I see some negative comments here, but I recently purchased a car at CarLink, and my experience was very good. I had a couple issues, and they were sorted quickly, and the warranty was not an issue, they worked with me. Craig was very attentive, straight forward, always got back to me, and took care of everything. I got a good car, for a good price, in a straightforward process. buy in this place Carlink four new Michelin tires pay more $1000! I drove 5000 miles and a bad tire came out and they didn't claim my warranty!! the manager is so rude!! It comes out with some stupidity that there is no guarantee on the tires !!bad experience in this place Carlink I will not do any business with these people who like to rob blindly !!!

Horrible, horrible. Selfish, they can careless what happens to you or the car after they have sold you the car. I bought a 2012 Honda accord car is jerking between 1st and second gear. Already visited the car link ervice twice they couldn't get the job done. Car still giving problems. It is SAD .

NY documents still not received after more than two months after purchase, even though they charged me about $500 in processing fees. DMV does not have anything. Dealer does not know status either as all paper work is handled by an obscure agency they work with but they know little about. Very irresponsible people, stay away.

As a first time customer, I have to say I was very impressed. Everyone was extremely friendly, clean(!!) and insightful. My service experience was smooth. Carlink Repair has a beautiful waiting area for their service customers. They have a big screen tv, coffee, magazines and wifi. You can also look at cars in their warehouse while you wait. They also sell cars...

Service was taken care of quickly and CarLink determined that a sensor was needed rather than a new transmission. Thanks for saving me a lot of money. I will be back.

Went in for an oil change and was in and out in short order. Had a nice waiting area and the people were very friendly. Will prob continue to use them.

Do not schedule a appointment, if they can sell the car before your appointment after you make the appointment they will sell it and waste your time.

They claimed they checked my AC for leaks and then recharged it. The AC only blew cold air for two weeks and then stopped. Thanks for wasting my time.
