If I could give 10 stars I would!! I had a very pleasant experience with this company. I met the owner Mike and he is very kind & has a lot of experience. The technicians are great - all of them are very nice and they do a fantastic job! I had a technician named Anthony working on my car and he was absolutely wonderful! He patiently showed me why my car was doing what it was doing(flashing CEL) , how he repaired it and I have not had a problem since! I am very grateful to him and all the employees at M&M Auto Cycle. From here on out, I won't go anywhere else!! They are the best of the best!! I will be recommending them to all my customers at my job. Mike is the best around especially if you own a TDI. Mike is top notch and honest. I myself am in the same line of work as Mike and I usually don t bring my vehicles anywhere especially my TDI. Recently life has been busy and was looking for someone to diag a shudder under heavy load on my BEW. He was transparent honest gave great opinions, anwsered phone calls promptly. I've been using Eminem Auto 4 years Mike is the best he always tries to get you the best prices on parts always done good work and I'd recommend Mike to anyone guarantees anything on the car that he does I'd recommend Mike to anybody

My wife went to another auto shop to repair a leaking tire of her car, they told her that the tire couldn't be repaired, she should change 4 tires at over $800. Then she went to M&M auto Cycle, Mike and Eva repaired the tire for her at a great price.Service: TiresService: Tires

Mike is great to deal with and very knowledgeable with all things TDI. Even when there were learning curves with the project (expected being a rarer tdi) he was always transparent and forthright which gave me peace of mind that the job is getting done right. I can't say enough about how professional, detailed and helpful Mike at M & M Auto Cycle is. I have been bringing my cars (both diesel & gas) to him for years and am always impressed by the quality of service and attention to detail. I have even drove family members' cars to him and they also have been very happy with the service their cars received. On a side note, as a female taking cars to mechanics especially dealerships I have had concerns ignored. Mike has never taken anything lightly and even diagnosed a major issue on my VW TDI that the dealership had brushed off as me "hearing noises that weren't there". It would have cost me thousands and/or the car if I hadn't brought it to Mike. Take your car here, you will not regret it!

Mike is the BEST! He go's far and beyond for his customers. He is knowledgeable, prompt, understanding and most importantly reasonable price. But to be honest, I would happily pay extra if all my car service needs were handled by Mike.

I drive an hour to go to Mike anytime I have any problems with the motor on my TDI or for routine maintenance I can't myself. He uses quality parts, stands behind his work (even when you are slightly out of the agreed warranty), and he quickly gets to the root cause of problems. I've never had an issue where they are throwing parts at a problem like some other guys trying to guess at the solution.

Recently brought my vehicle to M & M for front wheel bearings and breaks (and oil change). Mike, Jeanette and Dave were all so helpful, informative, and knowledgeable, pleasant and attentive. Dave (I think) did an awesome job on my repair. Everybody there just made me feel comfortable about entrusting them with my vehicle which was promptly returned in excellent condition and as clean as it was when I left it in their care. Almost looking forward to something else needing quality mechanical expertise. Time for snow tires soon.

The only place I bring my 01 Jetta TDI. I know Mike and team will do the full job when bringing my car here (like replacing the transmission fluid and RMS as part of a clutch job.) VW insists it's "lifetime" fluid but nothing is lifetime after 20 years and 300k miles.Reasonable rates to boot.

M and M and the owner Mike and beyond amazing. I grew up fixing cars and due to life changes 10 years ago I had to sell all my tools and equipment. Finding a good mechanic who is reasonable and most important HONEST was not easy and that is why I drive 1.5 hours to have my work done by his shop. He stands by his work and the quality of the parts he uses. I will only let him maintain and repair my car; regardless of how long I have to drive.

Very detailed oriented and they know TDI's better than anyone I have found. I've also found the pricing to be better then anyone I've gone too. The only way to get it done cheaper is to have your cousin do it. . Mike only uses the best replacement part to be found. And that goes got my gas car too. All my vehicles are in good hands. With a no hassle warranty and eagerness to get it done right, M&M Autocycle can't be beat.

The people at Eminem have been very helpful to me so far. Replacing a transmission and getting my car started when it wouldn't start. I recommend them highly. Honest people.

Capable and honest business. Have been going to Mike since I got my tdi. Anything from a timing belt, to check engine light to oil change and brakes, perfect every time. Reasonably priced and i would highly recommend. I drive from Manhattan to have my car maintained here, wouldn't go anywhere else.

EXTREMELY competent trustworthy and detailed in trouble shooting and repairs. Mike has been my go to guy for several years. A great mechanic/technician I dont mind driving fifty miles to!!!

Mike is a great guy. Excellent service. He's the only one who's ever worked on my TDIs. He also does work on other makes, including domestics. Highly recommended!!!

Very satisfied with the work they did on my 2011 rav4 . would recmend to anyone looking for a great mechanic and a great price .before you definitely give them a call before you go to a dealership have work done in your vehicle

Horrible experience with Mike he totally miss quoted told me 1800$ to do a job when he was done was $3800 . Broke dwn numerous times said motor mounts would stop the engine from shaking shakes more then ever . DONT gobto this shop fir anything major . Disgusted actually with the whole experience!! If there was more damage then originally inspected you should have told me and I would ve told you not to do anything. Instead you did more work and your original quote ended up being double and still wasn t fixed . And there won t be a next time
