I bought my new Toyota Venza from Toyota of Morristown and had a great experience with Sean, Alvin and the team. There were no hassles and games.Sean got me a fair value on my trade-in and was transparent about the pricing they could offer. There were no games while we waited for inventories to come in. I looked around at other dealers and Sean was the best. This is my fifth car purchase from here over the years and the experience shows how much they value me as a customer. I would definitely recommend.

If you re reading this review and researching , just stop what you re doing and reach out to Sean Sweeney at Toyota of Morristown. I was able to secure a Grand Highlander Hybrid Max at a GREAT price. Sean kept me posted on the status of the vehicle thru out the whole process, and when the vehicle showed up, the whole transaction to close was by far the fastest and most enjoyable experience I ve ever had at any dealership. Afterwards, Sean gave me the download of the car - all the bells and whistles etc. Overall, just a great experience!!!!

Sean Sweeney at Morristown Toyota completely changed how I viewed the car buying process. My experience here was fantastic as they don t just sell cars but service. Sean was an excellent communicator from first contact to driving the car off of the lot. He ensured everything was ready to go on the day my car arrived and answered all questions thoroughly. The efficiency of the process was also impressive. I would recommend Sean highly to anyone looking to find their next ride.

My lease ended and I came back to get a new car. Adam was so patient and helpful in getting me a new Rav4 that fitted my needs and likes (which were several)! I definitely recommend this dealership and specifically Adam, who will make sure to get you what you want.

Disappointed, 1st time I visited your service center. Just needed to replace a small piece of wire. But you have broken the wire holder also added a piece of wire without replacing it but I was charged $574. Additionally 2 scratches on my car in the name of free car wash. I believe 5$ tool can be used to unlock the holder and 1$ dollar spiral hose could have been used or simply replaced by new wires instead of soldering the damaged wires. Seems the ugliest work done on break power and sensor wires. Also you got hold of my car and put me in situation either I have to pay you $184.95 and tow away my car or pay $572.24 for just soldering 2 wires.

Probably the best experience we have ever had buying a car. Sean Sweeney worked for us and got us the car we were looking for at the price we wanted to pay. Top notch all the way. We drove almost 2 hours to to do business with him

Purchased here before and loved them. Also loved their service department. Showed up today to buy 2 cars (one for my husband and a first car for my son). When we asked to test drive a car, Dave Colon told us test drives were only available for serious buyers. He explained Toyota couldn t let just anyone do a test drive because the new cars would accrue too many miles. Disappointed to be treated this way maybe a bit impressed that a car brand can be so picky with its clientele to deny them a test drive. Oh well, you lost our business.

Great experience purchasing a RAV4 Prime at Toyota of Morristown!Sean Sweeney at Toyota of Morristown made the whole process of purchasing a new car a pleasure.I can t say enough about Sean providing a great experience purchasing from their dealership.Sean made the process very efficient, and his expert knowledge of the vehicle really helped a great deal. He went through the features and set up all the connected services for the Toyota App for me.The car was in great condition, full tank of gas and even a full charge on the EV battery so I could enjoy all the features of my new car right off the lot.I want to thank Paul Cabrera finance director too; Paul explained everything and made the process very efficient and pleasant.They were upfront and honest about everything and went way out of their way to make sure all my needs were met.This must be the fastest in & out time I ve ever experienced purchasing a vehicle.Key points Sean listened to me and was attentive to my questions. And has reached out a couple of time since my purchase check in and say feel free and call any time you have a question. Quick and painless the dealership made the process easy. Quick and clear communication (email and in-person). Professional and polite. Trustworthy. No-pressure. No last-minute surprises.It s wonderful when professionals like Sean go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

We've been buying/leasing our vehicles from Toyota of Morristown for years -- we've always been so pleased with the sales reps and the service they provide. I just leased a new RAV4, and my sales person was Sean Sweeney. He was so great to work with... very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend asking for Sean if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

Kudos Alvin and Sean on my NEW 2024 Toyota Rav 4 Limited with the blackout package! It is a dream car and the experience dealing with you both on car 26 was amazing. A simple filling out of online paper, a great trade in, great walk through the best I ever had with Sean made picking up the new child even better! So good I sent Mike Kling 12 hours later who bought a Venza loaded to the hilt. Thank you for the great service and Alvin and Sean rocked it! Thanks Liz for keeping me as a customer since 1988!

Keith and Judy helped me resolve a mechanical issue caused by an out of state Toyota dealer. Their communication and perseverance with the dealer, together with their quality mechanics, and a brand new loaner put me back on the road. Kudos to Keith and Judy. Would highly recommend anytime. I got my 2023 Toyota Corolla Hybrid SE from here - Adam K. was extremely helpful with finding me a hybrid car that had every feature I was looking for. I had to deal with craziness from my insurance company and Adam was extremely patient and understanding. He worked on getting me temporary insurance until things with my agent got figured out. He even checked on me the following day to make sure everything was going smoothly! Great service from the staff and I LOVE my new car!

I would like to say we had a great experience with handing off our car and leasing another one at this Morristown showroom. Robert Colon was the salesperson and he took such good care of us and was patient in answering all our questions and went above and beyond. The process was seamless and he did not make us wait, customer service was excellent. He also explained the features of the new car and ensured we were fully set up on the app before we went on our way. I would highly recommend this location and especially Robert to my friends and acquaintances.

