Lee Coles has forgotten more about what makes a Mercedes tick than most dealership wrenches (claim to) know! We learned the very hard (and expensive) way, not to take our Mercedes anywhere else. His labor rates are more than fair and his work ethic sets the bar high. In several years of repair service nothing has ever had to go back. It is fixed right the first time.I hope Lee continues to operate his shop in its unique Norman Rockwell setting and continue to offer Mercedes Benz fans an alternative to going to The Dealer!I will drive a Mercedes only as long as his service remains available.I update my original post - ( 31MAY2022), to observe my odometer turning 100,000 trouble free miles - Thanks to lee Cole and his professional concept of care. The only person to turn a wrench upon it.

Review update. Still great! I sold the original car I brought to Cole's but I decided to buy another Mercedes because Lee is really such a great resource. I'd be scared to get a used bmw or jag because no one wants to really work on them but I can rest easy knowing Cole's is a few minutes away.

Knowledgeable, great rates and reliable. Just an all-around great experience every time I take my car in. Have been going for years and would never go the the Mercedes dealer for service since I found out about Coles. It's one of those well-kept secrets, that you are blessed to find out about when you do. Over the 10 years I have owned my Mercedes they have probably saved me thousands of dollars. I am going to get a newer Mercedes this year and it will also only go to Coles for maintenance and repairs.

I have been going to Coles Garage since 1982, and they are probably the only reason I can afford to own a Benz. If you want someone that knows from old to new Mercedes, this is the shop.Hours are different from your normal repair shop.., but they work.Mon.-Thurs. 1pm-5pm. then 7pm-11pm. Closed Fri. and open Sat. 9-5.They only work on Mercedes, but have no problem working on a 1962 or a 2016... This shop has been a local Benz owners "in the know" kind of shop...

Likos is an excellent mechanic and takes care of his clients. His prices are reasonable of course they are a lot better than going to a Mercedes and you have personalized service with a smile.
