Best place to get a car!!! If you ever go here ask for Paulina she is the best of the best over there!!!! She explains everything I need to know and she explains it well enough that I can understand what I m buying and getting she explains step by step on paperwork s before signing. I recommend pro auto group to get your car!!!! Remember Ask for Paulina!!!! She the best of the best

If anyone is looking to buy a used car in the New Brunswick area or any area really. This is the place to come and check out. I went in Thursday just to get an idea of what they had and weee all about and what we could work out. Never did I expect to find my dream, and leave in it! Max, sizzler, and Emily are the friendliest staff I ve ever encountered! They sit with you and walk and talk you through every step no matter how long it takes to ensure you are getting exactly what you want! They truly made me feel like family I couldn t have picked a better spot to get lucia at! Check them out you won t regret it!

PRO Auto Group has not only made me and my Family Happy, but they have a returning Customers . I could not go anywhere else now that I have seen how knowledgeable the Staff where . Friendly , Laughter was here, and we were here for a while he even got me and my Family Pizza while we were waiting. I am definitely returning.

Best experience I ve had with any dealership I ve ever been to. Everyone was super helpful and being denied was simply not a question at all. They did everything they could to make sure I was able to drive a way with the car I ve been wanting for a long time. The prices are very good and I got a rather high Apr but it was expected as they had to do a lot of work to get me approved. 10/10 recommend for anyone struggling to finance a vehicle.

Max and the whole staff were great! They went out of their way to help me find a car that suited me when the one I was interested in was already purchased. The entire process was smooth sailing and communication with the staff (both over the phone and in person) was effective and easy! Max was very accommodating and was able to get me a really great deal on a car when I desperately needed one for school/work. Highly recommend!!!!

I HAVE TO SAY I WENT TO 4 DIFFERENT DEALERSHIPS & they all just been horrible but this one right here !!!!! PRO auto group is the BEST dealership I ve encountered. Max is the best salesman hands down helped me get into in my 2017 BMW no hidden fees no bogus prices he broke down everything to me showed me how much I will be paying he went above and beyond to make sure my purchase was successful he is honest and made me feel so comfortable. If you are looking to buy a car this is the place to go ! 100% guaranteed the best in NJ I m so happy I came here and so happy Max took care of me thank you again so much I cannot wait for the summer now

There are too many examples to share about how Max went above and beyond. Coming from Long Island, this was a bit stressful on my end. But I would drive there again in a heart beat to give my business to Pro Auto Group. With the patience of a saint dealing with all of my questions, he walked and talked me through everything and always made me feel well taken care of. Car was priced fairly, asked for owner to call me back as he was not there on a Saturday, never called me back and never responded to FB message. Very unprofessional, staff was also inexperienced, bought a car at automotive avenues in Wall township instead.
