Owner of Mr. Mike s, Freddie, and his crew are highly experienced and dedicated to repairing vehicles and ensuring the customer gets what they expect. Nicole, who handles the front office, is very helpful and accommodating. If anything happens to my car, I m bringing it here!

Mr.Mikes is the best auto body in all of NJ. I have been taking my car there for years. You won't get better service or quality any where else. Freddie the owner takes pride in his work and treats his customers as if they are family. You can trust Mr. Mikes to get the job done right! Great shop with fair prices. I've had work done on various cars through the years and it was always high quality. My most recent visit to Mr. Mikes was for an older Jeep with high mileage, that had just cost a ton of $$ for other repairs. Fred helped me to cut the price in half by ordering a set of used bumpers. The job was finished within 24 hours. Nicole, the receptionist, is super nice, as well. I won't go anywhere else.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Can't say enough about their service and expertise. Was rear ended by a tractor trailer and while I was OK, my car was not. Dealing with Frankie and Nicole was pleasant. They explained the whole process, gave me a detailed quote and dealt with my insurance company on my behalf. When we picked up my car it really looked like new, maybe better than it had looked ;) Such nice folks and excellent craftsmanship. Highly, highly recommend.

Dropped my SUV off here for a bumper and fender repair that was covered by another persons insurance. Staff was easy to deal with, I needed extra work done, they repaired it for very cheap. My car looks great and was nice and clean when I picked it up. It only took two days! Very impressed with this place, I d go back.

We at Mr. Mike's Auto Coach are a first rate small business and have been for over 50 years. All of our work is guaranteed, if a customer isn't satisfied in any way they can bring the vehicle back and we will make it right. Tony Torres is not in our database, I would hope it's not just a bogus claim from someone supporting another body shop, but I can assure you that no body work that has left our shop has been horrible, and our paint system is state of the art utilizing a spectrometer for best possible match, along with adjacent panel blending for accuracy. If Tony really is a customer or if any other customer would like to come see us about a repair, new or old, we welcome you to stop by! We have a large following and customer base for a reason, because we work for them to satisfy all of their needs.

Disappointed. I had heard from the people who detail my car in Bloomfield that Mr. Mike's is very good with paint match and I should get my touch up paint from them. I stopped at their place and the women behind the desk (sliding window) refused to even speak with me. She wouldn't even open the window to actually hear my question. Not a great indication of their customer service...

Absolutely painless process. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, honest, forthright, and incredibly helpful. Nicole at the front desk is great! Will definitely be coming back here.

This is the best auto body business in essex county. They do excellent work at fair and honest prices. Go see Fred Jr. he will pleasantly, take care of you.

We need more places like this. Guys are great, and even the prices are reasonable. I guess thats why this place has been around so long. Dont hesitate to at least them a shot, you will probably end up with a new go-to spot.
