Absolutely wonderful people working here. They topped off my liquids and wouldn't take any payment, and I tried! I will be coming back here for other minor and major issues with my vehicle because they're just not greedy. Thanks guys!

Wait an hour for a oil changeNot staffed so I had to waitDidn t want new air filtersSo they just put them back in my car without blowing off the debri (would think that would be a courtesy)Not satisfied with this location compared to other jiffy lubes. Makes sense why their last award was 2012

The service, professionalism and courtesy of the workers makes it a pleasant experience. They are fast but do a thorough job. Their prices are reasonable and I trust what they suggest I need.

Charged $120 for a Motul oil change and then they add $16 for the extra can of oil that my Volkswagen GLI uses which pushes the price to $144 with tax. That is OK but I went to Jiffy Lube in Somerset and they were $20 less. I can also have this done at my dealership for $100 by an authorized Volkswagen mechanic. I m not willing to pay the extra amount for the convenience, at one time you went to Jiffy Lube to save a buck.

They deserve 0 stars. You will need to get a new car!!!! Run!!! run run run. They do not know what they are doing here. Replaced my transmission and the stopped working. Jiffy lube hires anyone and clearly not training staff. I went in for an oil change. Added on a transmission flush and it has been downhill. They will offer extra services you do not need. Save your time and money! Go elsewhereThey messed up my transmission I am now in need of a new one. SCREAM DO NOT GO HERE!! I SCREAM DO NOT GO HERE!!If I could give no stars.It does not shift nicely. It is happening more often now than it did before. JIFFY LUBE WORKERS BROKE MY CAR!!!!The car is not fixed. When I came on Thursday the jiffy rep said you need oil change transmission change and wipers. I told him I had wipers. After jiffy did the Transmission change my car started jumping. Noe Steve the manager worked on my car for over an hour yesterday and redid all the services over again. Why would you do it again if the company did it right the first time.No one has reached out like they said they would. Y all messed my car up. It is not fixed so please stop lying. You can challenge my internet post but not contact me personally but you are taking care of the problem. No writing back to my review does not fix my car.I SCREAM DO NOT GO HERE!!I have been to this place several years with different cars. Today my experience has been different. The first rep that came up to me was unprofessional and proceeded to get upset with me after trying to explain my issue. The second rep came over to try to smooth things over to find out the issue. The second rep drives my car and informs me the transmission fluid I came for last week was low but I was confused if they did their job correctly and add the fluid how could it be low.Basically I returned to jiffy and spent over an hour there for the staff to address an issue that should have been addressed last week when I paid for it. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the service and will NEVER come back here again.I do not believe they will provide you with the services you paid for the first time around. DO NOT GO HERE. PLEASE SAVE YOU AND YOUR CAR!!!!!!!!!!

All of my cars have received oil and filter changes for over 15 years. No complaints, the staff is courteous and the waiting room is clean. Absolutely no reason to visit a dealer for an oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Been coming to this business for years. Spent thousands of dollars here. I came in for an oil change, I left with a huge crack across my windshield. I stated multiple times that I would have noticed a 6" crack across my windshield before entering the business. They came back with "didn't happen here". "Pollen must have been hiding it." It is right in my field of vision and easily noticeable. I simply asked to check their camera system, which they reviewed for 10 minutes. Never saw the crack on camera upon arriving, but still stated it didn't happen there. Steve W told me he would contact me and let me know what the owner says. I had to call him, and which he stated "Not our problem, didn't happen here." Real nice customer service for a returning customer and thousands of dollars being spent in this business. NEVER AGAIN, and ANYBODY I know I will tell to STAY AWAY.*Edit - The cameras didnt show any evidence, I looked at them. The Regional supervisor further called me to explain that he was a "rock chip expert". You have analog old antequated cameras, not clear evidence of no crack. If the crack was there upon arrival, how come the workers didnt just say it was cracked when you came in? Instead they hit me with 1000 difference excuses that it wasnt done there.Service: Oil change

I have been a regular for years. They originally offered a great service; they would vacuum the floors of your car interior, wash all the windows & change the oil & filter for a reasonable price, and fairly quickly. Fast forward to now, the price has more than doubled, it takes way too long, and they try to upsell anything from topping off coolant to a brake job and more. I've sat in their waiting room and witnessed, too many times, shocked customers confronted with a $1000+ repair estimate for a repair that "you really should do as soon as possible" when they only came for an oil & filter change. I know upselling is a fact of life but I am disappointed in this affordable, easy, quick oil change place around the corner from me, because it just isn't, anymore.

I came in for an oil change, and they upsold me the tire rotation package - which was reasonable. After driving the car back home (about 40 miles), the whole car felt like it was shivering and about to fall apart. It turns out they didn't install the tires back properly with the rotation. They ended up installing it correctly a few days later; which is the only reason this is a 2 star vs. 1 star.Services: Tires, Oil change

The guy that answered the phone was professional, friendly, inviting and did the job fast. I felt really positive about going to this place for the first time. The sales technique by the lady at the counter, however, was really off-putting. How can the inspection reveal that I need a tire rotation when I just had one. It is also misleading to say your car takes full synthetic which is $94 . I responded it also takes a blend. And her response is, now clearly annoyed, it also takes full synthetic . Yeah I know but it doesn t ONLY take full synthetic as you implied. Needless to say, I chose the blend. I don t like being treated like a dummy. She could have given me both options, explain why one is better and I may have been persuaded to go for it. After that she lost all credibility with me to make any recommendations, it was going to be a no and no and no. I cringed watching the same exact thing offered to an elderly lady that came after me. She paid for everything that was thrown at her. I felt so bad. She trusted what she was told. You lady at the counter need to take an ethics course.Service: Oil change

I've been a customer of JL in No. Brunswick for my regular oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance for over 10 years. They are always honest, friendly, and efficient. They could have sold me engine/cabin filters, but they recognized that they were clean (I replaced myself a few months ago). I can't recommend them highly enough.Service: Oil change

The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I needed a regular oil change and new wipers, they had my car ready within 20 minutes and the price point was spot on for the services. I was also impressed to see a female employee, she actually assisted me in checking out and made sure I received appropriate discounts and corrected my information for future coupons and discounts. Overall, perfect experience...all Covid regulations followed, friendly staff and awesome service!Service: Oil change

I stopped here in a panic when I realized my oil change was waaaaayyy overdue. While there, I had my cabin air filter replaced and tires rotated. The guy working at the desk - I think he said his name was Steve - couldn t have been nicer. The tire rotation took a little while, so I sat and watched him interact with quite a few customers with different issues. He was super friendly, kind, and respectful to every single person I saw. He worked with people when issues arose, and he asked me how often do you usually go between oil changes? rather than giving me a hard time about how overdue I was. He assured me the oil hadn t burnt, but that it definitely needed to be changed. I couldn t recommend this location more highly. I use them for my regular oil changes. Great place and super fast. The only thing I don t like is I just want my oil changed. Pretty please stop showing me my filters every time I go in, or telling me what additional services I need unless I ask! The extra sales pitch is super annoying. Otherwise this place is great! The guys are very friendly and I m confident my oil change is done correctly.

Great, fast service! I had the oil changed in my SUV. They also topped off my antifreeze and checked my battery (it needs to be replaced). I was very happy with how quickly they completed everything. They even vacuumed the floor of the front driver & passenger sides! I will definitely be bringing my vehicle here in the future for servicing.
