DO NOT GO HEREI was recently in an accident and decided that I would have my vehicle taken here for the repairs. For safety reasons, I have a dash-cam that records both outside, and inside of the car. After I received my car back I decided to review my dash-cam footage. I came to find out, that the very first person to enter my car, stole money from my center console. But that was the least of my concerns. When looking at the footage, one of the persons who interacted with my car, decided it would be okay to touch and pleasure himself right on camera as they were doing the work. Other individuals also smoked in my car, and touched and moved my belongings. This place and their workers are disgusting and no one should ever go hereServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I have sent two of my cars to Denville bear many times for a multitude of things and every time I get them back their like brand new cars. I would definitely recommend denville bear to family and friends. The manager is flexible and always makes sure that I am satisfied when work is done to my car. I can not say enough great things about this auto body shop.Services: Tires, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

My car was damaged in an accident, and the dealer sent it to Denville B&B's Morristown location. Frank was very professional and shared all the information he had about the process and timing. He dealt with the dealer and my insurance company and kept me informed of progress and likely completion dates. The repair is perfect and the car was returned to me in immaculate condition, clean, detailed, like new in every respect. Have an older (2004) car and wasn't sure if I really wanted to spend money to repair a damaged steering rack. Spoke with Frank, who looked over the car over and said it was in good condition and would serve my son well for years to come. Car was returned to us in great running condition and they even made some minor body repairs and polished the headlights back to like new condition! Had my BMW repaired at Denville Bear-Morristown location, at recommendation of local BMW dealer. Great experience from beginning to the end. They dealt with my insurance claim from beginning to end. Frank kept me informed throughout the repair process, repairs came out perfect, they also completely washed and clean my car inside & out, and was ready 2 days earlier than promised. Highly recommend.

This place did an awesome job on my car. I was super impressed to see how they went above and beyond their service. My car went in there looking better than when it came in, obviously but one example is my window tint peeled off my two front windows a while ago and never found the time to take the sticky residue off the passenger side. My car wasn't there for that but they went the extra mile to ensure the car was fully presentable upon delivery. Super professional and super friendly. Would definitely recommend for seamless body repair.

Denville Bear really helped me out and had my car out on time with perfection each time i bring it in. Perfection isn t enough to express how well they do their work. The head of Denville Bear Morristown, Frank, really helped me out in times when i wasn t sure how to proceed with repairs of my car. He guided me in the proper way to repair my car. Sooo you were caught on camera digging through the persons belongings taking what u want and your employee pleasuring himself in the suv and ya did more than that. I mean r u fn serious? What else have yall done.

terrible customer service. rude employees that don't care about you or your car, and are impossible to get a hold of as they barely pick up the phone. not to mention the constant delays. don't bother, go somewhere else.

This is the best body shop I have ever gone to. I was in an accident which was not my fault and my car was smashed. Geico recommended Denville Bear and Body shop to do the repairs. After my car was repaired it was detailed both inside and out. My car looks brand new.

Frank was wonderful to work with -- patient and kind and very communicative. The two new managers took over and are nothing but courteous and helpful. If u need a part replaced of course u have to blend adjacent panels to match color!! You need to know a bit before having a place do work on ur car. They are direct with so many insurances because they are trusted. Motowns the place to go. I got 8600.00 job done by them and they are direct w Bmw. They are great!

I had a door replaced but when i got car back they only put one screw to hold door together. I called them to take it back and they said they would fix it but didnt. When i got my car it still only has one screw holding the dorr together. The car door is still flapping apart everytime i open and close the car door. i wouldnt recommend Denville Bear & Body Services Inc 103 Ridgedale Ave, Morristown, NJ to anyone.
