We had a great experience dealing with Marc the sales manager and Dennis. Both are very responsive and address my questions and concern right away. We live in the city and since we recently sold our car, we took a train to Morristown train station. Dennis came pick us up himself at the station with the car we are buying, so I can just do the test drive back to the dealership. They have already prepared all the paperwork and we got everything done in just an hour and a half! Dennis is very thoughtful and patient and showed me all the car functions I am interested in. Jayden the finance manager is also very knowledgeable and explain to me all the options I have. I would definitely buy another BMW with Dennis and Marc.

Me and my wife were absolutely lucky to have ANDREW as our salesperson, he went above and beyond beating up all our expectations in buying a car experience.He s very professional and knowledgeable. Great job and the best and honest sales representative I have ever seen or dealt with. We have been to atleast 15 dealerships and the sales reps were always lying or twisting stories or say something first and change it later. Was really frustrating experience. But here the minute we met him it was just honest and smooth process. He has been the most patient sales rep I have met . Never a surprise or even changes. Got the best vehicle for best price and more than anything stress free and comfortable. I cannot recommend them enough. Max is the best you can have as your sales rep. No upselling , nothing hidden. I trust them for any vehicle I buy from now on. Amazing experience from start to finish

My experience at this dealership was very pleasant and continued to be days after my purchase. Wendy Nam was my sales professional, she was very professional and helpful also very patient I highly recommend her. The sales management team was also able to get me a better rate through BMW finance and they even followed up with me to make sure all is well with my car and I was satisfied with my purchase. This purchase was super easy and smooth me and my wife really enjoyed the buying process. Thank you Wendy and thank you to the sales managment team as well.

I was absolutely amazed to have ANDREW as my salesperson, he went above and beyond the expectations in buying a car experience.He s very professional and knowledgeable. I d recommend to ask for Andrew right away if you wanna be treated nice.I have seen salespersons in other car dealerships with extremely harsh behavior.Andrew made the process very smooth and enjoyable!!

Daniel and BMW from Morristown delivered nothing but the best experience I had when car buying. I picked the car online, stopped in to verify the vehicle, told Daniel where I needed to be (price), we completed all of the loan/documentation process remotely, and I picked up the car which was ready for me spotless. I was very impressed and will return for my next purchase.

Excellent Experience!I had an excellent experience with BMW of Morristown! Salesperson, MAX was great to work with, was very responsive, and went above and beyond with any questions or special requests I had!This is a no hassle, low pressure dealership and I would highly recommend to friends and family. Sales Manager, Giuseppe and Finance Mgr, Raymond were a pleasure as well.Was happy to make a deal with them and would definitely consider them again in the future.

I bought my first car ever from Dennis today and he was the best!! I am a young college student buying a car to take with me to college and Dennis was so kind. I felt very comfortable buying from him and felt like he wasnt pulling any sales tricks on me. He made the whole process so smooth and simple that even though I did not know a thing about buying a car after talking with Dennis I was confident this was the right choice! Andrew is an absolute dream! He is so knowledgeable, professional, and just the sweetest to work with. He was always on point and I cannot say I ever waited for anything for more than a few minutes. If you hate car salesmen, Andrew redeems those experiences because he is so amazing! Andrew, thank you SO MUCH for being you. Just also wanted to give a shout out to Mark. He was super awesome and worked with me til I was happy. With all the car dealerships I have ever worked with, BMW Morristown Preowned is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! Oo and another shout out to the BBQ Crew! I just bought my new car from BMW of Morristown certified pre owned two weeks ago working with Maximo was an absolute pleasure. He is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, he was professional and knowledgeable. The buying process of my car took about 2 weeks and Maximo stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend you talk to Maximo if you are considering buying a previously owned vehicle.

I can not say enough great things about my experience buying my car from this dealership. Wendy was so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I walked in to look at cars on a Saturday and by Tuesday night was driving it home. The staff even helped me figure out some complicated logistics with selling my old car and registering my new one as well as working out car insurance issues. I got a great price and they worked with me to have my monthly payments be reasonable. They didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need and were not pushy at all. Fantastic team! I will definitely be buying from them again when it's time for a new car!

I saw a pre-owned BMW on the website and called to inquire. I spoke to Sean Nastelon who was very gracious and gave me all the information regarding the vehicle. When I went down to the dealership Sean was patient as could be while I went through practically every car on the lot. About a week later, I decided on a car and Sean walked me though the process of acquiring the vehicle. Without pressure and with a ton of class, Sean and the other team members at Morristown BMW (Mark and Ray) got me moving in my new BMW.

I bought my first Certified Pre-owned Bmw Of Morristown, and what a fantastic experience I had!! Everyone at the C.P.O. dealership was so helpful and friendly. Jayden, my salesperson, was very prompt and helpful, answering all the questions I had about my car. Marc and Omar, the managers, were very friendly and welcoming! Carl, the finance manager, was very informative and explained everything to me about the payments and packages they offered. I've bought cars from other BMW dealerships before, and never have I experience such expertise before! I will definitely be back again to purchase vehicles in the future. The BMW Of Morristown across the street was super helpful too! Julian from parts was so pleasant and got back in touch with me to order all the parts I wanted to add to the car. They should be known as the number one dealership in the united states!!

I was placed in the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used car and my customer service rep Max Carela handled me very well. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service ! This place is amazing for anyone trying to get an BMW. I had Wendy Nam, sales person and Omar, the manager help me take care of everything easily. I called last week since i had few months left on my KIA leased Optima and they helped me take care of everything. I went today to pick up my car and it took me less than 30 minutes to sign everything. Wendy was super sweet and considerate about my lease and even helped me pair my phone to the car after. Definitely ask for Wendy if you need help.

Holy Waste of Time. OK, we traveled an hour down to see a pre-owned Mercedes GL. We waited 10 minutes for our sales associate to appear, and another 15 minutes for them to get the vehicle, and then another 12 minutes to photo copy our drivers licenses... then we went on our test drive.. car was lovely, happy to buy it.... so despite my asking earlier for them to look at our current vehicle so they had a trade in value for us, they finally were willing to look at it (we have a month old baby with us, and we are now pushing 75 minutes in)... they finally gave us a trade in value. Just over half what carvana would give us. That is right. Half the kbb. So we let then know we would be leaving, and I had to hunt down our salesman to find our car key. I am all for escape rooms but I would prefer they be a conscious choice not a surprise while visiting a car dealership. If you need a BMW, try BMW of Roxbury. No one steals your keys. If you happen to be looking for a fairly elusive Mercedes, clear a day, bring snacks and a kindle... and prepare to be swindled. I would rather drive a Schwinn Bicycle than be treated without value by a car dealer...

Jaydin was EXCELLENT with a touch of CLASS! What a PHENOMENAL experience! I have never been treated so awesome by any other dealership I m my entire 20yrs of purchasing BMW vehicles. Carl was incredibly helpful, went through all the paperwork for me. Had an entire file for me and placed all my copies in a nice folder. First class service all around. I will not going anywhere else. Thank you Jaydin & Carl I m incredibly happy with my new car! Cheers!

Purchasing a new vehicle is never an easy process and can typically be overwhelming but my experience at BMW of Morristown was anything but that and it was made even better working with Daniel Becerra. He answered every question I had (and believe me there were plenty!) and ensured that I walked away with a vehicle that I felt completely confident in. What a great experience. Meet with Rick Farfan and he made the process so easy. The Sales managers Omar and Marc were pleasant and willing to help in the purchase of my 2017 White 330xi. Carl in finance was very informative and professional. I will strongly recommend Rick to anyone looking for a new or Pre-owned BMW.
