Ralph is the nicest person with solid knowledge and intention to help people with car.He provides a thorough explanation of the issue before starting the repair. Prior to our encounter, I used to visit various locations to obtain estimates, but now that I've met him, I have faith in his quotations and no longer need to seek multiple opinions.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Ive been to 4 different places who had has good reviews and Ralph is the most honest mechanical tech ive ever been to i wont go anywhere else i brought my 04 mustang to him and he found and corrected mistakes done from others shops and replaced my motor correctly and knows these 4.6s

TLDR:Be sure you know what you want fixed or tell the mechanic your issue instead of what you think is causing the issue. Otherwise, your issue may not be fixed.The mechanic charges fair prices, maybe the best in the area. But, you will not know the cost of a repair until it is made. I did not ask for the cost, but perhaps he will give you an estimate of the cost upon request.---Longer Review:I had a generally positive experience the first time that I went to the shop. I brought in my own equipment to replace my trunk seal due to a leak. Ralph charged a fair price and I noticed no issues.After the fix, I got into an accident and noticed that after the body shop replaced my rear bumper and quarter panel, there appeared another leak in the trunk around the area where the body work had been done. I took the car to Ralph's again as they fixed my previous leak.Though the price was fair given the hours that I believe he spent working on my car, the leak was not fixed and I would have to pay for any further service that is not related to the repair that he attempted. I was charged a little over $250 for the job. As I was disappointed from this, I took it to another shop and the issue was so simple that they fixed it for free.I admit that I am at fault for leading the mechanic down the wrong path by indicating what I believed to be the issue. But, I think the mechanic should have diagnosed where the leak was coming from himself and perhaps be a bit more empathetic to his customer.Lastly, I prefer mechanics that diagnose issues and give you the choice of undergoing repairs or not. This was not the case here. I took it in, the repair was made, and I had to pay a price that I was not aware of.

Ralph is a very nice and honest person! I know nothing about cars so he explained the issue in my car very thoroughly both times I visited his shop and provided me all of the options with a variety of prices. He has never performed an unnecessary repair! The first time I came to him a different auto shop tried to make me replace my whole gas tank (which wasn't even the real problem!) but he figured out the issue and fixed it for a low price.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair

Great and friendly service! Ralph is an awesome mechanic and person! He doesn't just fix your car, but explains in detail what he did and if any other problems may occur in the future.

Excellent! If you need an honest mechanic Ralph is the man to see. He tells you what your car needs. I was almost ripped off by Firestone for $1,000 in brakes all around my car, Ralph said I needed just the rear brakes.

Wow. Went in expecting to have to do a >$1000 repair (thought it was my axel), Ralph determined the actual issue and resolved it in <$100. Phenomenal service and honesty. I ve found my new mechanic.

He is one of the best as I seen so far. Been going to his shop for last 3 years with 3 different cars. He cares more for the car then over charging his customer. Fair price and good service!
