I ordered 3d vinyl letters for my truck. What I got was not even close. I wouldn't use these on my bicycle. Not at all what I ordered. I double checked the ad from where I placed the order. This is almost bait and switch. Save your money go somewhere else.

I ordered letters for our 23 Tundra. The letters that arrived are night and day difference in color from what was displayed online. I emailed them right away on Sep 12. No response. Followed up again Sep 15, no response. Buyer beware. Horrible customer service and product not as advertised.

The letters I received for a brand new 2022 Ford maverick was exactly what they described , quality excellent , completely sealed in a wrap that I thought was a different color ,but it was just the protection of the letters.I did call they replied immediately .Thank you great service.

Update below:Avoid. Poor customer service.I was sent the wrong item and can t even get a response to my emails.Update: It was my mistake. They responded with the order and I orders the wrong color. Changing to four stars due to quality of product. Still took two emails to get a response. I would consider ordering from them again.

Do not do business with them. Soon after I made my purchase the credit card information was comprised. They have not responded to any emails regarding the decal products I ordered and since have cancelled. Website is bogus. STAY AWAY!! You've been warned.

What a disgrace!! I bought this red inserts from them trough Amazon. Item never came, call the business, some guy answered the call and promised he personally will send them.My inserts never came, still waiting, but I will definitely go as far as going to BBB. These guys are clowns! Don t waste your money and your time with this con artist!

Not fast shipping. Finally got package and it was wrong. 2 weeks later still waiting on the correct part. No answer on the phone and follow up emails are not responded to. Filed complaint with credit card for refund
