Jackie & everyone else I encountered here are very welcoming & helpful.It was the first time I needed to have work done on my car & was dreading having to deal with people trying overcharge me. I came across Braun s & decided to try it out after reading the other reviews.It was super quick & easy to get my car fixed! The prices were reasonable & I never felt at any point they were trying to be dishonest.I ll come back for future car needs & would recommend to others!

Best service ever! When you find mechanics and staff as great as at Braun s, don t go anywhere else. Honest, pleasant, affordable! Jackie, Barry, and Mike are absolutely amazing in terms of ability, efficiently, and customer service.Braun s was recommended to us by a guy who works at another garage, by the way! Now if that isn t a great recommendation, I don t know what is.We ve been going to them for a few years now, and are always delighted by them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto maintenance

This was my first experience with a local mechanic. I ve been bringing my 2016 Subaru to the dealer for service. This was so refreshing! They did not try to upcharge me for other unnecessary repairs. They were straight forward and direct. Jackie even picked my car up at my job so I could get to work on time then delivered it when it was done. What a pleasure! When I lived in Morristown I always took my car here. Jackie was awesome and always provided prompt updates. Had a couple issues with my car and the mechanic resolved them quickly and at an affordable price. Highly recommend to all. If you're looking for honest mechanics and friendly owners, look no further.

Very friendly and accommodating. Called last minute for some work to be done and gave me appointment the next day. Jackie and Mike were amazing and communication was on point. The most honest and kind hearted pair of mechanics I've ever met. I have come here at least 5 times with different requests, and they always go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy.Very knowledgeable people. No overcharging or killing you with service fees. No switching parts without asking. NO BS!

I don't usually leave reviews but when credit is due - credit is due. I can't say enough about the great customer service I received at Braun's Automotive - with a SMILE I might add. Turns out the problem I brought my car in for wasn't a problem at all. Timely, no nonsense, no guess work, responsive and on point. That pretty much sums up the experience and justifies the endorsement. This will be my automotive repair go to location permanently and going forward. Great job and keep up the great work!

My service engine light went on in my renegade. I brought my car in this morning. Jackie gave me a ride home! Amazing customer service. Turned out it was a minor issue and then Jackie picked me up. What a breath of fresh air to deal with a car repair business that doesn t rip you off. If you are looking for a honest and dependable repair shop, I would highly recommend Brauns. I will be taking my business to them from now on.Update 10/7/2022I brought my car, once again to Brauns-I can t express how happy I was with the service I received today. I needed an oil change and general maintenance to get ready for the winter. I would once again highly recommend for all your car repair needs. Amazing service at a great price!My car hit 100k miles so I took it in to get a full check. They went above and beyond for me, diagnosed and fixed an issue with my heating and AC fan (DOG HAIR!), and charged less than expected.I used to always go to national chains for oil changes, but I will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on.Highly recommended!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

I can't recommend this place enough. I took my car here for the first time yesterday as it just hit the 100k mile mark. They kept me updated on what was going on throughout the day and explained everything when I came to pick it up. The prices seemed very fair to me, and they were very helpful and honest. I just found my new auto repair shop. They were absolutely fantastic- extremely nice, friendly and helpful. They were able to fix my rear-view mirror on the spot (I needed an urgent fix) and took great care and pride in doing so, even going to the trouble of cleaning the mirror afterwards. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will certainly be going there in future if I need any car repairs.

OMG!!! I am in Awe right now!!I was about to buy a car and had to take it in to this autoshop to do diagnostic and see if there's anything wrong with the car. Then, I met a lady called Jackie and Steve. She and Steve really went out of their way to pay attention to me and listen to what brought me to her shop. She literally helped me out, not knowing me from a can of milk or met before. She took care of my car, put it on the lift and looked under the car and come to find out the car was in great condition and encouraged me to buy the car. Not only that, she did not charge me anything to pay for her service. My goodness! I can't wait to come back and visit her and Steve if am ever in her town again.Thank you Ms. Jackie and Steve for your help and everything.If any one of you looking to get your car checked out or fixed, do not hesitate to take your car to Braun's Automotive Shop. They've been in business for about 39 years and believe me when I tell you they do know what they are doing. They will take care of your car.

Excellent mechanic, incredibly honest, no funny business. Owners can pick you up or drop you off. Very knowledgeable and just all around good people. I highly recommend Braun's!

Best auto mechanics in Morris County. The work is excellent. Also, they are very nice and honest. I usually use them for major or complicated car problems.
