Been a customer of Morristown Tire for 28 years with patriarch Jack Van Orden, his son Mark, the GM, Billand the rest of the team. Always get an honest service, whether buying tires, getting my Jeep serviced or a NJ Inspection. Never wrote a review before, but was up there today to get a minor issue resolved. They took care of it while I waited. Jack, Mark, Glen, and team are a pleasure to do business with. Never been disappointed.

Had an emergency flat tire. In a lincoln town car limo. I hope they remember the insident i asked for a tire change and was told no. They do not have the equipment to change a tire. Its a lincoln town car tire. Not a special tire. Simple jack 5 lugs remove tire and changed to a normal lincoln towncar tire. Not even when knowing i was stuck they would not help. Poor choice and example of giving a helping hand. I drove 2 blocks away in the flat and was given the help without question asked. Baught new tire and was on my way back home. I would like to know how you own a tire sho cause its the same sizep and refuse a customer. Do you do a pickup truck? The limo is the same size.

Morristown Tire Center is an exceptional place. They are honest and trustworthy. They even picked me up as I didn't have a way to get back.I can't understand how anyone can fairly and objectively be negative towards these wonderful people and family run business. We've been going here for 16 years and always a pleasant experience. Thanks Bill, Mark and Jack for everything! Jerry

Trust them with my car. They are honest. I have taken both of my cars there for 4 years now. I know I can give them any problem and they will take the time to find the solution and fix it. They also keep up with what needs to be done on my car even when I don't ask. They have fixed problems on my car that other companies have said would be hundreds or thousands of dollars, for less than one hundred dollars. And they are so nice! Never had an issue with them treating me badly or being rude. Even if they keep calling me Nicole.

Twice in the last couple of years I have had car trouble on my way to work, I live in PA and work in Morristown, both times I went to Morristown Tire Co and, they have been fantastic. They not only fixed my car(s) with no appointment, they drove me to and from work while they worked on my cars...This last time I was hearing some kind of noise after I picked the car up and, they spent a whole day trying to figure out what the noise might be...it turned out to be nothing mechanical, they fixed it for no charge. They are very professional and I would recommend them to my family and friends...

My family has been using Morristown tire for decades and we happen to know the owners (2nd generation now) as they live in the same town I grew up in. These people care about the service they give and the reputation of their business. They are honest people doing quality work and will go the extra mile to ensure your car is safe to be on the road. As they are good, they can get busy, like any successful business. So often the best thing to do is call ahead and schedule your car in. However, they do a great job helping to accommodate those who have had an issue that needs to be fixed right away - they have done this for us more than once.I want to address the other (negative) reviews posted here - one person bought tires on the Internet and asked for a mount & balance of them. Would you buy your steak on the Internet then walk into a restaurant and ask them to cook it for you? Another reviewer gave a negative rating simply for being put on hold too long - I judge my car service professionals based on the way they service my car, not just the way they answer the phone. A third brought his car in without an appointment and had to wait longer than he expected - this is a good shop, so they have regular business from customers who trust them to do the job correctly. Would you rather go to a shop that has little or no business so they can "fit you right in" then do a poor job on your car? To use another restaurant analogy - Do you go to the one with the empty parking lot or the one that's full of cars?It amazes me the snap judgements people make based on foolish notions and unrealistic expectations. I highly recommend this shop!

I just had my car serviced with Morristown Tire and I couldn't be happier. Great service, honest, and a reputable establishment. I've been bringing my car to this service center for a number of years and have never been disappointed with the care, customer service and impeccable job, and always in a timely manner.Thank you Morristown Tire Co Inc A++++++ service every time!

I have depended upon Bill, Mark and Jack at Morristown Tire for the care of my household's personal vehicles for nearly thirty years. Their professionalism, honesty and integrity are unsurpassed. I recommend them to everyone who is looking for a knowledgeable staff.

I recommend this place whole heartedly. The mechanics are from 3 generations of experience. I was recently towed there at 2am after 2 tire blowouts. They had me in new tires, oil change and ready to go with no appointment by 10am. I missed no work and the bill was about 20 percent less than I expected.

I had a nail in my tire. The dealer was going to make me buy a whole new tire, so I decided to take it to Morristown Tire instead. They pulled the nail out (it didn't puncture the tire) and it ended up being much cheaper than buying a whole new tire from the dealer. They were fast and friendly!

The worst customer service in the world. I've experienced bad then I've experienced Morristown tire. They replaced a battery for me and didn't hook it back up correctly then gave me an attitude because I couldn't levee my car there all day to fix the problem they caused. Never again would I give them a penny! Joke of a business!

I went in before a long road trip with an identified nail lodged in one of my tires. I advised the front desk of the nail. Upon pick up, I was advised that the shop had not found a nail, but found that the previous plugs were leaking and they had performed patches at those leaks, charging me $40.00.When I arrived at my destination, I felt that the tire was still low. I examined it and found the same nail I had identified to begin with.This shop wasted my money and my time. Don't let it happen to you.

Absolute worst experience ever was lied to about the price, so I told time out of my day and drove all the way there, to find out it was a different price, so I ask what did he think, I just had tire pressure sensors In my hand, obviously they were in my other set of tires, so he proceeded to scream and curse at me belligerently screaming the F word from behind the counter, then actually came out from behind the counter as to threaten me physically, at that point I decided my car and my life were more important and I should take my car elsewhere, as I hope you don't make the same mistake I did and go to Morristown tire. The mans name was Mark who verbally assaulted me and lied to me over the phone. Will NEVER go back, and I recommend any other tire shop there are plenty in town!

I went to get my tire pressure checked due to warning light coming on. I pulled into the bay and this bald head mister potatoe head comes out yelling "What are you doing you don't pull into the bay?" Like I'm his child. So I took off my professional hat too and went straight Newark! I would push my car before I go there and I advise others not to go there too.!

They have consistently been overpriced for just about anything you want to have done. To make matters worse the person on the phone always seems to not want to help you while being condescending to boot. It's like they almost don't want your business.Save a few bucks and speak with people that actually seem to want to help; go to Dean Tire (less than a mile away).

Great staff & exceptional service... i have always felt like I am getting quality service at reasonable rates, and they are very accommodating when it comes to getting me in & out, or giving me a ride to work when needed !!
