I got a oil change, front brakes and a side marker bulb changed, they were very nice. They did great work, explained everything before beginning the work. I was only there for 2 1/2 hours.

Still waiting on my vehicle to come back after it has been in shop for 3 weeks. No rental provided even under extended emissions warranty (diesel gate) I am guaranteed alternative transportation if work / repairs exceeds I think 3 or 4 hours. Their loaners are down due to lock mechanisms that are malfunctioning I think. Also, didn't get a call that a mechanic had quit when 1 1/2 weeks went by, I called on a Friday the day it was supposed to be done and was told the following Friday...... Just gotta wait. Will update laterPsSo far everyone's been super chill and very nice tho!! Vehicle was overheating and keeps losing coolant pressure- removed vehicle from another dealer and brought here for a 2nd opinion- verified issue within a couple of days and ordered timing belt kit and head gasket. Only part cost for timing belt as labor is covered under warranty

Excellent service is the norm at VW of Salem County. Ed and Adam care about attention to detail and driver satisfaction. I appreciate the professional and friendly atmosphere of the dealership.

Worse dealership in the world, alongside cherry Hill!! They refuse service when they misdiagnose the vehicle and make you pay $1,000s!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
