Amanda and staff were great. I am from out of town, got a flat, they fixed it fast. Place is very courteous and the location is convenient (near hotel, restaurant)!

Great customer service and quick turnaround times. Have been going here for years for oil changes, tire replacements and repairs, and regular maintenance and have always had a positive experience. I ll be a returning customer for years to come!

10 out of 10 stars.Have been coming to this location for years. Great service, quick turnaround time. I recommend everyone I know to come here for all their car related issues.Specifically Terrence was increasingly helpful and explained everything I needed to know about the car and the issue.Mark Van Orden is the man and always available for questions and is the reason I continue to come back to this location.I have already scheduled my follow up appointment for a diagnostic check.

Mark was very nice to deal. Give me the details of the work that was completed. Had a flat tire and it was fixed in a timely manner not an hour like I was initially told. Overall good service.

Worst customer experience here.I had a slow leak in a tire and made a reservation online for 12pm the next day to get it checked out. The website showed plenty of reservation availability so I figured I was in good shape.After arriving the next day at noon, we were welcomed by Amanda, then promptly told that it was busy and I would have to leave the car for 1.5 hours to even be looked at despite my 12pm reservation. We were then told we should have called, even with a reservation. And they kept saying the system is out of their control .I was clearly in the reservation system since they found my information, so it seems they did not do a good job managing the schedule. Also, it doesn t seem the best solution for me to leave the car to sit there for 1.5 hours when I had an afternoon of things to do.It took a few minutes of discussion before Bill and Amanda agreed that if we came back at 2pm, we could be seen right away. In which case, I could ve just set my reservation for 2pm.We called the other Mavis in town and we re seen right away despite there being a busy schedule as well. They were able to take a quick look and give us a recommendation on how to handle so we were on our way.I would not recommend coming to this location even though it is less than a five min drive from my house. I d rather drive an additional 10 min to go where I feel valued as a customer.

Oliver & Mark were incredible. I came in with my Jeep Compass to fix the coolant reservoir cap and my F150 had broken brake fluid hose. They fixed it within hours. Next day I was fortunate enough to travel to see my family in Cleveland for thanksgiving! Incredible work by the entire staff.

We had a better experience at the E Hanover Ave location in Morristown. The E Hanover Ave location was less expensive for a synthetic oil change and also honored the free tire rotation while this location did not rotate the tires and charged us $20 more for the oil change.

I went here on a recommendation- my friend has never had an issue. All four wheels had smoke coming out of them for multiple days after my breaks got changed because the mechanic didn t wipe off the oil, and they re still squealing. The locks I had on my wheels were taken off and not put back on. My door was ajar when I went to pickup the car, my gas cap was off, and they tried to tell me I had to come back in 3000 miles for another synthetic blend oil change (2k miles under the average). Have never had any of those oddities/ lazy practices anywhere else so I won t be back.

I had a nail in my tire and they got me in for the exact time I asked for. They fixed the tire quickly and they did the work for less than half of what I expected it to cost. I'll definitely be back when I need new tires. The head mechanic or manager (I don't know his title) is also great with customers.

Horrendous customer service experience.1) We made an online reservation to get a tire patched at 12pm. We showed up at 12pm, and the staff said they would need to keep the car and not look at it until 2pm (which would've meant missing another appointment).2) Amanda and Bill at the front blamed us, and told me we should have called to verify their availability. What? How should we know that you don't honor your reservations?If you were willing to take other business when we had our reservation, that's annoying, but I'm sure other business do it. But to then blame us for your questionable business practice? Awful.Contrast this with the other Mavis on East Hanover Ave, who I called afterwards, they explained they were super busy, yet still offered a great solution - - they offered to give me a spare now and patch the existing tire for replacement later.Don't be like this Mavis. Be like the Mavis on East Hanover instead.

Routine oil changes and tire rotations are handled quickly, professionally, and I never get upsold. I'm given a fair price and solid advice. Tire repairs (I've now had several) are also done quickly and well, again with no upsell. I receive solid advice for ongoing tire care and future needs. Highly recommend.

They were super accommodating to me changing my reservation when the time I originally needed no longer worked. because it was my second time bringing my car to Mavis for an oil change they gave me an additional $10 off on top of the coupon I already had! They were so fast and efficient, had my oil change done in 1hr and 45 min! Will continue to go back :)

Customer service is not easy today and I was extremely impressed by Mark. I had a voucher that he spent hours on working to ensure it was applied to my final bill. This is by far the best Mavis location I ve been to. I was formerly here as well for a regular oil and filter change and they were all delightful from drop off to pick up. Thank you Mark, Tom and Amanda for everything.

I initially called for a price and availability for a specific set of tires I was interested in getting mounted/balanced. I spoke with mark and he was able to have the tires ordered for the following day and the team had them installed for me within an hour at a great price!! Excellent customer service! I highly recommend this location for any automotive needs.

This Mavis is the best! And the manager is amazing. After 5 failed attempts at getting my car handled properly, they were able to get things taken care of with a great kind attitude and efficiency. Other Mavis locations need to take some lessons from this branch.

I took my car because I was having issues with my tire. Mark took me right in and found the issue right away. He was very kind and friendly and most of all helpful. I am still new to the area and have been having a hard time finding a place in the area I can trust and feel comfortable going to. Very grateful to have had this pleasant interaction with Mark and will be going back.

Stay away from that MavisLost one our tire and were unable to provide us with one.,it's been 4 months now and still nothing after numerous request. People working there are very unprofessional, stay away from that Mavis.

This morning I woke up with a flat tireI got it changed then drove to Mavis with my spare that didn t have much air in itI didn t have an appointment but Bill the owner very graciously took my car and replaced my tires .
