I was trying to find out when and where I purchased my battery from a while ago because I needed a new one. So I was told by one store employee at store 1 that all they needed was my telephone number to look it up. Did that no problem, not it.Store 2 called up this time employee said they can not do that, I told the lady it was just done at the first store put me on hold then said ok what is it. Did that, not it.Store 3 New Brunswick ask them to look up number and person told me we don't do that. Told him that other 2 stores were able to and that you have the same system. Person told me to hold because he had customer. waited no response called back person told me that there must be some miscommunication on my end because they don't do that. then put me on hold before I can speak. no response call back this time he told me to give him battery number, he looked it up and told me that this a 2021 battery. This does not tell me if I bought here or not. Very disappointed with this employee because I did not get my answer when all other stores were able to answer question. I can't imagine getting help for other things at this store. Sorry but people need to understand customer support. If it's too much to handle and don't to do your job then find something else.

They were the only ones that had my part, BUT because of the HORRIBLE RUDE SERVICE. I chose to not even bother buying from them. The guy that answered the phone was being real nasty and rude I will NEVER GO TO THEM

Remembering that time when they scammed me on a return. Not joking, it happened. Took the part, never got the credit back. Had to report it to my bank. I would understand or have a better feeling about what happened, but the fact is I got a I don t care about You, your business, or your money vibe. About the whole scenario. Hey Corporate, hope you re reading, this is text book stuff.

This was my first visit to a NAPA store. I was impressed with all the parts and products they have to offer. Their prices are as competitive as Autozone, Pepboys and Advanced Auto. I decided to try NAPA because I wasn't happy with the reviews posted online with Advanced Auto for rebuilt brake parts I needed for my vehicle. The sevice at the counter was good and they were able to order in a part I needed. They offer a 10% discount to AAA members and have a rewards program, like the other stores. My only disappointment is that there is not a NAPA store closer to me.

Being customer for over 20 years, store used to be good, now the counter service or by phone Sucks, people with attitude and lack of professionalism, this is the worst store now.

It's so neat like a showroom .I miss the old days when there were like 5 auto parts stores if not more in New Brunswick .I bought a can of duplicator flat black rust rep / primer over $16But advance/ auto zone almost same price.The difference I could see is Napa is well staffed & ready to try n help !

I live right around the corner. I came here to get a few things to change the oil in my car and instead got really good service, a bit of a comedy show because the workers were so funny talking to each other, and I got a good deal on what I wanted that day. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Would definitely come back here again when I need something

This is a long one because it upset me a lot. Also, fair warning, I don't know technical terms that were used but I do know what the salesperson was saying...so if there are wrong paint terms in here...sorry. Went here with my boyfriend a few days ago because he is doing a pretty big paint job on is car and knew that they mix paint there. He's a mechanic who takes pride in his car so, of course, he was asking some questions to make sure that he knew what to do and that he had everything that he needed. When we first got there, the salesperson seemed nice and knowledgeable but his mood quickly changed as the questions started to come out. They weren't tedious questions at all...they were the standard "what do you recommend" questions. He told us that he didn't know much about paint (odd...seeing that you are selling it...) so after that, the recommendation questions stopped. After he mixed the paint, my bf asked if it was a water based paint...which the salesperson said "good question, i don't know. maybe? I don't think so"....not too confident in that answer, huh? Then came questions about clear coat. He gave us a clear coat to which my bf read the bottle and said that he didn't think it was clear coat. the salesperson answered back with "okay well we sell it as clear coat". A few minutes later, he says "oh wait..that's not clear coat, this is", and brings back a totally different bottle. The last straw was when my bf asked a question about mixing (or something like that..i tend to drift off when we're at car places...but the guys response QUICKLY drew me back in) and the salesperson INTERRUPTED his question and said "look, i told you already that I don't know about paint and you're asking me all these questions. Just tell me what you want and I'll give it to you". After that, he just bought what he thought he needed, left, and went to another Napa where they were much more helpful. Icing on the cake? We found out when we got home that the guy at the New Bruns Napa gave us less than we asked for but still charged us for how much we asked for.

Drove an hour to get auto paint touch up per sherwin williams ( apparently this is the only store un the area that does this aerosol as i have driven to 2 other places per sherwin williams).Was told they only do auto paint during the week. Was also told they close at 4 during the week. Apparently that is not true. They are listed as closing at 6. They were completely unhelpful and suggested i go to a place down the road which they said was more expensive. (Maaco i believe)

Customer service is trash. I don't know his name but he was Caucasian and had no intentions helping me out in finding a vacuum tube for my air intake. I ended up going to Franks hardware and they gladly helped me, kudos to Franks for actually helping me. Then last week Sunday I needed a touch up ain't for my car. I told the painter that I need 10 ounces of paint. So he made it himself. Point is I felt rushed when he was trying to sell it to me. He literally said "are you going to buy it or what because I got a million things to do" I was disgusted by that so I just left. If you don't like your job don't take it out on the customer.

If can't find your part in AutoZone, Napa always has it in stock. This store had what I was looking for.

Need to train counter staff better.. they need to go the extra mile to help customers.. where are all the older guys that made that store a great resource of information.. used to be always very helpful and full of knowledge..

Has a sign saying they make hydraulic hoses but when you go in to have it done they inform you that no one works there that knows how to make the hose
