I had a fantastic experience at the Subaru of Morristown!Two weeks ago, I was put in contact with Nancy at Subaru. Nancy who was my initial contact, I was very pleased with. Her professionalism and kindess was very well received and she was very helpful in getting me an in person appointment and introducing me to Juan who was my salesperson. Juan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car for my needs. Rob, the sales manager worked hard to find the best rates and options for me. The financing process was smooth and easy, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. The whole experience was truly amazing. I walked away with a new Legacy. When I picked up the car Juan took the time to help me set up everything in the car, phone, seats, etc. This is a truly an example of great customer service. Thank you, Nancy, Juan, and Rob, for all you did for me!!!I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.

This was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. Christopher Sullivan who went over the car details with me and took me for a test drive was outstanding. His knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy were second to none. Marc Fenelus, who initially contacted me, answered all my questions, and provided me with the information I needed quickly and with no pressure. Rob Colon, who handled the financial aspects of the deal, was clear, concise and got all the bits and pieces sorted out efficiently and to my full satisfaction. Easy, quick, professional, and respectful. Well done, team Subaru of Morristown!

Chris Sullivan was a pleasure to work with last week when I purchased a vehicle at Subaru of Morristown. I've driven the same car for over a decade and was anxious going into car shopping. Chris made the whole process so easy and pleasant. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or lost in the process. Absolutely the best car shopping experience I could've asked for.

I got my tire locks changed and a nail removed from 1 of the tires at the Subaru Service Center in Morristown today. The service was excellent. Ricky Loaknauth, the assistant manager at the center was very professional, gave me a very accurate estimate of the time the work would take, and a very transparent break up of the bill. I was attended to immediately, the work took exactly the time I was told, and everything was done well.

We bought a Subaru Forester Touring. Our sales associate Jen could not have been better. Extremely honest and helpful, she walked us through every step of the process. After purchase she gave us a comprehensive rundown and ensured that we left the dealership confident in our new vehicle. Highly recommended!

We just purchased our first Subaru yesterday and couldn t have had a better experience. Jen was wonderful! She was extremely knowledgeable about all the cars, honest, and spent a lot of time with us. The whole process went smoothly and we would highly recommend them to family and friends!

I recently purchased a new Forester at Subaru in Morristown and it was actually a wonderful experience because of Client Advisor Chris Sullivan. Chris is a good listener, knowledgable, outgoing and he took the time to explain in detail all the features of my new vehicle. And I especially appreciated that he was not pushy. He followed up after the sale with additional information. I happily give five stars to Subaru Morristown and ten stars to Chris!

I never post reviews. However, I am constantly amazed at how efficient and professional everyone at the Morristown Subaru Service Center is. Ricky Loaknauth in particular. I actually look forward to getting my car serviced because he makes me feel welcome and appreciated. He also goes out of his way to make sure that any concerns or issues are taken care of.Would recommend this place to everyone. Two BIG thumbs, way up!!!

Bought a certified 2020 Subaru Crosstrek Limited for our youngest 2 weeks ago. Sales process starting with Juan and continuing with management (Ray and Mike) was an easy, no rush and no pressure process. We got a very nice price out the door. They worked with our youngest to learn about the multiple safety features that were new to them. However, what took our experience to next level was how they handled a couple of unexpected challenges with our purchase. They quickly facilitated needed repairs to ensure that our experience remained at highest level. Their response to our issues illustrated they are not afraid to stand by their product and their commitment to customer service. The service department team of Ricky and Sharday were also excellent to work with and very responsive. The service department showed same commitment related to their product that the dealership exhibited. I strongly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to get a fair deal with excellent service. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Subaru of Morristown.

The employees at the service center are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a great experience with my service advisor Victoria. Victoria and her team are effective communicators, ensure that services are completed in a timely manner, and maintain a comfortable and clean space for customers to wait while their cars are being serviced. I ve only ever had positive experiences with the Subaru Morristown team, from buying my vehicle last year to routine maintenance visits. I highly recommend this dealership!

