dealt with a few auto body repair shops over my years and have never had such a positive experience. I would recommend them 1000%. Great job guys, thanks so much for taking the stress of the experience out of my hands.

I had a wonderful experience at New Egypt Auto Body. Dawn was very nice to deal with from start to finish. I was updated about my vehicles progress every day. They made everything very easy for me. They called the rental company for me, they handled everything. They did a great job on my car! Cleaned it too! I would highly recommend them!

It is sad to say that customer service is rarely a companies top priority these days. Well not at New Egypt Auto Body! Dawn is amazing, from the first call she was caring and got me right in for an estimate. The team did an exceptional job of repairing my fender and bumper and making them look just like factory! Exactly what I needed to get my 03 Evo back to mint!

New Egypt auto body was amazing from start to finish. Dawn and Craig kept me updated every step of the way while they were working on my car. There was absolutely no hassle and they took care of everything. They even completed the work on my car before their estimated completion date. New Egypt auto body does fantastic work and my car looks immaculate. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again if I should need them.

New Egypt Auto Body located in New Egypt NJ is actually a component of County Line Autobody s Howell, NJ location. New Egypt provided excellent service! Dawn, Craig and John made sure I understood everything that was going to happen with my car before they started work. They provided updates on the progress of the work and I was never left wondering. When I picked up my car, I got a personalized walk around and every detail of the work done was shown to me. I would recommend going here to anyone needing car restoration work!

Were very professional and kept us abreast at every step of the repair process. Went way beyond what was necessary in assisting with our insurance company and our rental. It s nice to know when your car is out of commission, you at least have the comfort of working with a reliable and pleasant company. Made us feel like valued customers. Today i just picked up my Silverado and all I have to say about New Egypt Auto Body is fantastic work and communication through out the repair process. I am meticulous when it comes to my vehicles and upon pickup i wasn't sure what to expect. When i picked up my truck i was greeted by Dawn and John. We went over the repairs done and I couldn't even tell that it was fixed and the truck was detailed better than showroom finish and paint work was 100%. Not one negative complaint through out the process i highly recommend New Egypt Auto Body to anyone needing their vehicle fixed!!!

County Line Auto Body and New Egypt Auto Body were not a nearby alternative for us, but at the suggestion of the salesman who sold us our car we decided to take a ride and check out what they had to offer. To say that we were glad that we did is an understatement. We received professional service from start to finish, and never had to wonder about the status of the repair. All that and a totally professional repair. If you're not close by, don't be dissuaded by the distance; just take a drive and check it out for yourself.

I love this full collision repair facility that gives a Warranty with every repair.And Dawn is the BEST!!!! She s exceptional w/ coordinating my every need and these guys, John and Craig made sure everything was perfect!I m so happy and my pretty VW never looked so good!

I have used county line auto body for all of my repairs through the years for all of my cars. This time I got my car fixed at their sister shop in New Egypt. I can not say enough about how smooth the process was. Dawn and Nancy are such wonderful people to work with and the repairs were done flawlessly. My car was returned to me clean, fixed and ready for the road. Such a great place! I highly recommend using them for repairs. What a wonderful experience I had dealing with Dawn at New Egypt Auto Body. Craig Martin helped guide me through the estimate and repair process. And, Dawn was thorough with regular updates. Just as promised, except a DAY EARLY!! My Subaru never looked better!!!! I will never go anywhere else.

I have been a loyal customer of County Line auto body for over 25 years. My last accident was in Bloomfield NJ. I called and spoke to Rich and he told me he was going to send up a tow truck from Monmouth County to Essex County to repair my Explorer. As usual, the repair was flawless and I was kept updated on what was going on with my truck. I drove down to pick up my Explorer, as Rich had advised that if there were any issues, he could make the necessary changes. There were no issues and my wife and I were very pleased with the service and the quality of the work performed. If you need to have your vehicle fixed, let these guys do it. You won t be disappointed.

A dream of a teamI was so impressed by the professional way they handled the whole process of towing and checking my car, working with my insurance, and making my car new again, and all was done BEFORE the date they promised.It was a delight working with the whole wonderful team, and the way they working together left me wonder why we don t see more of this teamwork in other places.Gary Junior is a man of his word, and the service he provides is 2nd to none.The place is cleaner than a hospital, and they will go above and beyond to make sure you get the best service, and your car will get back to you in a better shape than it was before the accident Highly recommended

There is nobody better in the auto body business than Gary, Rich and their team. From intake through the repair process to final product, their attention to detail is second to none. I have trusted them with collision repair and, now, classic car restoration. Next, some cosmetic repair work on a custom car. Very communicative - their customer service is on point. They truly care about the outcome and love what they do and it shows in the way they handle every aspect of the job. If you find yourself in need of auto body work, this is your shop.

Had to have some work done and decided to take it to New Egypt Auto Body and what a great decision that was. Everyone working there is just wonderful, nice and knowable people and kept me in the loop the whole process. The work is impeccable, car came back looking brand new! Highly recommended!

Came to get 2 pieces painted and installed on my car and they did a very nice job, awesome staff who will work around your schedule and are genuinely interested on taking care of you. Barry Jason and Nancy and the Back Shop crew were very cooperative. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy place to get their automotive work done !

Craig, Dawn and Nancy were extremely nice. The car looks great - had fender repair. Got in car and was surprised to find that the interior was spotless (I wasn't expecting cleaning service). No more dog hair! Definitely would recommend.

Great people here! An issue occurred with my door where the lock pin dropped into the door making so I couldn't open it from either side. They were able to get it open and un jam the mechanism. I would definitely recommend. Even gave me a complementary car wash!

Highly recommend. Excellent work. Repaired body damage and car looks brand new. Friendly, honest and professional. Great communication throughout and final bill was less than original estimate.
