Town Auto Body totally exceeded my expectations. My rear bumper looks completely new and I m thrilled with their work. Their pricing was also the most competitive in the area. Kenny was nice enough to do some additional touch ups free of charge. Would definitely go back to them in the future and will be referring tons of people here.

Simply put my car was hit on a Monday, I got it back the following Monday. Work needed on the front driver's side bumper and headlight. This company communicated with me every day, giving me updates and they did it professionally, and in a friendly manner. I highly recommend this shop. Kenny and his team are terrific. They were highly recommended to me. They had the best price of all the estimates, got my Chargerdone on time and it looks fantastic. The paint matches perfectly. They even did a little extra work for free on a small dent I had and cleaned and vacuumed my interior and waxed the car. Could not be any happier with them.

Town Auto Body offers terrific, courteous service at a fair price. We ve gone to the shop three times for body work on our 2018 SUV, including a smashed front passenger door, and the car looked great afterward. I can t say enough positive things about Town Auto Body. My car was hit by a deer 2 1/2 weeks ago. Kenny and his staff took great care of me and my car. Fantastic auto body shop!I used Town Auto Body for repair of my Subaru Forester after a minor accident (minor but required replacement of two right side doors and the bumper). Extremely happy that they were the shop that worked with my insurance - so professional, excellent customer service and communication, fantastic work. Getting my parts and having them ready for install took a little while - but they kept me informed every step of the way and the car was beautifully finished (and sparkling clean!) sooner than estimated. And the quality of their work done is perfection, really beautiful.I highly and happily recommend Kenny and his entire staff!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The staff at Town Auto Body is great. They were very communicative about any wait times to expect due to supply chain issues. They worked directly with the insurance company which means I didn't have to play middle man to their communications. Someone was always there to pick up the phone when I had questions. My car was returned to me in brand new condition!

This is my second time receiving auto body work from this establishment and I am as pleased with their professionalism, work, and hospitality as I was the first time. Kenny, Tina and the rest of the organization are kind and compassionate. The bumper on my Mercedes 300SKL was repaired, painted, polished, and returned within four days! I am elated with the outcome!

When my car was hit earlier this summer, I thought I was doomed. Luckily, I was referred to Town Auto Body by the insurance company. Kenny and his crew were fantastic. My car was brought back to its shiny, glossy glory within a couple of days! They repaired quickly and even took it for a wash! I'm thankful for the reference, the great work, and very pleasant service. Although I hope not to see these guys anytime soon (lol), I know exactly who to call for help.

We have used Town auto body a number of times and are always amazed with both the service and workmanship. This is not your typical body shop. They treat you with respect and courtesy. And they always deliver the car in excellent shape on the day promised or earlier. On this occasion they quoted us a price and called later in the day at told us that one piece they were going to replace was fine and their price would be over $300 LOWER than they had originally quoted. We never would have known about it if they had not told us. These are honest people who do excellent work and treat you right.

I was the victim of a hit and run...luckily for me I had a witness who got the plate number...I brought my car here for the body work..no one else was in the car...my entire passenger side was hit...I'm a very difficult person to please..I admit it...they did a perfect job...(no..I'm not related...lol...)..I honestly can't believe how they matched the paint to the rest of the car...but, they did!!! I highly recommend them..they get 5 stars from me...

Extremely friendly folks that do extremely high quality work! Work times have been less than quoted both times I've required their services and it's very, very convenient that, when filing my claim via telephone (I have Geico), I was able to schedule time with an insurance adjuster to have my car inspected right at the body shop. After inspection, the adjuster dealt directly with Town, provided insurance reimbursement to them immediately, and I was able to schedule the actual work on my vehicle.This all happened the same day (within an hour or two). Good stuff. Even more convenience: Enterprise is located next door to Town, so I was able to walk right over and pick up my pre-booked (by Geico) rental. Fantastic.Many thanks to Town (and their solid relationship with Geico) for making recovering from my extremely frustrating car accident(s) as quick, efficient, and stress-free as possible. Perhaps most importantly, my car looked gorgeous when I got it back.

This shop was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the beginning to end. Went in and there was no hassle getting an estimate. Walked into the shop and they did not have an attitude like some other shops I tried to get estimates from. After getting the estimate I called back a couple of days later to schedule the job, they fit me in to get job done when I was on a business trip. Came home from business trip went first thing in the morning to pick up the car and it looked absolutely brand new I could not tell there was ever a dent and the paint matched perfectly. They also stuck to the estimate and the estimate came in $1200 under another shop for the same job. These people are professional, trustworthy, and delivered what they said. If I ever need any other body work this is the shop I will return too. Thank you for a job well done dealing with Town Auto was an absolute pleasure.

Great experience! After getting a few local estimates, they gave me a very reasonable estimate. They explained the work and possible obstacles ahead of time. None came up but it was good to know that they were honest up front. If I ever need more work, I would definitely go there.
