Full disclosure, my review is in the perspective of a B2B. I won't be coming back. I initially set up an appointment to cover a programming issue on a customer's vehicle.I set up a business account over the phone, had an appointment set and they squeezed me in on the next day. Fast forward to picking up the vehicle after I asked if ALL the lights were off on the dashboard which Lauren advised that they were. I was charged an additional $70 on top of what I was quoted originally in addition to tax for a business account.Since it was after hours, I had no choice and paid the invoice. I go back in the service department several days later to discuss the issue with billing and was told that I was supposed to inform them it was a business account even though it was established as a business account and they cannot refund the tax. In addition, they also said that the price quoted was correct.I hardly take vehicles to a dealership and this is one more to the list I won't recommend toy customers for recalls or other mandatory dealership issues.Just like the retail customers are saying on here, stay away. If you're a shop, stay away.

Avoid Family Ford and their service department-I brought our Ford Escape PHEV into the Family Ford service center on September 20, 2023 for a recall issue, and waited for over an hour for someone to take my information-I was given a 2020 gas-powered Ford Escape with 48k miles on it as a loaner car on this date-I was told multiple times between September 20-28 that I would receive a call from the Service center for an update on the issue and an ETA for a fix, but received nothing despite contacting them multiple times in this timeframe-On the evening of September 28, I finally heard from service that they were waiting for back ordered parts and it was going to be a major repair once parts arrived-Our next meaningful update from Family Ford came on October 19, 2023, a full calendar month from when the issue started. Service said they performed the TSB with the parts that had finally arrived and the noise was still present and they had no idea what the next step was-On October 23, Service informed me they had received approval to order a new motor, which arrived October 27th. He said our car would likely be done by the end of the week of the 30th-After 3 separate follow ups that week, we did not receive any update until November 6th, saying the vehicle was still not attended to as the tech called out on Friday, so it should be done in a few days-The car was not finalized until November 9th, over 50 days from the first notice of the issue

Excellent customer service and communication. Nice online scheduler. Work was done in a few hours and they even reminded me of my reward points and saved me $130!Services: Brakes, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Oil change

Took my car in for a recall (issue with brakes). They never return calls, the female that answers the phone is rude and should not be in customer service. The recall should have taken a half day, it took them 2 days. Not sure what they did but the car is dead this morning. Everything about them is horrible. Think twice before you go there. I understand that maybe they are short staffed but there is no excuse for poor customer service.

A little hard to get appointment right away. Communication is not that good once you get appointment. Loaners are very hard to get. If you have EVs don't expect to get a charge

Currently sitting here stranded because they did not lock my keys in my car for a weekend pick up. My car is only here today because I brought it for an oil change and the works on Wednesday, and they ran out of time so the work wasn t done. I received no communication (no call, no text, no email) about them not doing that work. They had just called telling me to pick up the car. It s a shame that I ll have to drive further to find another service center but I ll never go back here and would highly recommend against it.

I usually don't give dealerships high scores but this place deserves it. I mean I rather get a root canal then go shopping for a car

Only downfall is on several occasions I have called to make an appointment and have to leave a message for someone to call me back. They never do. Have to call again and speak to someone days later to make a approved appointment.

Parts prices well above MSRP. Taking the few miles additional to get to Performance Ford is worth it
