The manager TJ attempts to milk customers and do things under the table. Wheel was damaged during a simple mount and balance (which was poorly done). Upon addressing this with him, he essentially lied to me saying that his employees did not use a hammer on my custom wheel, when i watched them do it through the large glass window in the lobby. Tried to bribe me with a discount code for the damages, and the Situation is still not rectified. Also attempted tocharge me $25 under the table for an alignment because he had to get under there himself even though the alignment still was not done properly. Lack of care for the vehicles coming through there even for simple tire jobs . Not happy with the services here, and will be looking to file a complaint with corporate for the issues I experienced here. Find somewhere else to get your work done!!

Called to get my tire changed was told come over I was 5 minutes away. Drove right to over got immediate service took less than 20 minutes. Extremely professional and efficient.Jose was very nice and helpful. Thanks

This was my first time going to mavis and they did not disappoint. Everyone was very nice and efficient. I got 4 new tires at an affordable price and an alignment. My car drives so nice smooth! Will definitely be going back next time!

It's been a bit since I've been here, but I'm currently dealing with some body work issues (not caused or handled by Mavis) and it reminded me how great the team here is. Every person I've spoken to communicates clearly, lays out the options, and makes sure you understand what is happening. I wish other companies could learn from this crew on how to be professional and effective. I won't hesitate to recommend this team to anyone looking for anything they cover.

TJ and Jay, along with the rest of the staff were very helpful, and kind. In terms of my service I got a wheel alignment, two new tires and an oil change done. I appreciate the way they went above and beyond to get me out in a timely manner, especially after emphasizing I was on a time crunch. Overall seems like a great team with quality service.

These people are scammers!!!!! and incompetent TJ the manager will lie and say you need extra things. Then the guys in the back will mess up your car more. Took my car here for only alignment and oil change left it the entire day and It was not safe to drive after. Then wanted to charge me more money to fix what they broke.Do not expect a refund no matter how hard you try.COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!!

All around great service! TJ takes his time to explain the work being done on your car and discusses pricing before making a decisions. This is the fastest I ve ever gotten an oil change and lll be back when my car has more maintenance needs

The staff were very helpful and offered to work on a solution to my issue while I'm on a tight budget. The technicians were quick and honest working men that focus on quality over quantity, which is very important to me. I appreciate how the staff physically showed me where the issues are on my vehicle and give me recommendations to prevent future repairs. Overall, I was very satisfied with this shop.

Staff are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly, I would normally say stay away from those places because they try and just recommend stuff to jack up prices, but not there, very reasonable!!!! Israel was a true professional!! I would highly recommend you go there!

My friend and I came in due to a flat tire. And turns out our spare that we had completely blew out. Eli helped us out by trying to fix the initial flat tire. We ended up have to get a new tire and Eli helped us get a really great price, which we re very grateful for. This is a great tire shop as well as amazing customer service. I definitely recommend coming here.

I went to this location today for a brake change and received amaaaaazing service. Israel was top tier from start to finish, the service was fast and the information was reliable. I usually don t come to big franchises due to feeling like I'll be over charged or misinformed but I didn t get that here. I recommend coming here for all your vehicle needs. Thank you again Isreal !!!

Their customer service was great! I spoke to both Vinny and Jose and they each took the time to help me weigh out the best options for my car. They were patient and helpful. I will definitely go here again.

I had a 6pm appt at this location and immediately upon arrival I was checked in and my vehicle pulled into a bay. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The manager, TJ, was informative and answered all of the many questions I had. I was getting two new tires and I was out of there in about an hour.

I had the best experience, I got there and they did not my tire size TJ ordered new tires and they were installed same day. Wheel alignment and balancing done perfectly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Friendly fast service. I showed up without an appointment for a minor emergency. Even though they were busy , I was taken care of. Jose was my rep. He's a good dude and very helpful.

I had given up on this facility over a year ago. Thankfully today I decided to give them 1 more shot. TJ, the manager, took great care of me after I voiced my past complaints with this shop. I appreciate his honesty. I will be back as long as he's there!

I went to this location for the first time today for an oil change and I must say that I m impressed. The store manager TJ was so helpful and he got me in and out of there in a timely fashion. Unless I move I highly doubt that I ll be going to another Mavis.

Went in on a Sunday to take care of flat tire caused by a cracked wheel. I was thinking they won't take me in since i didnt have an appointment but, they were able to do a wheel swap, mount and balance. Very grateful and will recommend thier service.

Very recommend here to have your tire replaced! Our car s left front tire blew up. The staff here is sooooo nice and helpful! Jose is so friendly and Nia even helped us to pick up the tire we need from other stores. We are so grateful to meet the wonderful people here!!!

Excellent service. I got there @12:00pm and left @ 12:45pm didn't seem to me at all like a long wait. I thought it would take long because there was many people before me. TJ made sure to help me out as soon as possible and even let me bring in my lunch with me while I waited. Very satisfied with TJ and the others very nice people.

I came here to patch my tire,since I had a big nail on it & at the last minute of my service I added a change of wipers front & back. I got there at 7:15pm & they finished at 7:40pm, the hole processes took only 25mts & I love it. I usually go to the South Plainfield location & had to wait 2hr there.TJ the Manager of the location was great with the hole processes. I will be coming here next time.
