I highly recommend this particularmavis location. It has definitely gotten better since the last time I was here over a year ago dealing with different staff and mechanics.I was impressed with their professionalism and customer service especially with Q, Ben and Steve. They were very friendly and took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had.Pricing was fair and transparent and the service was outstanding! But, what exceeded my expectation was how efficient and punctual that were.Hope it stays this way!Thanks guys!!Dana M.

The team was great. Steve made sure to call me with every update before working on my car. They were very helpful and transparent. Steve took the time to write out what should be done at each mile point to mitigate any damage and increase the life of my car. Appreciate everything they did!

I had a flat tire today after my work, most of tire shops are about closed, happened to call this shop (Steve), who told me to come by. It was found that one of my tire had a sharp piece, was removed immediately and repaired without a charge. What a nice experience to have. I will definitely come back for my tires replacement. Thank you!

After our tire popped on an open man-hole, we had to get it towed to a near by location for repair. The people at Mavis did an excellent job communicating what they had in stock and making sure the repair was done as quickly as possible. We even had a cracked and dented rim and thought we had to get it repaired, but they were able to solve the issue and fix the tire. We were back on the road in 2 hours. We appreciate the help, communication, and service they provided. Also very friendly!

The team at this mavis took great care of me in a situation that could have been a lot more difficult, more time consuming, and more expensive. They took me in an hour before closing, diagnosed and repaired a tire that had been punctured only a few hours before by a large screw, and had me out of there free of charge (the repair was covered by warranty) in under 20 minutes. It was busy, and late, and if staff there decided they d had enough for one day, they could have said call us tomorrow. If they wanted to sell two new tires for hundreds of $, all they would have had to do was say they couldn t fix it. Here, at the counter and in the garage, I felt everyone who handled my issue at this Mavis did so with professionalism applying their knowledge and skills to get the best outcome for the customer. This location wasn t my first call but I m very glad I landed here and will be back in the future.

Looked for a near by tire shop to assist me with a flat tire and found Mavis Discount Tire. Q greeted me kindly and professionally, I explained to him what I needed and what happened. He kindly provided me with several solutions and I chose the best one for my budget and scenario. The service was done in under 20 minutes. After he returned my car to me, he gave me a few tips and recommendations for my other tires. Definitely recommend this place and Q s service; he was super professional, HELPFUL, kind, and wise. I ll definitely come back to get my tires changed and rotated.

absolutely amazing. Shout out to Siobhan! Two ladies on a road trip with a broken seatbelt. She helped us the whole way! Never met anyone who knows this much about tools, but she did and she was paramount in us fixing the seatbelt!

Never coming here again. They forgot to put the oil cap back on after doing an oil change. Oil shot out everywhere under the hood. I'm lucky I didn't drive very far or that could have destroyed my engine. And the inside of my car was filthy. The door handle, steering wheel, shift knob, and handbrake were covered in black sticky residue from the technician's gloves.After I went back they took it to the car wash next door to clean it up and re-did the oil change, which is what they should have done. When they tried to process my refund, they instead charged me for the oil change a 2nd time. I had to go back into the shop and show them the double charge before they actually got the refund right.

Service writer Steve was very friendly. He agreed to patch a puncture, balance that tire, rotate tires, do a synthetic oil change, change wiper blades. Technician was distracted, did a plug instead of a patch on the tire saying that Mavis never does a patch, the techs don't have the tools to do a patch. He used his whole body weight to tighten the drain plug after the oil change and didn't use a torque wrench. He refused to balance that tire and also refused to do a tire rotation. I was disappointed with the work performed for over $160: Synthetic oil change, front only wiper blades, tire plug. Incomplete and shoddy work, cheating on promised repairs, over-priced.

Car service was good but girl on the phone was not super helpful or clear in communication. Why is there a decorated Christmas tree up.. April is in 3 days. Feels lazy and weird.

Steve was helpful on the phone and in person, Crystal at the front made it feel like I waited for 10 minutes after an hour had passed.They both wished a good weekend, but it's all thanks to them and their mechanics. No snags and out the door.

I brought in two rims with tires that were both flat to see if they could be repaired. Steve was amazing taking time to look at both rims and tires. One rim was dented and wouldn t hold air, the other lost its seal so when Steve filled it, the tire and rim was good to go. Steve was very honest and did not charge me for looking at the tires. This shops s professionalism and honesty is unmatched! I will definitely come back again! Thank you Steve for helping make a bad day a bit better! Please give this man a raise, he certainly deserves it!

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Mavis on E. Hanover Ave. I was picking up groceries at ShopRite and realized that my tire light had come on. Upon checking it, it was almost flat. I called them just after 5 PM and they had me come right over. The manager, Steve was incredibly nice, and Octavius and Adrian, two of them mechanics stayed after closed to get the job done so nice to have local people that we can count on!

The only reason for the lack of a 5 star review is because the little 5 foot Spanish/black dyke with the weak dreads has a HORRIBLE attitude. She's incredibly ignorant and has zero customer service and people skills in general. It's a genuine shame because the rest of the staff is so wonderful and she makes everyone look bad. Very unsure how she's still employed there... possibly raised in a barn.

Stuck in the crazy snow storm this morning and discovered a low tire pressure. The guys at Mavis totally hooked it up! They found the leak and pugged it in less than ten minutes!! Thank you Steve!! Stay safe out there people!

Manager was very disrespectful. They ruined my car, I can not use the car. After I got my oil changed they told me that they could not clear the code for the oil change because Audi is very complicated. If it s so complicated then why service an Audi it makes no sense. I also had tires done and they make a very loud whirring noise and mavis keeps telling me the car is fine. Now because they did not clear the code the oil won t move and caused a leak. Definitely never coming here again and wouldn t recommend.

I give this place a 5 star for sure. I was helped by a worker named Steve and he was great. i caught a flat Saturday night had to pull over in the tjmaxx parking lot and him being so kind he put time into his already busy schedule and drove across the street took changed my tire MANUALLY no help and not once gave me an issue and we ran into multiple obstacles lol but yes if you are looking for a car repair, new tires, or anything mechanical wise I totally recommend this place. and on top of the top notch service he also gave me a fantastic deal on the tire! BEST EXPERIENCE by far

I came in to get air for my tire. I was helped by a gentleman named Q who was not only extremely courteous but also pointed out that I had a nail in my tire. He was incredible from start to finish, answered all my questions and went above and beyond to get me hooked up! I will be back and I will be asking for Q again. Thank you so much Q!!! I hope this gets to managment because he deserves the recognition!
