Billy & Fred were excellent! Great deal, superb financing & delivered Next day! Fantastic! Furthermore, I am super satisfied with choosing John Deere sub compact tractor over Kubota (they are nice machines). But as a mechanic I appreciate the more intimate engineering of JD as well as its operation. Turning radius is awesome!Anyway's I would definitely see Bill & Fred again for future needs.P.s. to management. If it was not for Bill & Freds excellence, I would have given a few less stars for the following reasons.1) I run repair facilities and can tell a lot by the sounds in a mechanical shop. I watched the parts & service counter play with their phones for 2 hours in silence during my purchase. In dire need of the equipement I casually asked how long a PDI (pre delivery inspection) would take. One answered 3 days... When I asked if anything could be expedited I was directed to another and was told 1 week. I played stupid and questioned isn't it just an inspection of fluids, tire pressures ect. 1 week. Fortunately Bill & Fred still got me the tractor the next day! Pdi or not I Needed the machine. So to be sure I PDI it myself before operation and found interesting things including outrageous tire pressures Specs Front: 22 Rear: 41. Mine were FR: 51psi! FL: 47 psi! RR: 23psi! RL: 21psi! Unreal!2) You need to fix your pos machines. They put different meaning to pos... I had an issue during purchase and had to go to the bank... my cards work everywhere else.Then, I actually ventured to a few of your locations for items in stock at each one. And was having the same issues when attempting to pay! So inconvenient. I was apologized to about a "known" issue. Same story, different locations. So why stress out your employees & slow anyone down from handing over funds? Are you not in business?

Very bad experience with this company. Bill Hoffman is the worse. We were looking for a tractor and went to central jersey equipment. Bill was the one we dealt with. Kept changing price everything we spoke. Finally decided on tractor was delivered. Uwhen starting tractor for 1st time it began to surge. Called to advise. Bill said he would send someone out. Never did. Called again and person we spoke to said Bill never put a work order in to send repairman. Called again, no response. Finally went therein Morganville. Told them come pick up tractor we no longer want. Serviceman came took tractor still did not get money back.. WE WILL JUST CALL NEWS 12, KANE IN YOUR CORNER

My LX279 came back after fifteen days with no updates of progress at all during that time. After using it for less then two hours, the mower drive belt disintegrated. Luckily, I had a spare!! What I thought was strange is that the machine was sent with a full tank of gas but came back all but empty. When I went on their web site to ask why, I received no response !!! Draining of the tank of fuel was not listed on the bill!!!

Although I appreciate them telling me i could save some money shopping elsewhere, I needed assistance with some issues that I thought they would be able to help with. Seems there was zero interest in selling me a riding mower even if it was a better model.

Sent my tractor there for some work they did nothing charged me $300.00 for fixing nothing and I told them all the issues told me it would cost thousands to fix! I said do it but I guess they didn t want to so I had them bring it back to me gave them $300 for nothing got a local privately owned tractor repair company they fixed everything for less then $300 I ll never buy anything or use them again

Went to the store last week with a lot of questions, and I was lucky to have Billy help me.He was able to thoroughly explain the differences and benefits between a traditional mower and a zero turn rider, and the best practices for helping me grow a better lawn.It made my choice so much easier.Very happy with my service and selection.

I have had horrendously bad experience. Purchased a tractor in 2022 and sales manager B.H. Handled my deal.Things they have TIRED to screw me over:- while he was explaining the charges he put taxes twice into the deal. Made him correct the paperwork. ( his face didnt even turn red, probably does it quite often)- He claimed he had no clue about specs of the tractors. He answers always started with I guess. (Mind you he is the manager)- tractor was ordered with upgraded tires and it didnt come with them- since it had backhoe attached, they didnt put 3 point arms in delivery- not a big deal but empty tank**** I was on their behind to push them correct all the missing parts to get them to me.***he was deliberately dismissive helping me until I ccd their general email and filed a complaint with JD after that everything was delivered within 2 weeks ( expensive tires, 3 point hitch, fuel)* not one person contacted me after their screw up to apologize from upper management.How could you screw up in so many areas? I think its not a mistake but on purpose Also, their driver is very cold and rude on top of it all.Take your business elsewhere. I am not typing this for notting but my experience.

I love my 3025E. However, the service form this location is very slow. Last year I brought a sub compact in and it took 5 months. Today, I needed to do a repair and was told 3 months so I ordered the parts and am fixing myself. am not sure how fast the Kubota dealers are but I am thinking I should have bought from them.

Came in with my husband inquiring about a rider mower. We were greeted in a timely manner by Billy. Not only was he very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, he gave us lots of great lawn tips!

