My vehicle was towed here after a low speed collision by choice of my insurance company. C&L answered all of my questions, even questions they could ve pointed me towards my insurance provider for, they were happy to answer (which saved me a lot of time I would ve had to spend dealing with insurance). The work was done very quickly and at an amazing rate. I have lived all over the east coast, from Florida to Maine, and I have never seen a lower and fairer hourly rate. The repair was a bumper replacement, a repair I d had done literally 2 months earlier at a different shop when my neighbor backed into my vehicle. That repair cost 2.5k, this repair cost 1.5k and it looks just as good, if not better. What else is there to say? Amazing work. Plus they completed the job 2 days ahead of schedule, over a holiday weekend. I will be coming to C&L for all my body work in the future.

Had my brand new car taken here after I was hit from behind and needed a new bumper. Not only did they loose my key, they decided to change the color of my bumper. They called me saying my car was ready and there was pink marker/paint left all over my car and my leather on my door panel was scribbled in pen. Literally was a brand new car they decided to change the color of. The older receptionist Kathi is very rude and nasty she lost my car key and tried demanding another key from me. I feel bad for the owner because this used to be a great shop but I guess he can t find good help anymore.

My second time having repairs done at C&L and honestly, I'd never go anywhere else. The service is amazing...Lena is on top of every single detail! They remain in contact and provide updates regularly ...something that is hard to find these days. They are thorough in their work and my car looks amazing. Thank you, C&L for making things so easy!

They were great and had a lot of patience for us, while not showing a single ounce of what I'm sure was insanity we put them through. They were kind, friendly, polite and professional. They updated us on the expected date of completion every few days. When we went to pull out of the lot after our repair was done, the check engine light came on (I still think I did something but they assured me that it wasn't me). They took a few minutes to scan the vehicle computer (cars today!) And they fixed the issue and the light has been off since. They answered ALL my questions including the ones completely unrelated to the repairs!If that wasn't enough service, they offer tea and coffee in the office. And they let me wait in there while my van was being checked out since I forgot to grab a coat and Winter decided to show up that morning!When we were stressed they made us laugh and relax.They helped with the insurance claim and all the paperwork. They double checked our deductible and we didn't have to pay a penny over it.They were amazing!

I went to get an estimate after someone crashed my car (minor work). The estimator was the rudest person I have met in my life...a piece of equipment has more social skills than him. I found myself running behind him because I couldn't hear the couple of words that mentioned me and he was always giving his back every time he said something and then I was told that I have to wait 2 and a half months to get my car fixed. I decided to go to another place where I was treated as a human being and had only two weeks to fix my car.

I had a great experience here! My car was ready in 4 days when initially told two weeks! My car was beautiful and spotless and communication was on point!

Honestly feel like the white dude in the front is racist because he can never be bothered to show me his face. Always talking to me with his back facing me and usually with his phone is front of his face. The other woman in the reception area were a lot nicer and didn t have trouble looking at me. I wouldn t take my car here because they overcharge, never finish on time, and getting a call back from these guys is like pulling teeth.

(Now C&L Auto Body) First of all, I have to say that I was nervous after hearing horror stories from going to an auto body shop someone doesn't know. My parents use someone who's too far away, so this place was convenient for me and my coworker said they did a good job with her car.From the start, they were so incredibly nice and easy to work with. They worked well with my insurance company, called for my rental car and all.Lauren at the front desk kept me posted via email and phone calls (she responded to emails very quick). It did take a few days longer than they originally estimated, but the work they did on my car is perfect!I had a minor front end collision, but the entire hood and grill needed to be replaced. The paint is blended perfectly and it looks like new. They even took care of some duct-tape residue that was on my side window from when it was broken months ago - didn't even mention that or ask them to take care of it!Overall, great experience. Easy to work with. Couldn't tell you how their prices compare to other places, but my insurance seemed ok with their estimate.Thank you!

