Rolando Roman the best salesman at Nielsen Dodge of Motown. I highly recommend him for anyone who s looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle. He was able to assist me and helped me to get the best price for my new car. He is very knowledgeable and strives to really help you feel comfortable with your purchase.

Make this dealership your first stop. I have visited over 15 dealerships prior to arriving at Nielsen. Jeff Vera was very pleasant to work with. He maintained great communication before, during, and after I leased my vehicle. Unlike many other dealerships, Jeff Vera was willing to work with me and made sure I left in the vehicle that suited my needs. Highly recommend.

Straight criminals. Never wrote a review before but this dealer is complete trash. Do not take your vehicle here. Went in for an oil change and A/C issue left with a $2500 bill and a truck that was now over heating. Went back another $500 and still over heating. Brought back in and told it ll be another $1500 to fix. Criminals. Highly advise don t bring your vehicle here for service. Wouldn t buy one here either.

Very nice and clean area to sit.I feel like for the amount of money that I spent yesterday, my tire rotation should have been free, especially after realizing that the tire that they placed in rotation didn't have any pressure in it. So I'm trying to figure out why you wouldn't check the pressure of all the tires if you're going to charge someone $40 to change them

I recently just purchased my 2020 Ford Escape at Nielsen dealership of Morristown and I couldn t be happier with this purchase. My salesman Rolando, was great! He explained everything I needed to know about financing my vehicle and picked a very great safe car for my daughter and I. Also Tommy, the finance manager broke everything down and explained everything in detail about my vehicle what I needed to know about my payments etc. I appreciate these two very much and look forward to being apart of the Nielsen family for my future vehicles! Thank you guys again!

I took a fight in to purchase a used car . The issues is the front-end jerking back and forth called the dealer they gave ne the run around for days . The salesman wouldn't return my calls aa stated . To buy a used car from these people think twice ! I felt I wasn't treated fairly at all . So I will pay for this repair , lesson learned...Rolando salesperson. I would not buy here again.

Gail Whyte the so-called "Business Development Manager" here has no idea what she's doing. Absolutely no attempt to provide useful information related to used car sales, simply responded with "We don't have general information available." Apparently if you're not ready to make an imminent purchase, you're not worth the time or effort. Fire this woman - she is professionally illiterate.

Rob Z was awesome to work with, made the whole process of selling my 2021 Ford F-150 super quick and easy. He was extremely courteous and was a pleasure to work with, I can not recommend the Beyer Team enough!

Came there in June to get an issue with my vehicle situated. The representative sent me to one of his mechanics saying they would take care of me . They were unable to fix so I came back to the dealer. It s been about 4 months they replaced my battery without authorization charged me, sent me on my way & I m having same issue. This is still on going from June - they asked me to go else where to fix.

I went to get my vehicle repaired because the lock mechanism of my driver side door was not working. I was told I needed a certain part. It took over 2 months to get this part in. I had to call to find out if the part had come in. When it finally did come in, I took the vehicle in. Took 1 day for the repair; GREAT RIGHT? Wrong! They did not fix the problem and we only realized AFTER We paid. Like, what kind of business doesn t check their work actually fixed the issue? Suddenly they needed a different part, crazy thing this part was way cheaper than the one they replaced but we had already paid and performed the work for the new part for free and of course the repair needed both parts (why wasn t this communicated when we first took the car to be diagnosed). At this point almost a week had passed since we originally dropped the car off without an update. We had to call twice to find out what was going on. When we finally got the car back, there s a chip on the paint on the driver side door that was not there before. Manager offered to fix it, but I would rather have a kid fix this rather than take my car back to them. If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would gladly do so.

Worse dealership. Brought car in for service. Said there would be a charge for figuring out what was wrong. Charged me two charges of $170 each because I asked about 2 items. They didn't tell me this up front and the price they quoted was so ridiculous I didn't do it. Do not go there!

Terrible service department. I bought a car with the best (&most expensive) possible warranty. Planned to always bring my car there. But when you need service it takes 6 weeks to get an appt. They fix a noise only for it to happen again the next week. When my svc rep is not in for the day, nobody else there can answer a question about what s going on with my car. Manager won t return phone calls. I ll never buy a car at this dealership again.