The Marlboro store is exceptional because of your employee! with the limited amount of staff at this location, I was not only accommodated in a timely manor, but Billy was extremely professional and friendly. He reminds me a-lot of going to Potters when I was a child!!

Bobby is their road mechanic that I use all the time here at Peak Equipment. He s excellent at what he does. He s very attentive and gets back to me immediately. He s very knowledgeable of the equipment and is very helpful in keeping my equipment in great shape!

The delivery of my mower took almost 3 months. After working great for 25 hours my riding mower stoped working and didn't want to start at all I called for service they came after a week to take a look at it ....3 weeks later no one called me with any update I called them today and lady told me that she will have someone to take look at it on next 2 days. Here we are going to the fourth week with no updates. Bad experience

CJE is a great company for all my equipment needs. I've been working with Patricia M. for an entire year on getting a new snow blower, The follow-up and service she provided was great. I talked to Billy about getting a Gator for our nonprofit organization. He was super helpful and even gave me a ride around in one!!! We re hoping to get grant funding so Project U.S.E. can bring a Deere to our Wildcat Mountain Wilderness Center.

Made a John Deere mower purchase here. James was amazing on the sale and delivery. Very thorough with the demonstration. I was upset that I didn t have cash on me for a tip.... Also, wife went to pick-up a mulch kit. What was in-stock, ended up being sold. Wife wasn t very happy about that. They ended up bringing it out to us a few days later (again with the tip) Awesome!! I know we are at least a 30 minute drive. I will definitely continue to work with these fine people!!!

Wish I could say something good about this place. I can't. First they put a tractor battery in my truck. The acid leaked and destroyed the carpet and therefore the value of the truck. Now been waiting for an attachment for 11 months. Other dealers have yet these clowns can't seem to get one. Doesn't matter what dept. you deal with you can't get a straight answer. John Deere strewed up when they approved this dealer. Poor or no management.

Had a great experience at the Marlboro shop dealing with Billy he was able to help me pick out a new Stihl farm boss 271 to replace my makita 4300 as I kept on having issues with the carb so now I ll run the stihl as my primary and have the makita as a back up also made some great recommendations as to using tool fuel to run in them instead. Will be back again

Very dissatisfied with the level of service. I did my due diligence researching chainsaws and came in With legitimate concerns/questions. The gentleman who approached me for customer service was not very helpful, offering little guidance, and acted as if I was bothersome. During our conversation he actually walked away. Very unprofessional. He offered me a chainsaw and then later said the length was longer and advised against purchase. He took my info and said he would order me the appropriate one.. Weeks later and no call. Don t expect professional courteous service here.

We have been dealing an using this company for over 10 years. We bought our snowblower here back in 2010 when they were down in Farmingdale. We have used Central Jersey Equipment to maintain the unit ever since and never had an issue until now. We took our snowblower in for service back on December 22nd and had them pick it up. This is over 4 weeks later and we still do not have our unit back. We've had to call up repeatedly to get status and move the process forward. Never once did they call to let us know how it was going. Finally we stopped by today to get more information. We have never been treated so rudely by any maintenance service company that wants their customers to come back. We were talked down to and told that there is a 6 week turn around. That piece of information would have been good to know when they picked up the snowblower. When and if we ever get our blower back it will be the last time that we take our equipment in for service to this place.

Received what we purchased except for the damn snow blower attachment. Was told it was on backorder. No-one would give us any info except we expect it in soon. 5 months later I went to another JD Dealer 75 miles away in PA who had the snow blower attachment in stock. Instead of buying the attachment I spend the money on a Honda unit 3 times the price of the snow blower. All you had to do was call me back.

Hello my name is Bill ruyle and i visited your store for the first time the other day and at first i thought it was just another john deer equipment store. walked in told them what i needed and the part i needed was from an old tractor, we really did not think they would have it, but when we got there the young lady was still looking for it from when we called over 2 hours ago, so when she told me she was still looking for it i was so taken back by that. i would have thought she just looked for a few minutes and said its to old to get parts for and we dont have them. then she asked some other people working in the store if they new anything that she didnt know about those tractors or plows. then another young man was reserching it and had found the part number for the rebuild kit for the cylinder for the plow that wasnt made by john deer. so we paid for the part and drove back to our shop to put the part on the plow. The reason im telling such a long story is that these folks spent about 3 hours looking up this part for me, not giving up till they found it. you just dont find stores like this any more or people like that working in them, all i can say is they didnt know us and us them they did a great job helping us thank you guys and john deer for having such great people working for you.
