Couldn t have purchased our F150 from a better dealership. We were treated so kindly. Our sales rep NEIL SWAGGER was top notch. He was professional and yet very down to earth. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable and very patient. Answered all of our questions and spent lots of time with us going over every possible option that was best for us. I had an amazing experience purchasing my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara here all thanks to Sergio! He made sure I knew all the history of the vehicle I was purchasing, showed me all the cool features, and took me on a test drive which sealed the deal for me! Our salesman Neil Swagger was great. He helped us through the whole process even showing us how everything worked on our new Bronco. He understood our desires and limitations and directed us to a vehicle we liked and could afford. He put zero pressure on us and he even confirmed we could end the deal for any reason. Great experience at this dealership. I always like to get a feel how the ownership treats their employees. I got the opinion the Neilson family treats their employees well and have a family atmosphere. I will refer friends and family to this dealership.

I just left the dealership- Wow!! Amazing experience with Sergio and the team. Sergio contacted me because my previous lease was almost over on the mileage. He was able to get me into a new Bronco lease with added mileage and same price point. It was seamless and easy. Truly a pleasure to do business with this dealership. Sergio delivered excellent service !! Highly recommend!!!

I would like to preface this review by saying that I had originally came to this dealership 4 years ago because a family friend was working in the maintenance department and he was helping me find a new car.With that being said, I was very hesitant to buy a new car from this dealership once he left. I placed myself in tight situation with my last lease from the dealership and have been receiving phone calls from Neil to get me into a new car. Feeling very pessimistic, I answered a phone call to entertain him. I even figured I would further entertain him buy showing up and showing him how much of a hole I put myself into(with a car a very much was in love with) just to prove he couldn't help me. But yet, here I am writing a review about Neil because by some miracle he proved me wrong. With the help from Neil and the manager Eddie, I am now in a new lease. Being a (young looking) female, buying a car is intimidating and the fear of being taken advantage of or being treated like I'm incompetent is always a concern for me. Both Neil and Eddie were understanding of my situation and transparent about how they could or couldn't help me. They both treated me like I was someone they have known for a long time and weren't just looking to sell a car. They were more interested in building a relationship rather than grooming a transaction. Although I will be relocating to south Jersey in the near future, I will always return to work with Neil and Eddie again. I would also like to mention that the finance manager was also very kinda, understanding, and treated me like I was part of the Nielsen family. I never once felt like I was making a bad choice based on what I could or could not afford. I really can't thank them enough!

I wanted to share my amazing car dealership experience with Wayne Amaya. It was such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by him and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wayne was genuinely interested in helping me find the right car for my needs. The buying process was incredibly smooth with him. He guided me and my family through the entire process and answered all our questions patiently. He made sure I understood all the paperwork and financing options. It was an stress-free experience from start to finish. He also encouraged me to take a test drive and experience the car firsthand. It helped me make an informed decision, and I was impressed by the performance and quality of the car.one last thing - the dealership had a comfortable waiting area with complimentary snacks and beverages. They also had a play area for my kids. It was a nice touch and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.Thank you so much for everything Wayne!! He really went above and beyond for me and my family!

We chose a Nielsen Ford based on a previous experience purchasing a car there. My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Wayne, who went above, and beyond on the day that we purchased our Bronco. There was a delay in paperwork, then he ended up going far beyond the expectations and requirements of his job to ensure that I had the most satisfactory delivery experience. Neil Swagger was my Ford salesperson. He was young and answering all my queries or checking for additional information many might consider his strong suits but I so appreciated his positivity calmness & stepping in to prove this was a good decision for me.You see as a 78 year old driving sub-compacts for22 years I bought an all electric mustang GT! With 2 cameras w/total visibility replacing a cloudy grey screen. Slide in mirrors so no fear with driving it into a small garage. And simplifying and helping connect me to all the technology at my finger tips.I knew how to drive. It was so many psychological fears about fuel, perception of size, technology etc. that he continued to wow me. Bless you Neil!

Neil was absolutely amazing. He treated me like an actual person and not just somebody to make money off of. They worked with me until we found a deal that worked for everybody. cannot recommend this dealership enough! Eddy worked seamlessly and cohesively together from start to finish to make the process of purchasing a the Bronco badlands enjoyable. I highly recommend Nielson Ford of Morristown! Nick was very patient and kind and full of knowledge. He helped us find a great truck for our family of 6. He went above and beyond. We are so happy with our purchase of an Explorer! And on top of it all, we even got a 55" TV! Nielsen Ford really cares and appreciates their customers. Everyone there was very friendly. We were warmly welcomed by sales rep, Orhun Varol who effectively managed to show us all the available options that suited our needs. After searching other auto dealers, we came back the next day to make our final purchase here at Nielsen Ford in Morristown. Orhun was easy to communicate and understand our needs/preferences, he managed time constructively and remained attentive, friendly throughout the entire process. Honestly, it is hard to find accurate salesmen, specifically one who is knowledgeable, patient and has great work ethics. Our salesman is a great asset to this or any other company. I only say this because I came across other salesmen that were not as productive as he was or just wasted our time. If you need a new/used car please visit this dealership, you won t be disappointed!

The purchase of my new car was made fairly smooth and comfortable by Rome. Neil's expertise on the vehicle made the leap from ICE to electric vehicle less intimidating. They found the right vehicle in their inventory and the incentives to make the deal achievable. Two thumbs up.

Recently purchased an F-150 from Nielsen ford. The entire staff was friendly and inviting. Even though I was dealing with Steve. Almost everybody I saw was saying hello and welcoming myself and my family. One salesman O even showed our kids where the waiting area was which had toys for them to play with while we waited for the contract to be finalized.Overall great experience. We will be buying all our vehicles at Nielsen and with Steve!

After 6 years of leasing from Toyota, my wife and I went back to Ford and they did not disappoint. They really took great care of us and put in two great Bronco Sport Heritage vehicles. We love everything about them. The retro look really drew us in and the rest was just icing on the cake. Steve Silverstein treated us like family. I would highly recommend this great team to anyone looking to finance or lease a vehicle.

Steve Silverstein helped me and my girlfriend get into 2 new cars within a few days. My girlfriends car broke down and we had it towed to Nielsen Ford Morristown when Steve saw us and helped show us the way. Then of course, talked us into the possibilities and options available for getting her into a new car. Needless to say, I got myself one too. We got my girlfriend into a 2019 ford raptor and myself into a 2020 Jeep wrangler. We never thought we would be able to make this work, but Steve never gave up. Between his work with the finance manager, Scott, they made us a deal that we couldn t say no to, nor that we thought we could ever be approved for. We got the best rate we could, and we re super happy in our new cars. Thank you Steve!

We recently purchased a Bronco Sport Outer Banks at Nielson Ford of Morristown. We had the pleasure of working with Neil who was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable, very patient and answered all our questions. His calm demeanor was a refreshing change from some of the other dealerships. It took us a little bit of time to make a decision and figure out financing and Neil kept in touch with us without ever being too pushy. We love our new Bronco and would highly recommend Neil if you looking for a great car buying experience!
