Had issues with my car. Thought it was the transmission but it turns out its a vaccum leak. Went there because of his excellent reviews! Didn't want to rely on AAMCO or others. Glad I went! Gerry fixed the problem of unstable idling, low performance. A problem I had several mechanics looked at and none found the issues. Gerry charged me little to nothing for fixing the leak in no time and also checking the transmission. He is a jewel in a sea of crooks. God bless him!

I went to have my transmission looked at due to a slipping issue and they told me I needed a full rebuild 3k+. I found out a few days later that what I needed was a simple solenoid and after I installed it myself the transmission shifted perfectly fine. Gary is amazing! The knowledge, thoroughness, understanding of my issue and the willingness to answer all of my questions was true extraordinary service.When I arrived before 7:30 am Willie was there to take all of my information and put my mind at ease.It was an absolute pleasure meeting them both and having my car serviced there. After many months of concern about my Jeep's transmission and different mechanics, I brought my 2002 Wrangler to Gaynor. They took their time to do a thorough inspection, were very honest and patient, and at the end of the tests, etc... they discovered there was a seal leak and repaired at a very fair price. Overall, cannot recommend these guys enough!

Came here two weeks ago when my transmission crapped out on my 2003 Jeep Liberty. Gary was very helpful and knowledgeable! He had my old car back up and running in just a few days and she s been driving smoother than before. I would absolutely recommend this shop

What a great place. My car was bucking and I was sure I had a big transmission issue. Gary looked at my car, drove it around, and told me that there was nothing majorly wrong with it. He reset some settings and my car was totally back to normal. He didn't even want any money from me. I was so lucky that I didn't need an expensive repair and I was even luckier to find an honest mechanic who would let me know that. They were friendly, they were fast...can't recommend them enough.
