Made an appointment for an estimate, stopped in, had someone look my car over and gather info....said it'll be about a week to get me the estimate. Emailed mulituple times and filled out the contact form online....zero response over 3 weeks. Took my car to a place up 206 and got the estimate literally in 10 mins.

Honestly 5 stats isn't enough! I just got my cat back and to say they're extremely professional and give the best experience is an understatement! Thank you Motion! You guys definitely will be spoken very highly about from me! Everyone is such a pleasure to speak with. A million stars for them!

I took my car to this shop after an accident. Prior to bringing it in they took photos of the car and gave the insurance company an estimate. They worked with the insurance company to be sure I got everything I needed for a complete repair. I felt very confident leaving the car with them based on the recommendations of others, and I wasn't disappointed. They did an amazing job repairing the damage. When I got it looked better than it did before the accident. From start to finish there was complete professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought over my car to motion based on their reputation around town and local area. When I went to motion everyone was great and very professional really made me feel like family and that I was in good hands, they assured me that my car would be a couple days and that s all it took. Overall I give them 10-10 and I would recommend motion to all friends and family, I just wanna say thank you motion and tell Bruce I said hey!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Unfortunately my son had an accident but Chris and Bob made the situation as painless as possible. They took care of EVERYTHING from pick up from tow yard to speedy appraisal and worked with my insurance. I hope we never need body work but if we do then these are the guys to go to. THANK YOU MOTION!

Excellent service!!!! My car looks brand new! Everyone at Motion Auto was professional, friendly and went out of their way to get my car repaired and back to me as soon as possible. They delivered!!! I highly recommend Motion Auto, where they are driven to deliver great customer service!!

The body work was good. I gave them 3 stars because apparently my car was done on Friday. They stated that they called but my phone bill shows that they didn t, and I didn t get a voicemail. I had to call Monday to ask if it was done. So they only attempted to call me once, which they didn t and if I never called my car would have been there even longer, racking up my rental car bill! So I paid an extra 4 days on my rental car because they didn't call and leave a voicemail or attempt to call any of the other days my car was sitting there! Also, I spoke to the older woman stating that I was upset that I was not called and All I got was attitude.

Stay Away From Here!! I got my car back after a month they had it for. The side they repaired had a dent in it, and the color was way off. I talked to Carlos about it, then Bob came out. My car went back, this time dent was fixed, but the color was even worse and to top it off there was primer showing inside my car! After all that money I spent and the time they had it for. So I called Carlos again he put me through to Bob. Brought my car back. After two more weeks I got it back and the color was darker. Bob told me that was the best they could do. I literally had to bring it else where to be repaired. I'm not sure who wrote the other reviews but this place is terrible. Do not go here.

So far everything been very professional. Dropping the car off tomorrow to be worked on the next week. More to come......the work was fine, couldn't tell a tree fell on my car.I would go again if something happened to my car.

John gave me a very reasonable quote on fixing my car. On the day of service they got it in-and-out before I even expected it. I would recommend Motion Auto Body to anyone.

My repair should have only taken 3 days but they had my car for 11 days. There was only bumper damage. And the girl that worked there was rude.

Want it done right? Take it to Motion Auto Body. A drunk driver hit my car and Motion made it look like nothing ever happened. They're good people.

Not sure yet I'm waiting for the owner to get back with to me with a quote, and they never get back to me to discuss the work I wanted to get done on my vehicleTotal waste of time. Stay away from this shop!!!!!!!!

Good service an matched paint with parts. Some things missed, air conditioning not working, problems with traction, wheel issues.
