Mr. Mike gave a thorough and thoughtful evaluation of what was needed to repair my brand new car after the fender had an encounter with a cement embankment. Parts were ordered , received quickly and the work was done in just a few days. The work was meticulous! Everyone at Clairmont were professional and very easy to work with. Thank you, Mr. Mike and the whole team.

Great job on my car. The parts were ordered in a very timely manner, and my car was repaired 2 days earlier than promised. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this shop for auto body work. My car is as good as new.

I ended up having my passenger door damaged on my 2017 Jeep. After freaking out I reached out to Clairmont auto body and talked to Jodi. She calmed me down and walked me through the process of getting my car fixed. She was very pleasant to talk to. I got my jeep back looking brand new again. We used Clairmont due to a recommendation we received and we are so glad that we did. Our car had two hits on opposite sides and they worked with our insurance company to get it taken care of. Jody was so nice throughout the entire process, even went above and beyond to help us figure out some hold ups that were taken place on our insurance end. Communicated consistently and always so politely. The owner was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. He was honest and straightforward which we appreciated and got the jobs done well and in a timely manner! Definitely recommend this shopService: Body & Trim

Let me first start with Michael. He s a really good person. He s very polite and really genuine. The office staff is a reflection of how Michael runs the shop. I brought my car in for body work and the work they did was simply outstanding. The office staff [ Linda and Jeanine] are pretty awesome. They both kept me updated on the progress of the work and even though it took a bit longer it was worth the time. I highly recommend Clairmont Auto Body Inc. Michael and his team are to put it bluntly: FABULOUS!They did a great job on my front bumper and saved the existing one so I didn't have the expense of getting a new one. Sadly, for me at least, after not having any accidents for over 30 years, I had two within 3 months with relatively significant damage on a brand new car.Not only does my car look like it just rolled off the showroom floor, the customer service was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so nice, communication was spot on. Most importantly, they dealt directly with my insurance company and everything was seamless to me.I hope I do not need to go back any time soon . However, if I do, Clairmont Auto Body is the first, an only, place I would call. I highly recommend this business.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I am a repeat customer after 15+years of needing an auto body repair, this time due to hitting a deer. I am most happy that Traveler's Insurance allowed us to choose the body shop. Michael did a spectacular work on restoring our car to perfect look and drive. He even went the extra mile on cleaning the headlights, even though they were not affected by the accident. His daughter, Jody, gave the most delightful and diligent service in paperwork and follow up with the auto insurance people. The entire repair experience is painless.
