Drive auto works is a truly exceptional place to have your car serviced and to work with overall. The owner and manager, as well as the knowledgeable mechanics, are all a true pleasure to work with. It is not often you leave an Autobody shop in a particularly pleasant mood, especially at times after having to spend thousands of dollars on your vehicle. Every time I am in need to a visit to drive auto works I am assured that no matter what the issue may be (and how frustrating) that I will be sure to have it handled, and to be in only the best of hands. If I could leave 10 stars, I would. A big thanks to everyone, especially Orlando, at drive auto works.

Best place to get work done to any euro car especially an Audi! Very affordable and professional. Dion and the mechanics always make magic happen. Perhaps the most common way for people to find an auto shop is to search on google but my story with Dion is totally different.I had Audi few years ago. When I did my service at Audi dealer, one of the technicians I chatted often suggested I go to Dion s shop for future service because the dealer also sent cars to him for repair and service. Same quality but better rate. I was like wow this guy must be so good.10 years later from Audi to Porsche, I still go to Dion s shop simply because he and his team are knowledgeable and proud of their work. I m very satisfied and happy to find Dion and his team. If you are in the area, this is the shop you must come. Even though you are not in the area, it s definitely worth your time to travel few more miles. Their profession and quality will exceed your expectation.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Attention sport car and exotic car owners this is the shop you can trust and you should come. Dion and his team are very professional and polite. They are really detail-oriented and honest. Although Drive Auto Works is really good at sport and high end European cars, they do service broader brands. In addition to my Porsche, I also have service here for my Lexus. Very professional and efficient as always. The teams are also very friendly and willing to share their experience and enthusiasm for cars with me. I know a lot every time. You should really come here for services if you haven t. Dion and his team are the best!

Great experience, will definitely be back. Dion and the team couldn't have been nicer guys. Quality service, I got an appointment the next day, and they were so easy to get in touch. My car was ready in just 2 hours!

Fantastic experience here from start to finish. Emailed the owner, Dion for a question about what work I can get done here. the responses were prompt and we were able to get a drop-off date scheduled. First great thing about this shop, they allow you to bring your own parts. I needed tires replaced, and other shops made you buy through them, or the dealerships force you into certain tires. I drove down here with the tires in my car, and there was absolutely no problem. I found out they do wheel repair (wheels were very curb rashed), and inquired about that. I then agreed, and they asked if they wanted it a different color as well. I opted for gloss black. I also mentioned that I needed to get my front pads replaced, but didn't have the parts yet. Since they were going to have my car for a few days, they said I could just come down when I had all the parts. I decided to change out the front rotors AND do my rear pads and rotors. Once the parts arrived, I drove down in my beater and dropped off all the parts. No issues or problems. They just took them off my hands, gave me an estimate of when all the work would be done, and I was on my way.Got my car back a few days later. They did a great job. No issues, and the refinished wheels look awesome. Loving my new Michelin tires, Akebono Ceramic pads, and Zimmermann drilled rotors combo. I had no issues driving off after all the work.The price and rates were very fair compared to the dealer and even some other independent shops. I also asked about other services they offer, and they mentioned pretty much anything you could want/need to do to a car, they will help with. I am exploring installing a dash cam, radar detector, and remote start on my car, and they accommodate electronic parts installations too. They also mentioned they do detailing as well! The Service Advisor, Orlando, was a super cool and friendly guy. I will absolutely be doing business with this shop in the future. If you have a Volkswagen, Audi, or Porsche, I strongly recommend checking out this shop. They are Euro Specialists in general, so if even if you have a BMW, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Mini, Etc. do your car and yourself a favor and bring it to these guys at Drive Auto Works.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto tire replacement

I scheduled oil change last week for my 911. Around 15 min later after I got there, Ben let me know drain plug stripped so highly recommended to reschedule the service because there may be a chance the stripped plug cannot be tightened enough once it got loosened. Before l left the shop, crew leader Orlando already ordered drain plug for me. This small gesture shows they really care and are very efficient. Thank you so much Ben and Orlando as well as Dion who creates an amazing team and wonderful experience. Highly recommend Drive Auto Woks. Service: Oil change

My friend recommend me this shop. When I got here, I see Bentley, several Porsche and many Audi and BMW so I know this is a good place immediately. Although I m not very familiar with those terms and parts, Dion and his team explain to me patiently to make sure I understand and try to offer different options to see which one works for me better. I feel their respect and sincere attitude. I m so happy to find a very trustworthy shop and will never go to other places anymore.

This shop is amazing and totally different from others. Most of time, when you go to other shops, they will just tell you what need to be repaired and offer you a price. Here at Dion s shop, they invited me to the back and showed me which parts need to be replaced. In my case, there is leaking sign on coolant valve and related parts. The process is just so transparent and experience is very impressive. Make your appointment today!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Dion and crew are awesome I have b8.5 audi,For 100k maintenance carbon clean, dual pulley, alignment, all control arms, wtr pump, pcv, dsg trans fluid, belts. Everything was done in couple days. Will be going back for more. Thank you again drive auto works.