By far one of the best if not the best car purchasing experiences I have ever had in my life. From the second i inquired about the vehicle to the second i walked into the building. Rolando R Roman and his team were nothing but pleasant, reliable and honest with everything they did for my family and I. Being in PA and purchasing a vehicle in NJ could have been a little difficult but they exceeded all my expectations. From the second I started to talk to Rolando i knew i was in good hands. He worked with me every second to make a deal over the phone, email and text before i made the trip to NJ. We had everything set and ready the night before, the second i walked into the dealership i felt welcomed and felt like family. We arrived at 1:15 pm and by 2:15 i had all paper worked signed and keys in hand. Rolando and the rest of his team are A++ in the car business, i would highly recommend and i will be getting any future vehicle through him and his team! Thanks again for such an amazing experience!

Purchased my new 2019 Ram 1500 here. Rolando my eventual sales agent was outstanding. Even after I was drawn to the dealership by the internet sales team baiting me with truck that they did not have on the lot. I emailed and spoke with Taylor and Dana from internet sales several times asking if the truck was actually there on the lot and they assured me it was. When I arrived I was told the truck just left and was being driven by a manager. The truck would be back in two days but of course it would not be in new condition at that time.Rolando showed me other "ready to roll" and I decided on a different vehicle. I felt I came out on top because I eventually decided on the truck I bought which I love. Don't get me wrong there was the initial lowball offer on my trade and the "let me talk to my manager" shenanigans that are just part of the deal when buying a car from a dealership. However, with live up to date sales information available right on your phone, doing a little research on your trade value and just paying attention you can still get a decent price. I never felt Rolando was lying and he wasn't pushy however, everyone in a dealership is there to make money. Every smile, hand shake and presently is/are purposeful attempts to lower your guard and get in your pocket. On to the finance guy. I have a credit score way above 800 and tick all the boxes lenders look for except for debt to income ratio maybe but that hasn't kept me from financing at exceptional rates on motorcycles, vehicles and my house in the past. I did an initial check via my credit monitoring site and a major lending site before I even went to the dealership and had an idea of what to expect as far as a rate. I had to ask the guy several times (I believe his name was Rick) what the rate was before he revealed a rate that was nearly double what I knew I could get. He started with a very rude take it or leave it attitude but after I walked out he began a barrage of reevaluations and phone calls to his supposed "friends in the lending industry" to get me a better deal. He even insulted me in the middle of the negotiation regarding my wife's income (even though she was not a co-signer) and repeating the fact over and over that two of the lenders he checked with wouldn't make the loan. I knew of course that there are several factors that contribute to why banks will not lend to someone and many of them have nothing to do with your credit worthiness. Rick used horribly transparent negotiation tactics that were both insulting and comical at the same time. In the end through a combination of reducing the rate and the price of the truck he got to a number that I could live with but was still about half a point higher than I later found out I could get.Do your homework on current interest rates and know where you are credit-wise before you walk into this place. Pay very close attention to your Retail sales contract. Specifically the actual cost breakdown (with interest rate) and the section on fees and amounts paid to others on your behalf. Everything you are actually being charged must be listed on this document. There will be a ton of documents to sign. Make sure you read and understand them. A good deal of the really pertinent information will be in bold print (thanks to consumer protection agency). For example they hard sell their Protection Plus Warranty. Ill let you Google that little gem on your own. Its sometimes called etching or theft deterrent . It is in my opinion worthless to the end user and a profit center for the dealership. I asked for it to be removed several times and it was not. I was told we already put it on the car , it has to be on every vehicle we sell and finally we discounted the price of the vehicle for the cost . None of this is true. I get that dealerships are not charities, they need to make money, but there is a right way to sell things and a wrong way. Beyer does it the wrong way.

This will be my 1st review on this dealer. 1st of many if you dont do you supposed to.Its been more than 4 months and my son still doesn't have his license plates. He bought a Dodge Ram truck, and you guys have been throwing him back and fourth with excuses for not having the plates yet.Have you not gotten paid yet for your car from his bank, or are you guys just have a terrible customer service? Now what you gonna do, you cant provide temps anymore, because you given enough. So i hope this gets resolved ASAP. or we would have to file a complaint with Better business bureau and file a law suit for his time lost going back and fourth for this.So my suggestion is GET THIS RESOLVED ASAP.

I had a great experience at Nielsen Dodge of Morristown. I worked with Rolando Roman as my sales consultant and Thomas James in Finance. From the beginning until the end there was no pressure and they worked to make the deal work for all parties. I couldn t recommend this team including the manager desk enough. There was a cross in communication in the beginning, then the team worked to make everything right. Great experience, great team! Thank you Rolando! Thank you Thomas!

