Anthony and his crew are great guys, they really treat your vehicles with the respect .They give you options and solutions for your approval before they just go ahead and do anything. I have zero complaints and only positive things to say. From minor repairs to major overhauls these guys are the one you can count on and depend on for honest and great service.i

It's always a pleasure dealing with Valero's and their team I've counted on them for many years to keep my vehicles up and running. They're always consistent and always provide honest and true Solutions with options which I love.They prioritize what should be taken care of and then let me know what things can wait. They always call you and let you know what's going on and what's involved and provide you with pricing will not do the work until you get an approval it's just hard to find out these in the automotive industry.I have total trust and confidence in the Valero team.

Lived in Montville for 20 years. Would go to Valero for convenience even though he was a little more pricey. I not even buy my gas there anymore. Never mind get my car serviced there. He had the audacity of charging my daughter almost 400.00! for a battery!!!! What a rip off!. Honesty is not in his vocabulary. When my husband went back to speak to him he was the most rude and obnoxious person. NEVER AGAIN.

Excellent service station. We use Montville Valero both for our personal vehicles as well as our business trucks. Great, honest, and reasonable service every time. Thanks Anthony and staff!

The owner, Anthony, severely overcharged my daughter for a battery by hundreds of dollars. By reading other reviews here, it is clear they discriminate against younger individuals who may not know appropriate and reasonable prices.Service: BatteryService: Battery

So disappointing. Willing to pay a bit more because they are in town (was 25% more than other shops). They did the repair but when I took car to dealership for some recall work, they gave a courtesy inspection for the entire car. They found that the job Montville Valero did needed to be completely redone. They gave it a "Fail"...not just a warning. They said it was dangerous to even drive. Went back to Valero to see what he said and he claimed nothing wrong. Then went to another repair shop and they found same thig as dealership...complete failure. I had this other shop do the repairs (and they were much cheaper compared to Valero from first time around). Was told the parts used were cheap afterparts. Anyway, never going back there.

Excellent and honest service - never thought I would say that about an auto shop. Quick and professional... they didn't try to up-sell me when getting a routine oil change (there is a first for everything). I won't take my cars anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I clearly told the attendant "$25 regular" but he was too busy watching videos on his phone that he filled the tank (which I'm the grand scheme of things is not a big deal), however, I only wanted to spend $25 on gas. When I confronted him he just laughed at me and said "oh sorry". No longer a patron of this place.

Quoted me 4 times labor and 1.5 times parts on a simple repair ($700 v. $300 range from other mechanics). They did diagnose the problem properly.Do you know anything about cars? Avoid this place. Do you know nothing about cars? Don't even consider it - they will eat your wallet.If you still want to give them a shot be sure they do not do the work without providing a quote first, and ask other mechanics for quotes.

Got a oil change+ Bryan explained that I needed a wheel bearing changed. He offered to do it the same day.

Bought a used car from this Valero and had alot of problems with it soon after purchasing it that weren't brought to my attention. Be careful!
