After getting 3 different quotes. Noel at Montclair Collision give me the best price. He and staff was very professional and kind. He order the parts and was ready even before I was ready. I took my car on Tuesday and got it back on Friday. The work he and his guys did was excellent. The car was detailed and cleaned inside after the job was done. Looks Even better than when I had it. lol . If you re looking for a body shop I highly recommend Montclair collision 100% ask for Noel.

Noel great caring guy. Anxious to please. High quality work. My car s been damaged twice recently. Both repairs quickly done. Smooth interactions with my insurance company.

Upon having a very traumatic car accident last week, I was very lucky to have been referred to Montclair Collision- both Noel and his wife are a dynamic duo who made me feel much better while experiencing my first car accident after 45 years of driving! - I would highly recommend Montclair Collision! They took their time with me and walked me thru the entire process- Best of the best! I would also like to thank them for sending the most amazing tow truck driver- Big Mike - he is amazing individual and a true professional also! Fantastic team all around! A++++

My daughter lives in Brooklyn and while visiting Montclair, her Honda Civic was hit. We decided to visit Joe at Montclair collision and have the work done there. His estimate was on the money and he was very honest about his shortened pandemic hours, time to get parts etc. We dropped the car on a Tuesday and picked it up Friday all detailed and beautiful again, she was very pleased as was I. Dad to dad we try to alleviate stress on our kids and Joe certainly understands that. We are very pleased with the work and honesty in our dealings with Joe and Montclair collision Highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Oil change

Joe and his crew are excellent. They are true artists and professionals. I was involved in a hit and run, my car not even a year old and they repaired it like new. Also, Joe was kind enough to drop me off and pick me up at Hertz Rental. They are excellent at what they do and it shows in their work. I highly recommend them.

Wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone! Joe, the owner told me the car would be done in a month. It is now 2 months and I'm still waiting. He told me yesterday, he has no idea when it will be done. He actually said he wasn't the one who had the car accident. Really, that's how he treats his customers! Nice customer service, Joe. He also told me he usually plans his jobs and mine was a big job so it put him behind. How do you plan jobs when they are auto accidents that are unplanned? Maybe you should be in another business, Joe. When I had the car brought in, he told my husband he was slow and was glad to have the business. Maybe he just meant that he works really slow. Think hard and long before you bring a car here to be repaired as your auto rental on your insurance runs out way before your car is repaired!

My experience with Montclair Collision could not have been a better one. The shop owner took care of two of my cares in a timely fashion and returned them in pristine condition. It s evident Joe the owner cares, he made what could ve been an arduous task virtually seem less for me. It makes sense how his shop has been in business for years. 10/10 would recommend!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

I usually don't post reviews but when I checked out what was a surprising to me average of 4 stars, and saw the 1 star review, had to write. Have lived in town 30 years and Joe has worked on every car we've own. Not only does he work well with our insurance agency, we have always trusted him implicitly. He returns cars looking and running like new and is someone I recommend without reservation.

I shopped around for a collision shop after I got in a small accident with my SUV. When I met with Joe, the owner, he made me comfortable that the job would turn out properly. I saw some of his work and the cars looked great.I got my car back in a timely fashion and it looked great! I highly recommend Montclair Collision!

This shop is very good to fix your car from collisions...Noel and Joe are very nice and friendly and get the job done! I would recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for great prices and service...

I have a friend who had her BMW redone here. the insurance company paid for the repairs, her the deductible. Because its a lease, BMW paid for BMW parts. The mechanic took forever to do the work, did a shoddy job that wasn't complete. even after she took it back for completion of repairs he took even longer. The insulting part was the aftermarket parts installed. The shop was paid to do more work and supplemental payment was made. the shop told my friend that he still hasn't received the check, when the insurance company has sent it, he wont answer her calls. the conduct of the shop in accepting payment for BMW parts but installing aftermarket; accepting payment to supplemental work, but claiming to not having gotten the check and ignoring her calls; forcing her to leave premise when she went to complain in person, under threat of calling to police; are not only deplorable, but appear to fall under New Jersey Law N.J.S.A. 2C:21-4.6 Insurance Fraud. I'd caution those going to the shop to check the type of parts installed vs. what was paid for. There are other things she complained about. I advised her to call the NJ Prosecutors office of insurance fraud, as well to seek a lawyer for civil redress. I suggest anyone who may have experienced similar problems to speak with a attorney