Ill only put 2 stars because they were slightly sorry for the inconvenience. While surfing CarGurus, I found a 2014 Dodge Durango listed for sale on their website. The pictures of the car looked OK, but it was unwashed and had "not for sale" (should have been a red flag!) scribe on the window. I was curious, so I put in a request for more details on their website. I was contacted by "Kyle" about getting in for a test drive, to which I asked for more pictures, namely interior. After a few "miscommunications" - IE other car pics sent, I finally received some interior pics. Not to my surprise, they were just as bad as the exterior. I asked Kyle to let me know when the truck was properly detailed so I could come up to look, and show my wife who is the bigger critic. While we planned for the weekend, he called me Thursday to say that a taillight piece was being ordered and that the truck wouldn't be ready until after the weekend. Promptly on Monday morning, Kyle called and said that I could come up to test drive it and it would be detailed. I told him that I would be up on Tuesday, around 7pm (about a 40 mile drive). He said great, and to ask for him. While I arrived about 15 minutes early on Tuesday (287 traffic is unpredictable) I figured it wasn't an issue, and continued to the front desk. I asked for Kyle, to which I had a slightly bewildered person (she was nice) realize after a few seconds who I was looking for. This was my 1st inclination that "Kyle" wasn't my sales guy... The next few minutes several gentlemen asked me how they can help to which I replied "I'm waiting for Kyle"... Finally a nice salesman (I can't remember his name, but he wasn't Kyle) said that while Kyle was internet sales, that he would be my salesman. I asked to see the 2014 Durango RT that I had traveled up to see. He said "oh I think its still in detail, lemme go check"I figured OK, its just getting the finishing touches.. I have my wife up there and this will be her vehicle... 1st impressions and all.I could tell by the salesman's face when he brought the car around that I wasn't going to be happy. To say that the engine bay was detailed and the truck was "washed"..that Ill agree. The interior however......Honestly I've never seen a worse interior in my life. I cannot describe the stains, soda, wear, some kind or white film on everything and general smell that would convey how bad this was. It wasn't even started to be cleaned, and honestly I don't know how they would ever be able to. I told the salesman "this thing is rough, its only 5 years old!" He really couldn't provide any answers beyond what we could see and while we still looked at it for another few minutes, we were disgusted. You want to talk about a terrible ride home? To say my wife was angry...is an understatement.Over all, it was a huge inconvenience. However, in retrospect I'm glad I saw it in that shape and the "perfume was off the pig", or so to speak. It saved me from having to deal with them ever again.

Excellent staff. Bought a Ram. Rich Rodriguez was sales rep. Knowledgeable, helpful, wanted to make us happy but didn't seem pushy. Sales manager and general manager both checked in with us and were aware of our situation. Tom the finance guy was also friendly and helpful. Extremely pleasant and satisfying experience.

I went to a different dealership before coming to Beyer and they only offered me $25k for my trade-in. I came to Beyer and the manager Rob was extremely welcoming and understanding. He offered me $32k for my car, which was exactly what Kelly Blue Book said it was worth. I found the exact car I wanted off their lot that was not ready for sale yet, and Rob was able to certify it and have it ready within the same week. The manager Rob and the salesman Mauricio are great people that will work with you the best they can. I would recommend Beyer to anyone!! Thank you Beyer!!

ere you, I would stay far away from this place!!I brought my car in ten months ago because my power steer line was rusted. They claimed they replaced it and put a brand new line in. Fast forward, I m driving my car and I m trying to make a turn and my steering wheel locks. Come to find out the line was never replaced at all and damaged my catalytic converter in the process. Costing me at least $3000 in additional repairs. The manager Steve does not care. I have him on video saying my car is safe to drive while also admitting that he didn t inspect my car to begin with. Not only that, I brought my car in for a tire rotation and balance. When I received my car back from that visit, I m on the highway and my car starts to vigorously shake while doing 55 mph. I called the dealership, Buster answers the phone and says oh we forgot to balance the tires . YOU FORGOT!? I bring it back for them to fix it and they DAMAGED the backend of my tire which created a slow leak in a brand new tire as well. This place is horrible. I would never come back. I could ve easily crashed my car and gotten injured or injured someone else on the road and all the manager will say to you is It seems safe to me, but I didn t drive it nor did my staff.
