I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I was able to make my appointment online which was very convenient for me. After I arrived with my car and explained the problem I received feedback that was easy for me to understand. I knew I was leaving my vehicle in good hands.When I received the diagnosis it was very clear and concise. The layout included pictures and videos taken that accessed the trouble on my car.The overall cost was fair and forthcoming. I did not have any issue with the pricing for parts or labor.Most of all my car is repaired successfully, within the timeframe discussed.I recommend GR auto and will be a returning customer!

Fair price, competent, courteous and timely.My trainer used their services last year and was happy about it. Since we drive the same car, I decided to try them after reading the reviews. Though there is another local (not your major companies) garage 3 miles down, their reviews are not as good. Looks like I made the right decision. BTW, I had a battery replaced and a synthetic oil change, all under an hour. No one was pushing additional services, etc. I took away one star since the office could be neater/cleaner/brighter, but it was toasty on a cold winter day.I highly recommended it.

Entrusted my 2013 Toyota Camry to someone other than Toyota for the first time. Gardy was welcoming, helpful, answered my questions, and was easy to work with. He provided an estimate which we discussed; he sent pictures; he completed the work in a timely manner; he made recommendations to keep the car in good condition; he followed up to make sure I was satisfied. So far, so good! Next up my husband's Toyota Avalon. Hoping for a positive outcome again.

Very pleased with the work Gardy has done on my cars. Very nice person and reasonable prices. I was tired of being oversold service by the dealers. I feel I can trust Gardy and that he gives me honest advice.

I resolved my misunderstanding of the tire service I received on April 5th, 2024. It was my error for not understanding DOT dates listed on new tires...Gardy, Eric, and Aiden have given me very professional care and treatment. We highly recommend them. Friendly and very fair.

I walked into the shop 2 hours before having to leave for vacation that I was driving too. My back tire was hissing and losing air rapidly and my front two tires were super bad as well. Aiden went to work and got it done for in time to leave for my trip with no problems. Being a single mom I was worried about cost and he worked with me got good tires at a fair price. I always worry going to a mechanic being a girl as they say you can t trust them but they were awesome. Definitely found my new mechanic and you should too!! I can t thank them enough for getting it done right and fast for me.

I am a new customer. Gardy recently completed my 60,000 mile maintenance on my honda accord. His work is thorough and detailed. We appreciate his diligence and plan to bring my other cars to him.

Sometimes you read reviews and you say no it can't be it's not possible nobody's this good. Well all the reviews on Gardy are pretty much right on excellent service communications and the work seems to be pretty good so far. Aiden is an asset at the front desk very nice personality easy to get along with and get you answers to your questions. If you have a problem go see them they'll take care of it.

Gardy and his team are excellent, professional, and genuinely care about their work. Gardy took the time to explain everything they found with my vehicle, complete with pictures and videos and without any pushy upsell tactics like you get from more corporate service centers. It's important to have a technician that you can trust with your vehicle, and that's precisely what you'll get here. I'll be going to GR Performance for all my car care needs moving forward.

As a young woman with not much knowledge of cars, I sometimes fear being taken advantage of at auto repair shops. Gardy is the only one I trust with my vehicle- he explains everything in great detail, is honest about the services and prices, and is very accommodating with appointments.

I brought my 2011 MDX to GR for an oil change and possible brake job.I decided to try them due to an ad that I saw in the mail as they are much closer to my new home.First... they sold me every fluid change under the sun. Insisted that we need to change brake fluid due to doing rear brakes. Tried to sell me filter changes but I said no - but they did it anyway.BUT... They were expensive to being with - low/mid $400 for rear brakes. I think the dealership charges less. The worst part is that the actual bill prices were higher than what they quoted to me for everything. Brakes went up to $497 + tax. Resulted in a bill that was about 20% higher than expected.They called me back after I posted this review and offered me a refund of the amount they overcharged me and for the filters I had asked them not to do.

You guys did a wonderful job identifying issues on my 2023 pilot with 444,000 miles on itThe major problems seems to be body rot that nobody wants to attempt to fix.I took it to a mechanic in Old Bridge where I used to live and he said he will give it a try.

Gardy and his mechanics are top notch. I needed a lot of major work done on my Jeep and they were able to complete the work efficiently and without errors. I feel like I'm driving a Maserati lol. They returned my car in such good and improved condition, I almost didn't recognize it. Gardy cleaned my car for me, too. These guys are awesome. If you are looking for really good mechanics who do stellar work, GR Performance is the place to go. You will not be disappointed! I am their customer for life -----Gerri

Provided detailed report about car s condition with pictures. Did not get this kind of detailed visual report from any other car mechanic before this. Absolutely recommend Gardy. It s only my second time with GR Auto repair but very impressed with Gardy s ability to correctly diagnose the issues and perform the repairs during both visits.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Honest. Fair. Clear. Friendly. Efficient. Timely.My car broke down and I had to be towed in. I chose GR because it was close to my job and had almost 5 stars. I read the reviews and tried this shop out. The list above are all the things you want in a garage. Gardy answered every question I had in FULL detail. He knew what needed to be done and got it done at a fair price, maybe even more than fair! I was so pleased with the work I came back to buy the mechanics lunch. I know where I'll go next time. I know who I'll reccomend to anyone who asks. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this shop!

The owner Gardy and his employees run hell of a show at GR Performance. Always willing to accommodate and answer any questions you have instead of that grumpy mechanic look and attitude that most shops have. Work is done to perfection from what I heard from others. If they can't fix it no one else can that's how great they are. Big or small they do it all. I stopped by for oil change prices for my Lexus and had few questions abt German car just so you know who I am. I have came here right before COVID. I never had my car serviced by Deepa Auto Repair while I was there just to ask questions abt my oil change price owner shouts and screams at you and from others I heard puts 2 to 3 less quarts of oil and doesn't change oil filter leading to catastrophic engine failure. This is just so everyone knows out there who is who. Anyways getting back to Gardy I heard he is a perfectionist either it's electrical, motorhaul, transmissions, etc he will do a phenomenal job on any car you give him. He can dissect any car. Anyways keep up the good work always and see you soon will have another Benz or BMW. I put my full trust on Gardy and his crew to fix and touch my car

Extremely happy with the service and follow up . The team is skilled and competent . Gardy will personally oversee every vehicle and explain everything in details . I like the fact that he won t try to sell unnecessary things to you . Best service! Got an appt quickly, I waited there for completion. They explained and showed me parts that needed replacement and the new replacement parts, prices. They checked records. Suggested future maintenance. Were cordial, not rushed or pushy. Costs were reasonable. Definitely will go back. Trustworthy, reasonable and cordial.
