Very satisfied with the work done. It was quick and efficient. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They kept me informed and even offered me a coupon. I highly recommend this place to do your oil change or other services. I highly recommend you see, Dayle she was very knowledgeable and Jeff was very kind and polite. The whole staff was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Thanks to all!

Completely unsatisfied.Took my car for oil change because it was convenient and close to my house.And, I mean, it s jiffy lube, how could they mess an oil change up?They can if they don t put an air filter in that they sold you.I noticed a louder than normal noise coming from my engine, so I took it back to them about an hour after I left their location. The explanation was that they told me the air filter box wasn t clipped shut. So they did that -meaning they secured the box.I took my car to my old place closer to work. And told them this story because I was still hearing this louder noise. They showed me that there was NO AIR FILTER IN MY CAR.So . In addition to selling me an air filter I probably didn t need at 10k miles (my fault for accepting their explanation) they LIED not once but twice-since there was never an air filter installed by them.Horrible people. Never again.And if they did this to me they are doing it to other people.If I could give 0 stars I would.

Poor customer service. Tried first time to see if I can take my car every time. Person told me the price and discount. At the end charge extra for the parts and give less discount. Upon inquiring about This, talking rudely and giving attitude about it. Avoid this kind of location.

Everybody was super friendly, an the best part was I did not have to wait at all to get my car serviced, an i did not have to wait long at all compared to when I got serviced from another company, I had to wait a few hours just to get an oil change, so I will definitely be coming back for more services

The service on route ten in morris plains NJ is wonderful. Great staff, incredibly quick and efficient service, and they don t push you to get anything done you decline. They answered questions. Fair prices and a bonus - clean bathroom

I haven't been to a JIffy Lube in many years. This latest visit was pretty good. I was in and out very quickly. All of the parts or supplies that they needed were in stock, including the windshield wipers that my car uses. The only thing is the price is higher than I expected even with the full synthetic BUT, the personnel were all friendly and like I said, this visit was literally under 35 mins start to finish which kinda makes up for the price.

Amazing service, always super quick and correct. I was able to get an oil, filter, and AC vents replaced in only 10 minutes. Luis C. And Alexander S. were awesome. Natalia inside was extremely nice and helpful. Great customer service all around, will be back!

I was treated fair, I felt respected, I was in and out much quicker than at the dealership where I brought my car for oil changes (every 5,000 miles) for the past 6 years. I didn't feel like anyone was trying to take advantage of me and try to get me to buy services I didn't need. I will definitely be back to this Jiffy Lube (Rt 10 E., Morris Plains, NJ) even though there are other Jiffy Lubes closer to my home. I think I dealt with Steven L.?Service: Oil change

Let me first start off by saying that I work right next door. We take all of our vehicles here for maintenance. I also take my cars here. This is my second or third time going to this location. Connor and Joe are both very professional and efficient as their team took care of three cars in one day! When you come here there is no thought or feeling of being scammed so if you are on the edge about coming here to do an oil change this is your push. Highly satisfied with all of my experiences here.

AVOID at All costs! Went in for a simple oil change. They lied, They damaged my car that cost $350.00 to repair. Lazy Unprofessional clock watchers. They said they completed everything. They did not. Tires weren't rotated. The car wasn't vacuumed. And they "forgot" to re-install 11 bolts from the under carriage protection plate that covers the oil pan area. How do you forget to do that. Because of their negligence the under carriage plate fell down and was dragged while I was driving. I nearly got into a accident! A$350 repair. Their employees could care less! NEVER again. DO NOT USE THIS JIFFY LUBE!UPDATE: Staff could care less what happened. We are very busy. That's why they didn't install 11 undercarriage bolts. Now they say they have no record of this issue. What a joke. Do yourself a favor and avoid the aggravation. Don't go to this JIFFY LUBEService: Oil change

Great facility, great customer service. Honest and reliable staff. They get you in and right out. I don t remember the teammates name, but there is a young lady that checks you out when service is completed. I m not sure if she s a manager or just one of the employees but she is phenomenal. Great place to get a wide variety of car services done. The staff and technicians are great and helpful and they are willing and available to answer any questions or concerns you might have about your car. We've gone to this location for years and it has always been reliable and always MUCH cheaper and MUCH faster than going to the dealer.