Needed my SUV to be fixed after a minor front end collision. Only 4 parts needed to be changed which were the front lower bumper, lower grill and tow hook cover and mid bumper. Went to drop it off, since it was a shop that my insurance recommended. Immediately the supervisor gave me attitude and was very unprofessional. I ended up leaving it because not many shops were open due to the covid virus... took a week to fix, which was quick. Picked it up and saw the receipt. They ended up replacing the entire bumper. They also did not do a very good job painting or clearing the bumper. Life time warranty, yes. But why would I want to complain, catch attitude from the supervisor and bring my car back to the same people to mask their mistakes. Never again going to C&L or any insurance recommended body shop.

I was initially skeptical since the other person's insurance directed me to this facility in March 2021, but everything turned out excellent and surpassed my expectations. The manager stood by his word and did even more than my estimator listed on my car. I didn't have to call him to check up; he took initiative and called me when the work was complete on my Toyota Corolla. This is the first place I will go to for any future repairs.Service: Painting

They did great body work and paint. sadly they told me I would get my truck back in 8 days which turned into almost a month. they unexpectedly trashed my bedliner. And that would have taken another week. So I opted to take truck before it was finished. They damaged my running board and tail light and denied responsibility

Best auto body I've ever dealt with. First, they do great work. The car came out looking literally like new. Fast service. My car was done in a week. Other shops would not start work for a month.

I went to McDonald autobody to get an estimate for my car after my car was hit on the highway. McDonald gave me a very fair price on my car and offered to do the work one day faster than every other body shop I brought it to for an estimate. I proceeded to contact McDonald and let them know I plan on getting the repairs done with them but I needed to get a rental car first. Lauren, the receptionist, helped me get a cheap rental and was extremely polite and professional and consistently offered her help with anything I needed. The car was done in about a half of day before promised and it looked absolutely great, the car looked better after the repair than before I got into the accident. The other gentlemen I dealt with at McDonald was Chris, who gave me the estimate, was extremely professional and courteous and I could not have been happier with the service at McDonald. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs body work done to their car.

C&L Auto Body called to say my vehicle was ready for pick up. I picked up the car and drove back to work. I noticed the driver side door had a very loud sound when opening and closing it. The driver door has a switch that operates the opening of the trunk and the switch was completely non-functioning. In addition, the driver side door seems to be letting in a lot of noise from the outside which has never happened before (the cabin was very quiet before this). I then called the adjuster from my auto insurance company (Progressive) to relay the information and see what further steps I should take. He advised me to bring the car back to the shop for repairs. The next day I drove the car to the shop in the afternoon. The workers proceeded to look at my car and as I started to point out where the problems were, Chuck, the owner/supervisor caught a very nasty attitude towards me and told me to "be quiet, we got this." His attitude towards me only aided in my frustration and told me to "wait inside" while they looked at the car further. I walked into the waiting area of the shop to wait for Chuck. The secretary asked me if I needed anything and I responded with "I want to wait for Chuck so I can ask him a question" and she told me to wait. I waited for him to come out and asked him "How could you put a malfunctioning part on my car and tell me my car is ready?" Chuck grew very angry, avoided my question and answered me with we will take care of it." I asked why he was giving me an attitude and he responded with why are you giving me one? I responded with I am just trying to figure out why you expected me to be okay with this repair and I want to know what the process is here before you call costumers to let them know their vehicle is ready. He was not pleased, grew angrier, and signaled me to leave. I was taken back by the way I was treated. I felt discriminated, robbed, lied to and want everyone to know what this man did to my car and my moral state of being.

I took my BMW truck to them for some Auto body work.Best Service, nicest people, very helpful. When i asked how much it would cost to buff out the whole truck, they did it as a courtesy. I recommend this place to everyone. Thank you McDonald Auto Body!!!!

They towed my car after an accident they are a complete rip off and they aren t nice people. They over charge and they aren t willing to speak with you about anything regarding prices. Won t be using them again.