I cannot recommend Toyota of Morristown dealership enough! My Sales Rep, Sean Sweeney, did an excellent job working with me from start to finish. He made the process of locating and purchasing my new Sienna very enjoyable. With our busy schedules, Sean was able to both communicate status and also keep me and my husband on the same page by answering all of our questions. Sean outlined what to expect and he was spot on with each step. Everyone from the Service Team, Sales (Sean) and Finance department were welcoming and super informative. We love our new Toyota Sienna and feel confident with our purchase of the extended warranty as well! Thanks so much to Sean and everyone else at Toyota of Morristown who assisted in our purchase!

I had been looking to trade in my 2018 Prius Prime to an SUV. I was originally looking for a Certified pre-owned RAV4 but I saw a Certified 2021 Venza on their site. I loved the service that I received over at Toyota of Morristown! My sales rep, Robert, was courteous and informative. Never once did I feel pressured throughout the process. Great and awesome experience from start to finish. Their prices are upfront and way lower than other dealers. Sean help me through out the whole process and I d say it s like a breeze. Sean even set up my multimedia to the car! He goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with everything. Sean is the example of what Customer service is like! No time wasted on my part not like dealing with other car dealers. I drove my brand new 2023 Rav4 hybrid Xse in just a week of waiting! If you re thinking of getting a Toyota! Go to Toyota of Morristown and ask for Sean!!! you will not be disappointed. I love my new Rav4 XSE! I wrote this review 2 weeks after I got it and it s a great feeling having to drive it every time

My husband and I recently bought a 2024 Toyota Camry at Toyota Morristown and we would highly recommend you giving them your business. We worked with salesman, Sean Sweeney. He worked with us remotely via email and phone and not only got us the best price he did not waste our time like many other dealers did. When we finally got to the showroom we were shown the car and having no additional questions we had all the paperwork signed and drove away in less than 45 minutes. It was an amazing experience and we will definitely do business with them again.

If I could leave a negative review I would , went in because i saw a 24 Tacoma and I saw it on the lot before going inside no sold sign not even fully un wrapped with the sticker on the window still , just wanted to look and it but when I go inside they were very rude, guy didn't even say his name ! Very unpleasant Experience , I would never go in that dealer to go look or even buy a car ever again!!!!

I usually don't write negative reviews. Quite the opposite: I always try to share my positive experience with all the businesses I interact with. But I will have to make an exception with Toyota of Morristown: I went in February to get a stuck seatbelt replaced, and to troubleshoot an issue with my keyfob not working. Long story short, they wanted $380 just to look at each of these two issues. Replacing the keyfob receiver would have cost me $1900, so I declined, while the seatbelt was approx. $700. I paid in advance, and they told me that they would call me, since the part had to be ordered. Well, it's been almost two months and I'm still waiting for that phone call. I told them to cancel the service and refund me my money, but even there, no call back, no acknowledgement of my request. Who runs this place? I ended up filing a complaint with BBB to get my money back. I will gladly take my business elsewhere, moving forward.Edit 4/9/2024: This is what BBB told me: Your BBB has closed this case and noted that the business did not respond to the complaint. This complaint will be reflected on the company's BBB Business Review with the following language: 'BBB did not receive a response from business.'Also, in their response here below they said they would call me. They made one attempt. ONE. I called them back and left a voicemail, and then nothing. I'm not surprised. Don't trust this service center.

This was the most painless, easiest visit I ve ever had at a dealership. I handed in my Toyota RAV4 and leased a 2024 Corolla Cross Hybrid. They did amazing by me! Learie the inventory manager was absolutely amazing and above and beyond helpful. Alvin the sales manager was equally as amazing. What I loved most.. they were down to earth, didn t pressure us, showed us all our options. I wish my past two leases were through this dealership.. but now I know! These guys are the best of the best

I had such an amazing experience - twice! - with Toyota of Morriston and Sean Sweeney in particular. I truly hate the process of buying a car so do as much online shopping as I possibly can. I was thrilled to find Sean - he was so responsive by email and text which really accommodated my schedule. And I loved the transparent, no hassle pricing. I bought a RAV4 hybrid in 2022 even though I really wanted a Highlander but inventory was so limited. I loved the car but it was just a bit too small for our long trips with two big dogs. One year later, Sean helped me trade the RAV4 for a BEAUTIFUL HIghlander Grand Hybrid. He once again made the process incredibly easy with transparent pricing, responsive calls and emails, and keeping me up to date while we waited for the car to arrive. I truly love my new car and am so glad I went to Toyota of Morristown. The sales staff are incredibly friendly and the service dept is high tech, efficient, and excellent.

My experience at Toyota was a great one! I had been looking for a specific truck for a long time. I enquired online and Jason reached out immediately with photos and answered all of my questions. Upon arriving we met with Sean Sweeney our sales person. Sean was great to work with, very professional and knowledgeable about the truck I was interested. After visiting two other dealerships in Bergen County, I ended up driving the 30 minutes to Toyota of Morristown, and had a fantastic sales rep with Sean, who was a friend of a coworker. Sean was knowledgeable and non-pushy. In a period of 48 hours, he was able to find me my dream car in my dream color, and come in with numbers without any fluff or add-ons and we were ready to take pen to paper. After leaving a partial payment to secure the vehicle, I came back 48 hours later with a cashier's check in hand and completed the transaction. The A+ care did not end there. Sean walked me through each and every feature of the car and how to go through everything in the app. I am a firm believer that when you get level A customer service, you go to the top of the mountain and tell all your friends about it. I am now team Toyota of Morristown. Thank you Sean.