Highly recommend Drive Auto Works! Honest and kind fellas operating the shop. Been taking my Macan GTS for regular maintenance last few years and they always try their best to accommodate my hectic schedule. Great and fair pricing as well.

I was so frustrated with many auto shops because most of them just tried to upsell something I don t need or convinced me to replace something that still have decent life cycle. After coming to Drive Auto Works, everything changes. Their honest advice makes me rest comfortable. They give me heads up what to expect in the future but always say I can wait a bit until next service there is no rush given my driving distance. I m so happy to findDion and his team. Schedule an appointment and you will feel the same.

Called about installing lowering springs on my model 3 Tesla was told they have done them before so I scheduled An appointment and had them installed. I would recommend them no issues what so ever.

Great shop for both maintenance and performance needs. They handle my personal cars as well as my family's. Very experienced owner and team who offer very fair prices for parts and labor. They handle all my track day prep and inspections. Probably the only place I trust to take care of our vehicles. AAA+++!!

I was very pleased to have my Range Rover fixed there. They have a very professional approach and tell you up front what will be needed for completion of the repair .They have completed my repair on a timely fashionable manor. I will definitely use their service again and refer my friends to them.

Excellent experience!! This is a truly professional shop that goes above and beyond. I tried a bumper install myself and ran into a few difficulties. Called Dion who tried to squeeze me as soon as possible since it was an emergency (I had no bumper on). Dion and co. did an amazing job getting the work done, communicated every step of the way, and were fair on pricing. When picking up the car Dion explained everything they had to do to finish the job, showed me pics of the process, and gave me pointers for the future.DAW is a gem to have in the area. Appreciate all you do for the car community.

Brought my new to me 2016 SQ5 in for a stage 1 tune. Learned it had a stage 2 that the dealer flashed back to stock that I had no idea about. Got it re-flashed and it went from decently fast to scary fast. Thank you Dion for your honesty and integrity. Saved me a bunch of money in not buying something I didn t know I already owned.

Brought my Audi there because I was hearing a creaking noise in the suspension. Dion and his team were very professional and friendly.I worked with Orlando and he was great; very knowledgeable, sent photos of any issues they found, answered all my questions and kept me updated on the turn around for the job.Overall, extremely satisfied with my experience & the outcome! Dion has worked on 3 repairs on my Audis (A4 and A6) spanning over 10 years and I have always appreciated his integrity and great service. He has gone over and beyond the normal expectation and for that I have gone back when I needed to. I have recommended DAW to a couple of friends and have been satisfied as well. I can't say enough great things about Dion and his team. Dion mentioned that he has been doing this for 20+ years and it shows! It's difficult to find a shop that you can trust to do quality work and not rip you off. I had an intercooler and intake installed on my 2022 Golf R as well as a radar detector and dash cam installed. For the radar detector and dash cam, he utilizes a third party installer that comes to his shop. The install for the dash cam and radar detector was done perfectly with absolutely zero issues. Very clean install. The same is to be said about the intercooler and intake install. Pricing is great as well. I'll be back for all of my vehicles for any installs and maintenance work that I need. I will for sure recommend them to anybody I know.

Just wanna say hands down this is the only Guys I will ever trust with my car...Dion is the most honest, knowledgeable and hands on owner of any shop I've ever been to..he takes the time to listen to anything and everything that is going on with your car or upgrade suggestions and always gets it right the first time and is very fair with the price and provides service that is unbeatable....Ben is the most knowledgeable and awesome mechanic I've ever known....he always takes my car and treats it as if it was his own and trust me, that is hard to find these days...I'm telling everyone give these guys a try, you will never leave disappointed.Update 12/27/22Just finished getting my car back from Dion and the crew for an engine job and my car never ran better, even when new. There were many different options to take and consider when my engine failed and Dion was very patient and gave me a lot of different options including his own personal recommendation and that's what I decided to go with. Not only was the car ready in an extremely timely matter but the results were incredible with the car looking like it rolled out the factory floor and driving like never before...For all your maintenance needs and general repairs look nowhere else. These are the only true guys I know that treat your cars as if it was there own

Dion and his crew at Drive Auto works are the best around. I have an A7 that needed major suspension work and they did a phenomenal job. I also had the engine flashed. Car drives like new. If you have an Audi/VW etc you are doing a disservice to your ride if you use another shop. My experience with this shop was great. Compared to other mechanics, Dion does a great job of responding to calls/emails. Additionally, through his recommendations, proved to be a standup/trustworthy person. I cannot recommend Dion and his team enough! They have been doing all of my maintenance and repairs on my Audi for the last few years, and have saved me THOUSANDS since I've stopped going to the dealership. They pay much better attention to my car and do more thorough work then any of the 4 dealerships in the area I used to use. Although I have used them strictly for maintenance and repairs, I hear they do an incredible job with tuning and upgrades. I drive over an hour just to have them do the work, seriously, they're the best!

This is the place to go for any repair you may need on your car.Dion and his team are very knowledgeable and offer the best customer service.