Purchased my new Subaru yesterday- best car buying experience yet, this was my fourth Subaru. My salesman Chris was very knowledgeable and patient, the manager Mike was very helpful and Paul in finance ended the experience as good as it started.

Victoria and the whole team did a great job! I brought my Outback in for a recall primarily, but also had been loosing air in one of my tires over the last few weeks. The techs took a look while I was there and found a small nail which they plugged for about $35. Victoria checked in with me before doing the work which I appreciated. It was all done in about an hour. Although I didn't take advantage of it they also offer a shuttle service or loaner car. I usually am skeptical about the dealership doing work but I'll definitely come back!

Pretty unhappy with my experience here. Bought a new car outright, no loans, and was given the run around on getting the title. Was told I couldn't have the title until I gave them specific forms, because I might "take the car overseas and sell it" They made me wait two weeks before finally giving me the title even though I bought the car in full, only to find out shortly after that the front and rear brakes were completely shot.

Turned in leased Outback 2 months early and upgraded to 2024 Ascent. Jen made the experience enjoyable and affordable. This is the second lease through Subaru of Morristown and third Subaru lease in-general. I can say the Subaru of Morristown experience is first class!

Great first time experience with this dealership! And a shout out for their excellent assistant service manager, Ricky. In an emergent situation, he scheduled my Outback for immediate service and arranged for a loaner. My car was fixed within a few hours and I was back on the road. Well done Subaru of Morristown!

Victoria is always provides the best service, communication and help. She goes above and beyond to ensure each customer has a great experience. Despite me living far away and having 2-3 dealerships closer to me, I am happy to travel to Morristown without hesitation to see Victoria knowing that she and her team consistently provide me the best results and service. I will always recommend Subaru of Morristown to my friends and family!

Spectacular customer service skills from Kostas - thank you so much!! I lost track of how many cars we looked at, and test drove a few of them- and he was super supportive, patient, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He answered all of our questions with complete confidence and certainty. The cars themselves were beautiful - I can t believe it took me this long to visit a Subaru and check out the Subaru vehicles. The dealership was extremely clean and well organized as well. Kostas- you were the star of the show. Thank you so much again for your help.

I purchased a new car from Subaru of Morristown after having a bad experience at a different local dealership, and the difference between the two was night and day. Bob Parkes is a fantastic, informative salesman who took the time to help me decide between two cars and assisted me with trading in my old car. I am so happy with my Subaru and highly recommend both Bob and Subaru of Morristown. A huge thank you to them for making this process so easy!

Just bought my second car through Chris at Subaru Morristown. He explained all the options and let me test drive all the cars I wanted. Along with the 2 managers, they made the experience simple and relaxed to drive out that day with the car that met all my needs. Would highly recommend them.

My car was brought in due to the engine light coming on. Ricky was great to work with and communicated with me throughout (since it was taking some time figuring out what the issue was). After a few days of me picking up the car, the engine light came on again - again, Ricky was great and determined to figure out the issue. Before I could ask they were getting a loaner ready for me (both times). Both experiences were as good as they could be when bringing in their car to a service department.

Writing this review to advise those in the area to purchase their Subaru at Morristown. They treated us very professionally, and very respectfully. And their price was a couple dollars (about $100) better than their competitors. Unfortunately, in the end, they did not have the color car we wanted so we had to purchase from another local Subaru dealership. That other dealership left a lot to be desired and we were very sorry that we weren't dealing with Morristown. I don't want to badmouth the other dealership by naming them, or go into details, but I highly recommend you visit Subaru of Morristown first and shop there if you can.

I'd like to give you some feedback on your Subaru Service team in Morristown. Both Ricky and Victoria are awesome--and everyone that I deal with has been service-minded, courteous, and just genuinely nice. I have four Subarus that are serviced in Morristown three were bought there. We love our Subarus, and the Morristown Service Team makes it easy to keep coming back! We had a great experience at Subaru of Morristown nj. We bought a certified Crosstrek and was first greeted by Rob, and then Chris Sullivan helped us the rest of the way. He was great & very knowledgeable snd friendly. The whole car buying process was easy and enjoyable.
