Out of an unpleasant interaction i came to come across with This local business. Now let me tell you i have nothing but great things to say about them ! i am grateful to have met John ! Helped me tremendously and was so helpful and informative and just so pleased to have interacted with him. Definitely recommend

I really appreciate the advice I was given. The only time that worked with my schedule was right before they closed for an evaluation, but he met me with patience, kindness and a supportive evaluation free of charge. Very grateful for this business' time.

After reading a mix of reviews I was a little skeptical about this place, but since it was conveniently located I took a chance. and was I surprised? pleasantly so. My entire experience with John was nothing less than stellar. He is one of the most polite, knowledgeable and honest persons, who always had the best of my interest in mind while dealing with insurance to get my vehicle repaired. The repairs were completed in committed time-frame and I was completed satisfied with the results.

After being an employee here for just under a year it makes me scratch my head about some of these reviews. And by the way I started here before I was 30 and had no problems with John, he has always treated me with respect and taught me the right way to tow and recover a vehicle. Maybe some employees just didn't listen and didn't treat the boss with respect.John and his Wife provide a very welcoming environment for both employees and customers. I have seen John get yelled at and called names by customers but he always remains calm and treats all with kindness and respect.Morristown Auto Body and it's employees have also given back countless times to local fire departments, police departments and organizations with assistance in restorations, fund raisers and help with floats in parades and fund raisers.The work that I have seen churned out on vehicles that I thought were never fixable is absolutely amazing. To see a mangled car get brought in on a flatbed and then driven out looking brand new is a testament to the service provided here.It is an old time mom and pop business who believes in doing it the old way with paper and pen not all via Facebook and google. Sad to see such bad mouthing of a great place seen great people on here.

Had to have my car towed after am accident.John glass and his employees were extremely helpful for an accident at 5am on a Sunday. John and his wife were a gem to deal with and he broke down the cost of the tow and the clean up so I understood the cost.

After my accident, Morristown Auto Body repaired my car like new. They worked with my insurance company to ensure the repair was done right, within budget, and on time.John Glass is known for his ability to work with all insurance companies to give you the best auto repair service in the area. He has restored numerous muscle cars for his own enjoyment as well as worked with countless customers for over 30 years to meet their auto body needs.I have known John as long as he has been in business. He is a professional in the towing industry and was recently inducted into the Tow Truck Hall of Fame in Chattanooga, TN. Every time I have needed a tow, he and his team have been available to pick up my car and take it to my mechanic.

Very rude, consistently. In towing my car I had three interactions and I did not feel respected once. He was condescending, dismissive, and impolite in person and over the phone. On top of that, the charges are ridiculously expensive.

The owner is rude. It took 3 months for a minor damage on my car. To this day my headlights still don t work light. They are not angled right so you cannot see the road. I would not recommend this place. Please find some where else. I had to pay for a rental car and still don t have a fixed car because of this place

This is the best bodyshop in town. John Glass is honest and upfront about repairs and when I got my car back it was amazing. Better than before I was in the accident. Cant say enough good things about this place.

This place is terrible. God luck getting information in what they billed. They are lucky morristown police department sends them all town tow work.
